The Bible says that faith is the substance of things hoped for. It says we understand that by faith the universe was formed at the command of God's word, that the things which we see was not made from the things which we see. So the invisible didn't come from visibility. The things you are seeing now didn't come from the visible. How water turns to ice? You just put the temperature, change the temperature.
