A speaker explains that believers have divine power but need to claim authority to use it. He says speaking declarations in Jesus's name activates that power, and a silent mouth leads to an unfulfilled life.

You must understand that your position is an authority, is an authority, because power has been given unto you. What you need is authority, the authority to execute the power. Power is useless without authority. You have power already. He said, I give you power to tread upon snakes and scorpions. But what you need is authority, the authorized certification, the authorized declaration to say in the name of Jesus. Arise and walk. Say, in the name of Jesus, my tomorrow is better than where I am. You see, if your mouth is quiet, your life will be quiet.
