🥶 🎥 Studio + Cold plunge! Quick tour… (LGH! #019)

Short YouTube video by Brian Johnson offering a quick check-in and preview of a studio tour. In this chunk he greets the viewer, describes his converted-barn studio, and explains his content workflow (idea → ready-to-film → filmed → re-edit), credits Cal Newport for the system idea, and notes recent productivity (editing ~45 items) and upcoming targets (March 15).
Hero, what's up? This is Bry. Quick check in. Before I hit the studio. I'll actually give you a little tour of the studio.
It's right out there.
The barn converted into a studio. I'll show it to you in a moment. First, aura. Check in. Aura. How we doing today? Up for something fun again? What kind of question is that? Aura? Little generous again on the suite, but I will take that. Great day yesterday. Fired up. I wound up getting 45 plus ones ready to go. I edited them this morning over the span of three hours of deep work. And now I am stepping into the studio process wise. It was kind of fun. We have these systems, right? So when I'm editing them, it's in one category. It's just a note in an idea. Once I edit it, we move it to ready to film. Once I film it, it's then moved into filmed and then we edit it again. This was something that Cal Newport took. Talked about in a world without email. The systems we use, etc. Anyway, fired up to get ahead. March 15th. Let's go. Tons of targets. All right, I'm gonna head to the studio. I love poo. Pain, uncertainty, hard work. That was a lot of hard work over the last 72 hours or so. I will see you on the way to the barn.
Hey guys, this is Bry. I promised to send you a studio kind of tour video. I'm late on it. I actually recorded one, but it got caught in slow mo for some reason and it didn't work. When I was filming, I went for 45 plus ones. I only got through 30 of them. Anyway, here's a junk pile from Emerson in that fort he was building back there. We've got a sauna. We knew when we found our place that this barn would serve as kind of a studio and a little like, you know, sauna, cold plunge. Our trail starts on the other side of that, which is kind of fun. Anyway, sauna studios there not lit up now, but I actually came in here to adjust this. Our cold plunge. I just got off the phone with a dear friend and big heroic investor and supporter who's also a WIM HOF certified coach. Talking about some stuff that we're gonna do for our coaches. We're gonna do some really cool workshop training to help our coaches go to the next level and help people integrate the app into their coaching practice and get their soul force to one on one, etc. Anyway, he told me high 30s, low 40s for 90 seconds or so, up to two minutes. So I just set that up. That's all I got. Can't wait to jump into that. Day one. Let's go.
