It comes in two dimensions.

Hear the word of the Lord. The spirit of the devourer is the spirit that makes you believe that there's scarcity. It is the spirit that makes you believe that there's scarcity in your life, that you don't have enough, you will never have enough, the shortage. The spirit of the devourer denies what God has done.

He said, I've given you all things. All things are yours.

All things are freely given yours. But the spirit of the devourer will sow a seed in your mind that makes you believe that there's— that makes you believe that things will not come good your way. The spirit of the devourer makes you believe in scarcity. I need money. It doesn't matter how much you have, you desire more. It doesn't matter how much. Hallelujah. Hallelujah! You have in your account, you have in your savings, there's still that desire, that doubt, that false belief that you are in scarcity. Listen to me, the power of wealth is different from the power of the devourer. Listen very carefully.

The power of wealth is not in the quality, is not in the amount, but in the spirit of multiplication that is in the amount. Let me bring that again up. When God says, I have blessed you that you shall prosper that you have wealth.
