In this brief motivational sermon, the speaker emphasizes that personal skill and knowledge are insufficient for true success. He argues that the decisive factor is the backing of the Spirit—spiritual power that must accompany one’s work and relationships. Citing the biblical example of returning to Galilee “in the power of the Spirit,” he urges listeners to enter their jobs and personal connections with that same divine empowerment, asserting that such spiritual backing will bring future manifestation and fulfillment.

So it's not because you don't lack the skill, it is not because you don't know how to do things. You know how to do things, but the problem is that the spirit that backs what you need to be done, needs to be done, is not there. He returned to Galilee in the power of the spirit. He returned to Galilee in the power of the spirit. See, the thing is that you have to go into your job with the power of the spirit. You have to go into a relationship with the power of the spirit. It is the backing of the spirit that will bring the manifestation in the days to come.
