Brian Johnson offers two questions to find what matters most: what's the one thing you should start doing today that would most improve your life, and what's the one thing you should stop doing right now. Answer them when you're stressed to get back on track.
Chapters
Hi, this is Brian. Welcome back. We've got another mini chapter from a philosopher's notes. This one's called your number ones. So speaking of spiritual farts from the last chapter, if you're stinking up the room, the easiest way to get everything back in order is by asking yourself two questions. Number one, what's the number one thing I could start doing today that if I did it consistently, would have the most positive impact in my life? Then do it. And number two is, what's the number one thing I could stop doing right now that if I stop doing it, would have the greatest positive impact in my life? What is that? Well, quit doing it. Seriously though, whenever I find myself a little stressed, overwhelmed, whatever, I ask myself these two questions. It's a really powerful way to get the mojo back. Alright, so what are your number ones? Identify them. What do you need to start doing? What do you need to stop doing so you can deal with those spiritual farts and go out and rock it? Hope you enjoyed and have an awesome day.
