After the resurrection, Peter preached the gospel, he did a couple of things, but the capacity to take the church to the next realm was not in his hand. Capacity— ask God for the increase of capacity. You understand me? It's a capacity.
So when you unlock capacity, you unlock grace. So every level is capacity. Every man is given according to the measure.
So the measure— how do you measure measure? You— it is— see, listen, it is revelation. Revelation that unlocks the capacity. Do you understand that? Because when Abraham— are we preaching?

See, many people want promotion. They don't need promotion. You need capacity. You need to unlock revelation. There are protocols that unlocks revelation. So when you have the protocol, have your rock revelation.
