Chapters
1:11. But before I give this, I'm gonna tell you something. If you don't mind, maybe do this, I said, for 30 days, but do it continuously for every day for 30 days. Get some more. You can get some of your own scriptures. You don't have to use the ones that I just gave you. This is just a guide, but start saying them. You got to say them with your mouth. Your mouth have to be open. Okay, you can't, um, just— no, the mouth. Death and life is in the power of the tongue. Our words are powerful. Okay, Deuteronomy 1, verse 11: May the Lord, the God of your father, increase you a thousand times over and bless you as he has promised you. I want to see blessings in us. The, the first one that we're going to do And we're going to say, if you don't mind, the first one is going to be Deuteronomy 8:18. And I want you to say it after me right now. My Heavenly Father gives me power to get wealth. Let's say it with an attitude. Okay, let's say it the right way.
Come on.
All right, let's say it. Get, get. Let's say it like we strong. We girded up. We putting on the whole armor of God. Deuteronomy 8:18. My Heavenly Father gives me power to get wealth. Get loud so we can make the devil afraid. Deuteronomy 28:3-14. The Lord has commanded me to be blessed, therefore I am blessed. I'm above only and not beneath. I will lend and not borrow. Proverbs 10:6. Blessings are on the head of the righteous. Mm, but violence covers the mouth of the wicked. Violence covers the mouth of the wicked. Psalms 35:27. Let them shout for joy and be glad. Amen. That favor my righteous cause. And let them say continuously. Let the Lord be magnified, who has pleasure in the prosperity of his servant.
Of his servant.
Yeah, one more. Malachi 3, verse 8 through 12. I no longer live under the curse of poverty. The windows of heaven are open for— are open to me. And God rebukes the devourer for my sake. Thank you. Psalms 112, verse 3: Wealth and riches will be in my— will be— this is your sons, your daughters, yourself. Why don't you say that for your family?
Go ahead.
Wealth and riches will be in you. Say it. That's right. And his righteousness endures forever. Because we want righteousness, okay? We want justice. We want the favor of God to be with us. We want to be able to make wise decisions. Looks like decree and declare. It's Deuteronomy 1:11. May the Lord, the God of your father, increase bless you a thousand times more. Bless you as he has promised you. Thank you, everyone. God bless you all.
Thank you, Lord Jesus. Hallelujah, hallelujah, hallelujah.
Are you in the presence of God today?
If you have, somebody said, I am not here by chance.
Come on, somebody, I have a chance. Say, I am not here by chance, but I am appointed to be here. Hallelujah! Say to another neighbor, say, I am not here by chance, but I am appointed to be here. Hallelujah! Father, we give you all the praise.
Glory to God!
We give you all the praise, oh God.
Thank you for another opportunity to be in your presence. Thank you, gracious God, for this hour. Thank you, because this is your appointed time. For every time with the Lord is an appointed time. Thank you, Holy Spirit of the Living God. Father, I stand here as your servant, oh God, and I pray, oh God, let the ways of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable to your throne of grace. For all that I shall speak here today, Father, may you speak through me in the name of Jesus. Thank you, Holy Spirit of the living God. In Jesus' mighty name we pray. You can shout it better.
Hallelujah! Hallelujah!
Um, I am so happy to be here standing in your midst today. God is good, and he's always good.
Hallelujah!
We've had a powerful exhortation, a prayer point from our sister. Awesome. And in fact, I was even thinking that most of the things she was saying, it was even connected with what I'm about to tell you today. And I said the Spirit of God is one.
Hallelujah!
Amen!
Today I'm going to be talking something very profound, something that will inspire you, something that will stir up the Spirit of God in you, something that will make you to know who you are.
Hallelujah!
Today I'll be talking the topic in understanding your place of power. And authority. Understanding your place of power and authority. Whether you like it or not, for you to excel in life, for you to succeed in life, you need power and you need authority.
Hallelujah!
For you to accomplish the purpose of God in your life, you need to understand your place of power and authority.
Hallelujah!
That God has given to you to possess the land.
Hallelujah!
As a believers and followers of Christ, there is every need for you to understand the place of power, your place of power and authority.
Hallelujah!
And we can start. What is power?
Hallelujah!
Power is the ability to do or to act in.
Hallelujah!
Power is the ability. There is something that gives you the ability to do what you wanted to do.
There's something that gives you the courage, what you are acting.
There is something in you that gives you the preparedness for you to execute judgment in the place of the location that you want judgment to be taking place.
Hallelujah!
We need power to excel in this life.
Hallelujah!
But there are people, so many Christians or believers, who does not understand their place and authority. Let us talk what now, what is authority? Because there's— if you look at it carefully, there's different— there's a difference in power and authority.
Hallelujah!
If we talk about authority, authority is the right is the power or the right to give orders or to make decision or to enforce obedience.
Hallelujah!
How many of us here, we drive, right? Because you know how to drive, it doesn't mean that you can drive, because you need a license, an authority to give you the right to drive on the road.
Hallelujah!
Hallelujah!
So also you need authority.
Hallelujah!
You need authority to know what God's purpose is for your life.
Hallelujah!
Understand is important in life. When you understand your place of power, the devil cannot defeat you. When you understand your place of power, your enemies cannot mock you because you understand your place of power. However, we need to know through the scriptures what is the thing— how can we know our place of power and authority as a believer, as a follower of Christ, as a child of God.
Hallelujah!
Let's just open to the book of Luke chapter 9. Luke chapter 9.
Hallelujah!
Luke chapter 9, verses 1 and 2.
Hallelujah!
It says, then he called— what?
I want everybody to be there.
Hallelujah! Hallelujah! Are you there now?
Luke 9, verse 1. Then he called his 12 disciples together and gave them what?
Power and what?
Authority over all devils and to cure diseases. Verse 2, he said, and he sent them to preach the gospel of God and to heal the—
hallelujah—
called his disciples all his disciples together and he gave them power. Now the thing is, why did Jesus have to give us power? Because power is what excels in this world. Power is what makes a difference in your life.
Power is what sets you apart in life.
Power is what justifies your stand with God.
Power is the evidence of God's living inside of you.
Power and authority there is the will of God to demonstrate the will of the kingdom of God.
Hallelujah!
But Jesus said that he gave them power.
So that means anything you operate outside God, it will not work for you.
Anything move you make outside of God, it is impossible. You cannot achieve Hallelujah!
But God knows the only way that he can make his disciples to move the gospel of the kingdom is to give them power and authority. Power comes with boldness. Power comes with integrity. Power is the truth in the word of God.
Hallelujah!
You know, God about is— if you look at the natural phenomenon of power, just like the president now The president of the United States, you can see it is the people.
Hallelujah!
Because you all know that a president is elected, right? The people have to vote to decide, to choose who they want them to lead the country, right? And that power is bestowed unto him God's own, the Son of God.
Hallelujah!
In the divine will and plan of God, Jesus expressed himself by saying that I—
what I have, who God has made me to be—
I give you the same authority. To go in my name.
Hallelujah!
And this is God himself, Jesus, speaking, said, I give you power.
So you need to understand and know your right in Christ. God has given you the power and the authority to command, to make a decision, to enforce obedience, that everything you want to respond to you according to the power of God. That have been stored.
If you don't know your right, most of the things that the devil uses is because of the things we do not know that we have. Hallelujah, hallelujah! When in the Genesis, in the beginning When the devil came and told and said to Eve that, did God told you not to eat? Listen, because God knows that the day you eat, you'll be like gods. But the thing is that you're already a god. You are small gods, yes, but he used that because they didn't know.
Hallelujah! And that's what happened.
Even God himself, when they were all covered with the glory of God, and when man fell, God asked the question, who told you that you were naked? Because right from beginning, you— God, you know you are naked, but because you are under the glory of God.
Hallelujah.
And God said, who told you?
Hallelujah.
Most of the time, the devil will try to take us out of a place of our power and authority. But that devil is a liar in the name of Jesus. So you need to know your place of power and authority, because I've come to realize that in the place of your power and authority, nobody can outstand you, nobody can outgame you, nobody can outsmart you, because you know the place of your power and authority.
Hallelujah!
Let us go further in Luke chapter 20, verse 1 to 8.
Hallelujah!
For you to know that in your place of power, there is always going to be opposition. In your place of power, there is always going to be attack. In your place of power, there's always going to be people who are ready to defame you. In your place of power, there are people who are ready to bring you down.
Hallelujah!
But what do you do?
Let us see Luke chapter 20. Praise the Lord! Am I communicating to somebody? Luke chapter 20, verse 1. Look at this. And it came to pass that one of these days, as he taught the people in the temple and preached the gospel The chief priests and the scribes came upon him and the others, and they spake unto him, saying, tell us, by what authority does you do these things?
And who is this that gave you this authority?
Hallelujah! You know, have you ever had that issue that when people see the way you act or you do things, they kind of imagine what gives this person the motivation? What gives the person the morality? What gives the person the nerve to act this way, to do these things?
And most especially, once you—
anything about you is always perfect. Have you ever been in a situation whereby when you enter in a place, you know, like it could be a place of work or anything, and anything like— let's say there's a situation and anytime you come in and speak there's peace. People give you audience. People say, wow, and for no reason, people, they just agree whatever you say. Do you think it's just— it is authority. That is power from God. Hallelujah!
It didn't just happen.
It's not, it's not a magic. That is who you were born to be.
Hallelujah!
And these people, look, just look at them, at them at that time. Instead of them to appreciate the good things that God, Jesus was doing, all they could ask is, on whose authority, what power gave you the audacity? You have not celebrated the good thing that somebody who was lame received his healing, someone who was blind could see, someone who was lame could work.
Hallelujah!
You are not happy for the the good things that God is doing, all you want to do is to contest and to attack what God is doing. Are there people in your life who attacks what God is doing through you? Are there people in your life who are after you just because you are doing the divine mandate, you are fulfilling the divine— now this is And they asked Jesus, and Jesus answered and said, I will also ask you one question.
Hallelujah.
He said, answer me, the baptism of John, was it from heaven or from men? Look at that. And they reason with themselves, saying, if we say it's from heaven, he will say, why then Hallelujah! Praise the Lord!
But as if we say of men, all the people will stone us, for they be persuaded that John was a prophet.
Hallelujah!
Praise the Lord! And they answer, and they could not tell what it was. And Jesus said unto them, neither tell I you by what authority I do all these things.
Hallelujah!
Praise the Lord! See, power also comes with wisdom.
Hallelujah!
Authority—
like I said, the Bible says Jesus gave us authority.
Hallelujah!
You see, that power and authority with the wisdom of God will give you the boldness to stand and to speak.
Hallelujah!
In order to bring things, in order to enforce obedience to things that is not right.
Hallelujah!
And this word that Jesus answered and said unto them, if you cannot tell me all this, tell me where I make power or where I get this authority, neither will I Hallelujah!
Do not let anybody to rob away your power and authority in Christ. Do not let anyone to mock you or to defame you.
Hallelujah!
In the name of Jesus. Understanding your place of power and authority is so important. But the thing is, let's just see what qualifies you If somebody asks you, as a believer, what qualifies you to have this power and this authority?
Hallelujah!
Let's look at John chapter 1, verse 10. Hallelujah! John chapter 1, verse 10. What qualifies you to be, to have this power, to understand your place of power and authority. John chapter 1, verse, verse 10. We all know that as he was in the world and the world was made by him and the world knew him, he Look, I said, but as what?
Many. As what? Received. To them he gave what?
To become the sons of God, even unto them that believe on his name. So because you received Jesus Christ, you made him your master, you made him your love, that qualifies you automatically to be God's representative. That qualifies you already to become the sons of God. Because you received him, Jesus.
Hallelujah! Because I received Jesus, everything that Jesus possessed, I possess. Everything that Jesus is, that is who I am. Because I received him, I acknowledge him.
Hallelujah!
And I say, it is not I that live, but he that lives through me. I receive. And that qualifies you to have power.
Hallelujah!
Because he was the one that qualifies you. But the only thing that you did is that you receive what he has done. You receive with your open heart.
In your heart, you received him. And because you received him, then God, by the judgment and the purpose of God, he made you like his son. Hallelujah. And he said—
now look at this— for as many have received him, to them he gave the power to become the sons of God, which were born not of blood, not of the will of man.
So that means the authority I have, I I possess today came from above, came from God. It is the purpose of God. And I became the inheritance of God. I now became the dwelling place of God.
Hallelujah!
And I became the eyes and the hands and the legs that God used to move and walk on this earth.
Hallelujah!
Because he himself have bestowed upon me the authority because I have received Christ. Hallelujah!
No man can judge you. No man can put you down.
Even the devil has no right to put you down because this is of God, not of the will of man.
Now look, the Word was made flesh, dwelled among us, and we beheld his glory. Now we all know that Jesus is the Word of God. Jesus is the Word of God. You cannot separate Jesus from God, because Jesus is the Word of God.
Now, when you come now, as you have received him, hallelujah, because everything you do, you are not doing it on your own, you are doing it in the name of Jesus. That means in the world today, you are the Jesus that people see today. You are the Jesus that is walking on earth. You are the Jesus that is performing miracles, signs, and wonders, because to have his word. He said, if you abide in me and I in you, hallelujah, you shall ask anything in my name, it shall be granted unto you. So the word itself, which is you today, because you are the one, you are the one, the people, you that hear the gospel of Jesus.
Hallelujah.
Jesus is in heaven. He has finished his work. Now he has commissioned you to continue. Not just that, he gave you the authority and the power.
Hallelujah!
He said the word was there and he drove.
And so because of that, you are walking full of grace and truth.
Hallelujah!
The word of God is true. Jesus is the truth. Hallelujah, hallelujah. We all know, and so ever that believe, hallelujah, will not perish.
Hallelujah.
As he lives, so I live. Eternity runs inside of me.
Hallelujah!
Praise the Lord.
So we are beholding his glory.
We need to understand that he has given us that place, that position of power and authority to perform any acts we want to see in this life. In his name.
Hallelujah! Hallelujah!
Praise the Lord! We are talking about understanding your place of authority as a child of God, but there is something we need to understand. For you to understand your place of power and authority is to understand the gift of God. Upon your life.
Hallelujah!
Even the life you live is a gift. The air you breathe is a gift.
Hallelujah!
You need to understand that for you to know your place of power and authority is for you to understand the gift of God upon your life.
Let us see Jeremiah chapter 1. Jeremiah chapter 1. 5 to 10.
Hallelujah!
Praise the Lord! Get to somebody today. I'm believing God, at the end you will exercise those rights as a child of God. Chapter 1, verse 5. Okay, he said, before I formed thee in the belly, I knew thee.
Before thou came forth out of the womb, I what?
Sanctified thee, and I ordained thee to be a prophet unto the nations.
Hallelujah!
So for you to know your place of power and authority, you need to know the gift and calling of God upon your life.
Because when you know the gift and calling of God upon your life, that gives you the jurisdiction to stand and to perform the will of God for your life.
Hallelujah!
That gives you the tenacity to accomplish what God has called you to do.
Hallelujah!
So you need to know, this is just Jeremiah that was speaking, and God said, before you were formed, I knew thee.
How many of you know who—
how many of you can say boldly, I know who I am? I know who I am.
Hallelujah!
Because when you know who you are, you are— oh my God, that brings the power and authority to perform according to what you know and what you have learned and what you have experienced.
Hallelujah!
Am I talking to somebody here? And he says, my God, I have an anniversary, said Lord God. This is Jeremiah said, I cannot speak for I am a child. This is God coming to Jeremiah said, son, you are just wasting your time. This is who I have called you to be, and the only way you can succeed is we start acknowledge and fall under obedience what I have made you to be so that you can succeed in whatever I have Hallelujah! Oh Lord, I am— do not say that you're a child. Let me tell you, for you to exercise power and authority, you are not too young to exercise power, are you too old to exercise the power and authority of God? When God has spoken his word, I say this is who you are. All you need to do is to stand out and speak.
Hallelujah!
And that's what Jesus— God was telling Jeremiah. He said, oh, don't say not— don't say you are a child. Even when he was looking at himself as a child, God was looking the mighty giant in him. God was looking a mighty prophet in him.
God was seeing a great man in him.
Hallelujah!
I said, do not say that you're tired because you don't know what you carry.
Kabasha kabaya.
Some of you here today, do you look down on yourself because you don't know what to carry? Because you don't know who God has made you to be? Are you listening to me, somebody here? Some of you, God have made you leaders to lead people in your community. Some of you, God have made you to be stewards. So if you gotta make it to be counselors, so many things in life Hallelujah! God has made you to be.
Hallelujah!
And God was telling Jeremiah, don't say that you are a child, for I have made you and ordained you a prophet even before you came out to the water. I have called you, I have poured my oil on you, and this is the only way you can succeed. You can speak in the name of Jesus.
Hallelujah!
So for you to know your place of power, and I have to know the child of who I am. I am a child of the living God. I am a son of the living God.
Hallelujah!
God lives inside of me.
Amen.
And to all you to know that everything I possess, the ability that I act in, is not of my own. It is he that lives in me. And this is what the Lord said. For the Lord said unto me, send not your attire, thou shalt go all that I shall send thee, and whatsoever I command you, speed thou.
Come on now!
Hallelujah! Hallelujah!
Have you been in the face of opposition whereby people want to come to harass you? I want to come to defame you, but only when they provoke the anointing of God in in your life, and you said, if I dare open my mouth to speak, I'm telling you something will happen, and they will like, wow! But when you speak, things will begin to happen. They will know that you're not ordinary.
Hallelujah, somebody!
So we need to understand the gift and calling of God for us to understand the place of power and authority.
Praise the Lord. Now look at this. This is God. Jesus went further and said, do not be afraid of their faces. See, when you exercise power, there is no fear, there is control. This is— there is stillness. You know, when God said in Psalm 46:10, he said, be still and know that I am God.
Hallelujah!
Can you tell— he said, I will be still that God lives inside of me. Praise the Lord! There are some things, you know, when, when you know the courage that who is with you is much stronger than this that's against you, you do not panic. You just be still.
Hallelujah!
Praise the Lord!
And this is what God said. He said, do not be afraid of their faces. But he said, for the Lord your God will put forth his hand and touch your mouth. Hallelujah! And the Lord said unto him, behold, I have put my words in my mouth. Verse 10, he said, I have give— I have this day set over the nations. You what? Over the kingdoms, for you to root out and to pull down and to destroy, to throw down, to build and to plant.
Hallelujah! Hallelujah!
So that means God have given the keys to the kingdom of heaven and on earth, that whatsoever I bind on earth shall be binding in heaven. What is that thing that challenged the power and authority of God in your life?
What is that devil? What is that affliction that is challenging the power of God upon your life? Is it not time for you to waken up yourself that I am of God, because he that lives through me is greater than they in the world? And you can say, in the name of Jesus, I command you, affliction, out of my life!
And they will obey. Why? Because the authority of Jesus is upon you.
Hallelujah!
There are so many of us who have a lot of gifts.
It could be prophecy, it could be proclamation, it could be service, it could be leadership, even charity, encourage, many things.
Hallelujah!
That is your strongest weapon, and nobody can outgame you or outsmart you in your place of power and authority.
Hallelujah!
Let us see Romans 11:29. It says, for the gift of calling of God is of what? No repentance.
Let us see.
Hallelujah.
Romans 11:29. Let's see. Jesus. Hallelujah. If somebody have, you can read it please. Romans 11:29. What did it say?
Uh-huh.
And the calling of God are irrevocable.
Hallelujah!
So you are not just who you say, or you just happen like that. You, you did not just happen.
God already made you. God already created you that way.
Hallelujah!
And he said it is irrevocable. No matter your errors in life, on your life, no matter mistakes you make in life, It does not change what God has proposed you to be. Only if you stand stronger and say, God, this is who I am.
Hallelujah!
He said, for the gift of God is of no repentance. Let me tell you, no matter the errors you make, that— do you think that God didn't know you're going to make that error? The mistakes you make in life, the way the devil have misled you to make you to lose track, do you think God was not aware?
But he always has a plan of bringing you—
hallelujah!
The gift of God to understand your place of power is to know that that thing he has given—
hallelujah!
When he has given, he has given you. Praise the Lord.
Hallelujah!
Am I communicating to somebody? You need to understand, hallelujah, you did not just speak just, just like a singer.
Hallelujah!
You did not just start to sing. Even I, I did not just have to preach the gospel. I just feel like I wasn't called to preach. But I was born to preach. Hallelujah!
Hallelujah!
You weren't just called to be successful, but you were born to be successful.
You weren't just called to be rich, you were born to be rich. You were not just called to be wealthy, you were born to be wealthy.
I also said it here today.
Hallelujah!
Deuteronomy 8, verse 10, he said, I am the Lord your God who has given you the what, the what, the what, the what, to make what.
Hallelujah!
So when God was creating you, he gave you that with you. Everything you can—
everything you can drive, God put it inside of you. Praise the Lord.
Hallelujah.
I wasn't just saved because I was called to save. God have already knew I was born. See, I mean, think about this. We have in the world today, there are so many people who don't believe in Jesus. Am I right or wrong? We have so many religions.
Hallelujah!
So you that chose to believe God, did you think you just came and just believe?
No, God has already appointed you in this time, in this hour, that you shall bear him witness.
Hallelujah!
Praise the Lord!
For me to come and read and said, wow, Do you think it's the gift of God? You were born to be saved. You are born to be delivered.
Hallelujah!
Your deliverance did not just start now.
It was—
it started right from the very day that God created you.
Praise the Lord!
Hallelujah!
The gift of God is unrepentant. So do not worry. Oh, I've made mistakes in the past.
Think Think about the future. Think about what God said.
Hallelujah!
Even Eros— now look about this. This woman had 5 husbands, but when he encountered Jesus—
when she encountered Jesus, her life changed.
That means before the beginning, God have already ordained her to be saved, and Jesus was going to meet her.
Hallelujah!
Praise the Lord!
And the day she met Christ Her life changed.
Hallelujah!
So that is to tell you the gift of God is on our repentance. No matter your past mistakes in error in your life, press forward, look forward.
Praise the Lord. And you can boldly stand today that what I am today is by the grace of God. You know why? Because life have taken you through stages in life and you said it can only be God. Some of you have encountered so many things in your life that you— that could have taken your life. So many things you have experienced, it could be sickness or whatever, you thought you were going to die, but somehow, somewhere, God came into the scene.
Hallelujah!
Do you think it's by your making? Do you think it's by effort? It's by him.
Hallelujah!
Please give Jesus a big hand. Hallelujah! If you can.
Amen. Psalm 139. Psalm 139, it says, David said, I bless you, the Lord, because I am fearfully and wonderfully— what?
You are fearfully and wonderfully made. God does not joke with you.
Hallelujah!
When you talk about fearfully and wonderfully made, that means that fearfully—
God was careful. God was in intense— like, should I say, uh, intention or intensive? God was so intentional about you. That's the right word. God was so intentional about you that he carefully crafted you, and he pumped and supplied upon you grace, favor, wealth, riches, divine health.
Hallelujah!
Prosperity.
Hallelujah!
He was—
he, he put all those. That's what I mean, fearfully and wonderfully made.
Hallelujah!
So you need to understand, for you to exercise that right and power, amen, and authority, you need to know that I am fearfully, beautifully, handsomely made of God. I am God's finest. I am the first class of God.
Hallelujah!
God has called me to dominate, to possess.
Hallelujah!
So you don't have to look down on yourself no matter the challenges you go in life.
Hallelujah!
The Bible said that the joy of the Lord should be my strength.
Praise the Lord!
Hallelujah!
And finally, I want you to know your place of power and authority is for the edification of the church and the benefit for mankind or humanity.
Hallelujah!
Those gifts God has given to you, for you to understand, is for the benefit, is for the edification of the church.
Why?
What must be in you that people must see, want to come to Christ? What is the thing that you possess that people want to come to know Christ? What are the things that happens in your life that people want to call out? How, how did this come able to achieve this? How were you promoted from being from ordinary supervisor to become a director with no protocol?
Hallelujah!
Praise the Lord! It's for the education of the church.
Hallelujah!
Imagine if you right now and they said, oh, Sister Tanya or Sister Pastor Tita, you know, by the power that you understand the gift of calling of God upon your life and you know you're right in Christ, anyone that comes— let's say people come here, anytime you pray for people, people get healed. Hallelujah! Do you know that Pastor Tita, people will consider that, you know what, if all of me to waste money in the hospital, and I know that I've heard that Pastor Tita, whenever Pastor Tita prayed, the person gets healed instantly. What will I do? I was— I'll be looking out for her.
I better talk to her. Why?
Because, you know, I just want to, to be free and I don't have to spend much. But, you know, Pastor Tita now become a channel where God can reach the unreached. Hallelujah! Because she understands her place of power and authority that she possess. Hallelujah! Some of us, there are so many gifts that God has given unto you, and you are not making use of it. You know, imagine someone who could have saved when you are there. Why God gave it to you is for the edification of the church and for the benefit of mankind.
Hallelujah!
Praise the Lord! We all know the story of the centurion man. Hallelujah! You know, man of God, I, I refresh that thing and I understand something. In that Luke 8:5, about the centurion man, he said, I am a man of authority. So a man of authority, this is a man of authority. I just realized that it was men that made him.
Hallelujah.
He said, I am a man of authority when I command the servant to do. So he wasn't just man, nobody, he didn't just wake up and said, I'm a man of authority. It was people who made him and gave him that power. To have authority over people, to demand and to command to go. But when he came to Jesus, it was a different story. Because I began to wonder, I said, even the servant that was sick of paseo, which is paralysis, hallelujah. I don't know at those days if they have any good hospitals or anything, hallelujah. But he has seen Jesus Christ heal the sick, raise the dead, hallelujah. He said the only way such person can possess such power must be divine. From God.
Hallelujah!
And that's why he said, oh, I'm a man of authority, but you are a man of authority. You are a high authority. Just speak the word. Even Jesus offered to come to his house. He said, no, do not come. Don't worry, you know, I see you as a divine power and authority.
Just speak the word.
And the Bible says that very same moment the servant got healed.
Hallelujah!
So imagine you, you can say something now and things will be happening happening and be in California. And you can say something now, this will be happening in Africa. You can always speak the word.
Hallelujah!
Because every access, that prime that God gives, hallelujah, that authority bestows in you.
Hallelujah!
Amen. We're going to round up this one. Acts of the Apostles chapter 3, verse 1 to 8. To see, to express your power and authority.
Hallelujah!
Praise the Lord! Acts of the Apostles chapter 3, verse 1. I will just pick one or two verses, but it's a popular scripture that we all know. Let's say verse 3. He said, who seeing Peter and John about to go into the temple to ask him, the man at the Beautiful Gate.
Hallelujah.
In the hour that the one, uh, um, the, the apostles Peter and John were about to pray, and this man stopped them and said to Peter, fastening his eyes upon him and John, he said, look upon me. He said, and he gave heed unto him, expecting to receive something from him. But this is what's so powerful. Then Peter said, Siva, Silver and gold have I none, but such as I have I will give thee.
Hallelujah!
There are some people in our lives, in our lives, you cannot give what you don't have.
Hallelujah!
There are so many people who have been called in different positions and things, you know, even in the body of Christ. That's why God said there are different gifts of the Spirit. They are prophets, they are teachers. Some of you, your own is to be a kingdom financier. Some of you, your own is to be steward, some of you to be usher, different departmental position, all for the same body, edification body of Christ. Hallelujah. But this man, the part said, I have no gold, but I have something that is greater and bigger than gold.
Hallelujah.
Because as you, as an authority to enforce obedience, the only thing I— as look, I stand as a representative of God.
Hallelujah.
And I stand as the one who speaks the minds of God. Even with this person in lame, begging arms, I felt to myself of— I mean, I'm thinking it's from Peter and Paul. I felt that if this man can be able to walk, he will not be able to be standing here and be begging, because actually the thing that can help him to get him to walk, to be like others, has been cut off. He's not able to.
Hallelujah!
But Jesus, um, Peter and John said, what I have I give you. In the name of Jesus, rise and walk. And God honored his word.
Hallelujah!
Stand up on your feet. Praise God.
Today we're going to decree.
What is that thing that you want God to unveil in your life?
Hallelujah.
What is that thing? I want to see people of God to exercise their power in Christ.
Hallelujah.
To exercise your authority you have in Christ and to know you can do all things through Christ Jesus. Then there's a— hallelujah. Lift up your hands. Father, in the name of Jesus, I declare and I decree, Father, may you give me the grace to understand my place of power and authority.
In the name of Jesus, Father, may you give me the grace and the authority to be where you want me to be. In the name of my legal authority, in the name of Jesus, that every mountain that is before me shall be leveled right now. In the name of Jesus Christ. Thank you, Father, because you are worthy of our praise.
And today we know that we are not alone.
We know is even to the end of time, in the name of Jesus.
Thank you, Heavenly Father, for this hour, in Jesus' mighty name.
Hallelujah!
If you are blessed, give a clap offering to the Lord.
Hallelujah! Thank you, Jesus! Thank you for that grace. Thank you, Father. Hallelujah, hallelujah. Okay, I'm gonna come out of, uh, Leviticus 27:30 and 32. And all the tithe of the land, whether the seed of the land and/or the fruit of the tree, is the Lord's. It is holy. And concerning the tithe of the herd, and of the flock, even as whatsoever passeth under the rod, the tenth shall be holy unto the Lord. Hallelujah! Thank you, Father. And then I'm gonna go over to, uh, let's see, okay, I'm gonna go with the 2 Corinthians, and I'm gonna go into 9. 6, 7, and 8. But this I say, he which soweth sparingly shall reap also sparingly, and he which soweth bountifully shall reap also bountifully. Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give, not grudgingly or of necessity, for not— for God loveth a cheerful giver. God loves a cheerful giver. Thank you, Father. Hallelujah. Tithing now in the name of Jesus. Get your tithes ready, get your offerings ready, seeds. Hallelujah, Lord. Thank you, Father. Thank you, Jesus. Thank you, Father. Thank you, Father. There's so many ways we could worship you. We come before you at this time to worship you through our giving, through the giving of our tithes and our offerings. Father, we worship you with joy. We adore you, oh God. Hallelujah! Thank you, Jesus. Thank you, Father. You said these are holy. You give us everything we need to abound in good works. Thank you, Father. We come before you with our tithes and with our offering today. You are the God of God and King of Kings and Lord of Lords. You're the God of multiplication, Lord. Let our finances manifest in the glory. Thank you.
