Casual YouTube cooking clip by Brian Johnson demonstrating a simple stir-fry focused on kale. The short transcript records ingredient choices (olive oil, garlic/garlic powder, sea salt, basil, thyme), and mentions serving the greens with rice and a little salmon; the speaker also references personal eating habits (wakes early, aims to eat greens daily).
Okay, so Brian got me making stir fry. We're gonna get him making.
So this is how Brian does it. I basically take a bunch of kale. I'm committed to eating a head of kale or some other sort of greens a day. It's 9:40. Got up at 5 this morning, so I've already eaten oatmeal and I'm already hungry again, so I like greens. So this is me. That's where Chef Bry to get to work on the kale. Come on, baby. Cook them. Rather simple. What do we want to add to the. Darling, you got some olive oil under there. I didn't even put any garlic in right now.
You want garlic.
Hyper simple. Yeah. Maybe with the garlic powder.
Put a spice rack in there. Yeah, Garlic powder is always easy to do. Sea salt.
Sea salt.
Pretty sexy chef, huh?
Yeah, funny. All right, what else? We need basil.
Sure.
Very good. Thyme.
Thyme. Do you want some brag?
Sure. Getting serious here.
Looks pretty good.
All right, well, that's my cooking lesson for today.
What else are you gonna put in it though?
Some basil?
No, but you're gonna put rice.
All right, so I'm gonna have some rice. I'm gonna have a little salmon. And that's my. Yummy.
A little bit of rice. Gonna throw that in there.
Second meal of the day, I gotta eat a lot. If I don't eat a lot, then I kind of fly away. It's not a good thing. It's all about grounding. So there you go. Some of my habits is to make sure I eat three meals before meals. I get cranky. You don't like that? There you go.
