A short YouTube mini chapter by Brian Johnson (Philosopher's Notes) advising the listener to use a ‘one-touch’ habit: immediately handle small tasks (emails, bills) that take only a few minutes to complete to avoid inbox/bill pileup and gain momentum from quick completions. The clip offers examples (replying, deleting, paying bills immediately) and a brief motivational close.
