🔥 “Why Most Christian Businesses Fail (and How Yours Won’t) 🚀🔥”By Hesed Ojieh

In this sermon‑style business coaching talk, Hesed Ojieh addresses Christian entrepreneurs, arguing that most Christian businesses fail because they misunderstand three fundamental, spiritually‑framed components. First, they treat money as a mere physical medium of exchange instead of recognizing it as a spiritual currency that must be actively channeled into projects, systems, and assignments; hoarding or chasing money leads to spiritual oppression. Second, they neglect the spiritual and cultural environment of their market, failing to align their business location, atmosphere, and team culture with Kingdom values, which leaves them vulnerable to the “prince of the air” and hostile market forces. Third, they lack the three Kingdom‑aligned business cultures— the “taker” (claiming God‑ordained territory), the “occupier” (holding that territory against resistance), and the “innovator” (pioneering new value). By adopting these mindsets, directing financial flow, and cultivating a love‑filled, open workplace, Christian businesses can avoid failure and experience supernatural overflow.

If you are in business, I want you to listen to me, especially if you're a believer. I want you to listen to me if you're in business. I need you to listen to me, very important. What I'm about to say is transformational. Why most Christian businesses fail in just a few years. Why most Christian businessmen and women are on their 4th business idea, 5th business idea, 7th business idea. Why you have been failing in business. Why your business is struggling. You have a business and it's struggling, I'll tell you this is the reason why. I know what I'm saying. I mentor a lot of business people, prophesy about a lot of business people. I speak to them. I'm in that market space. I'm in that environment. Why most Christian businesses, why most businesses fail. Do you know why? A lot of people tell me it's because of money, finances. That has nothing to do with business, with business failing. Nothing to do with it. I'm going to tell you 3 key components. You're not going to hear it from anywhere. You're not going to hear it from anywhere. I know what I'm saying. I have the grace for what I'm telling you. I've dealt with the spirit. I fought that beast. I understand it, so I'm going to place it before you. It's your responsibility to Ask for deeper understanding. Ask for application, how to apply it. Why businesses fail. 3 key component, 3 key component. Number 1 is because most Christian businesses don't understand that money is not just a medium of exchange. Money. Money you require. Money that is operational in your business. Money that gives you access to do whatever you need to do is spiritual. Money is not physical. So a lot of businesses fail because they pursue money from the physical perspective. And why They pursue growth, expansion, more salary, more money, more profits. They miss the fact that money is spiritual. Money has a spiritual component. Money has a spiritual component. And if you notice, nothing is in the scriptures compared to God except money. Money is so powerful. In a blind man's eye, money is physical. It's paper printed by machine for, for, for the use of exchange, buying and selling. No, that's where you're failing. That's where your business is failing. Money is not physical. And do you know that money is one of the most powerful But the most imprisoned printed material— money is regulated. Money is regulated. So money is so powerful that it is regulated. Even your own money that you put in the bank, when you go to get it from the bank, you have to show your ID. But when you put in the money, you didn't— when you put in the money, you didn't show anything. When your salary was paid, the money was paid in. But to get the money out, they put roadblocks, hindrances. So how would you be working with an instrument, with instrument of money, and not understand that money is psychological, money is physiological, and money is spiritual? But let's talk about the spiritual side of money. That money is called currency because it flows. It was never designed to be kept. It was never designed to be stored. It was never designed to be chased. That's why you're making a mistake. Money cannot be chased. Money cannot be pursued because money is currency. In Bible, in, in the scripture, it's called mammon. It's called mammon. Money is a currency. So business people, you don't pursue currency, you don't pursue the current. If you do, it will wash you out. So you have to understand that money is not designed to be kept. Money is designed to be multiplied. Money is designed to be multiplied. Money cannot be kept still. You can't keep $10 million in the account. There must be a channel to turn that $10 million into 50 million, into 100 million. The design of money, the spirit behind money— money is spiritual— is not designed to be kept, it's not designed to be chased, it's designed to be directed, to be directed. So a lot of Christians don't understand this, that money is not just an exchange, a medium of exchange. Money is a currency spirit, is a spirit called current currency. It moves. In different directions. You can save $50,000 today, but one little thing that will come wipe out one medical situation, financial situation, will wipe it out. Because money was not designed to be kept, it was designed to solve problems, to create opportunity, to create wealth. That's what a lot of Christians don't understand, that money, the nature of money is spiritual. And when it is current, when money enters into you and it becomes the love of money, evil enters into you. Do you know money is currency? Because when it enters into people, it possesses people, it overpowers people, it overshadows people, it drowns people. Their feelings and emotions is stolen. Money is so spiritual. So as a business person, you must understand that the currency of dollars, whatever money you have, should never be allowed to marry your feeling, because money is spirit. Christian business people, don't pursue it. So it's your responsibility. This is your responsibility as a Christian business person. As a business person, your responsibility is not to stop the flow in of finances into your account or to pursue the flow of finances into your account. You miss it, the currency of money will possess you. You begin to do things out of principle, out of order, out of protocol. You begin to cut corners because you are pursuing a current. You are pursuing currency. Currency means flow with power. It will overshadow you. Your responsibility is not to chase it. Your responsibility is not to desire much of it. But your responsibility as a Christian business person is to direct the flow Don't obstruct, don't obstruct the flow, don't manipulate the flow of finances. Just direct the money you have, the currency. I want to use the word currency. If you have only 200, direct that currency, that power of money that you have. It's not the amount, direct the currency into projects. Direct the money you have into, into, into system, into assignment. Build something with the money you have, then the money multiplies as it's assigned and it comes back to you a hundredfold, a thousandfold. That is what you need to understand. That is, that is how to control the flow of money. Control the flow of money is not to desire money, not to pursue success, but to multiply the money that you have currently into projects. You know, Cory, when water is flowing, it's cryptocurrency. You have to open channels for the water to go and become, you know, an opportunity to begin to water grounds that are dry. So if you're going to succeed, you have to Understand that it's your responsibility to channel the money that you currently have, the money that you currently are receiving. Channel it, because money that is kept does not multiply. It is money that is channeled, channeled, released. You understand what I said? Money in your account is useless. You have to understand this, Christian business person. Don't focus on just the, on the profit. Focus on the channel. How can we take what we have to produce, to get a product at this level, and a system, a structure that will allow what we have, what we have produced, or what we have available in the market, create a system that will allow that thing to run around back to you. Because money is the flow of currency. Money is currency that leaves you, leaves you to come back to you. So if your money is not channeled into projects, systems, assignment, products, services, that's where you need to focus on. Put your mind on that, that your responsibility is to channel, find money is to give money work, an assignment, a project, a structure, a system, a service. Then that money will go, will leave you, and return back to you multiple fold. That is what I need you to understand, that money must leave your hand. It is not just there to buy product, to buy, to buy things that you need. Your money, your best money is the money that— the best money is the money that is channeled. How much do you have in your account, in your savings? How much do you have in your checking account? How much does the business make weekly, daily? This is responsibility. Don't pursue money, just channel the one that you have, channel the one that comes to you. Find a system, a structure, a service, a product, a service that will take the money that you have and present that product, that Services channel it. That's the channel. Then it will come back to you, multiply. That you will never— your business will never close. A lot of time people want more money, investors. Eventually they will fail because there is no structure. They don't understand the management of money, the growth dimension of money. So it's important that money is supposed to be channeled. If you fail in this stewardship of the management of the flow— I have 50,000, what can we produce with 20,000 and keep 30,000 that will enable us make 150— that is the channeling of money. And I want you to be— I want you to be a great steward. Money will leave your hand. You can never keep money. You can never The only way to keep money is to increase finances. The only best way to save is to increase finances. Increase more, create more opportunity, more services, more income. That's how you become a steward. That's how your account is— becomes more. Your account is strengthened. So a lot of Christian businesses fail. A lot of people fail because they don't understand the system of the channel and the nature of money. How to have the right relationship with money, how to have become a steward of money, how money works. You don't know what I'm telling you. You don't know. I'm telling you that money is required. You have to know that money is not money. Money is currency. It needs an assignment, it needs a project, it needs a service, it needs something, a finished product that can multiply the money invested. So money is a spirit. It needs somebody with stewardship mentality, growth mentality to increase money. The money in your hand is useless, it devalues. The money in your account helps the bank and not you. The money in the bank does not help you. The monthly charges and all of that will eat up that money. The only money that grows is the money that is channeled to project that returns back. Money is required to leave and to return back. Money is required to leave you and to return back. So you have to understand this channel, the system, the speed. If you get this today, then we're done. Second thing I want to tell you, Second thing I want to share with you, second key component, is that a lot of businesses, a lot of business people, a lot of Christian businesses don't understand the environment of their business. They don't understand where your business is located, the market your business is located, the environment, the players in the market. Because if you don't control the environment, you can't control you the flow of your finances. You must control the environment, the market. You must be a shareholder in the market. You can have the best product in the wrong market. Very powerful. Enemy Satan is called the prince of the air. He's the master of atmosphere. Don't ever— make sure the atmosphere in your workplace, within your work, people, people who work with you Make sure you control that atmosphere because one demonic confusion, misunderstanding, misrepresentation can cause you to lose great talent. So I'm very careful that the culture of my environment is love. The culture of my environment is openness, fellowship. People that work with you, people that you're working with, people that work for you, you must create an atmosphere for people to be able to be themselves. And see that they are not just working for you, but they are working with you, that their future is secured because they are building something that will make your lives different. The culture, the environment of your business, your environment, the inside environment is so good. A lot of people say, oh, I'm a Christian business, I will employ Christian workers. What if the Christian workers you have are not competent? No, open your work to an environment where people know that you serve a living God. If they can work in that environment where the love of God is expressed— this is a Christian business and this is the culture of our environment— let the people that work with you know the culture of your environment. It will foster, foster growth. Stability, opportunity, growth within the minds of the people. Now you have to know, you have to know, you have to know the environment of your business, where your business is located. A lot of Christian businesses, a lot of Christian businesses, a lot of Christian businesses break because they don't know the environment of their business. Sells? What is the mindset of the people there? What is the thought pattern of the people there around where your market is located? Am I in the right market? Does this location— it's not the price of the building, it's not the price of the place, it's not because you like it— is the culture of this environment able to absorb, to receive, to accept this item, this product, these services? Environment is why people fail. They're in the right location but the wrong spirit. Everybody around that environment is a thief and a liar, even though they are in the right location. Be careful that you are representing or you are being represented in the right environment. The prince of the air is not controlling it. There's no scarcity, there's no greed. A great product in a wrong atmosphere, wrong environment, wrong location is death to that business. Number 3 key component: the culture of businesses. And this is where it is so important. There are two cultures in any economy, in any economy: the spiritual culture, the spiritual culture, and the business culture. A lot of people don't understand That's why you find a lot of Christian businesses begging for sales, compromising for sales. They do anything possible to get a client. That is not the culture of a Christian business. That's the culture of the anti-Christian business. The culture of Babylon, the world you live in, is greed, selfishness, grabbing. You cannot win against a system that the enemy owns. Let me explain. Most of the people you do business with or you do business for are going to be selfish, greedy. They are going to only want what benefits them. So they will create an environment in which you have to compromise so that you can get business opportunities, that you can get clients. But let me tell you, it's an old battle And that's why God has called you to that business. And I need you to hear me, God, the Christian business, the kingdom business, God's CEO, we don't compete, we don't beg, we stand our ground because God has called us to reclaim the portion of the land. There's something God has called you, your business, to do. There's something Adam missed that Christ already gave us. But God has put you in that marketplace, in that place, in that business to become— very important— a taker. You already have a portion. You already have a portion allocated to you in that business. Rise up as a taker. This business is ordained of God. There is a portion for this business. Stand your ground and the doors will open. Don't compromise. Your business is a taker. Are you with me? Your business is reclaiming, taking back your lineage. There are things your forefathers did not take. There are things your mothers did not take. The lineage of your family. There are things that God wants to establish through you. So it is necessary to understand that you are a taker. You've come to take back what the enemy stole. That's what your business is. Number one, your business is a taker. Not a staker, a stalker, a taker. When you take your place in the realms of the spirit, you understand that this business is not an idea, it's a vision, it's a dream, it's a divine calling by God. It will open you as a taker, you're a stakeholder in that environment. God will— the earth is of the Lord and the fullness thereof. He will give it to you. But you have to be a taker. You take it by force. You stand your ground by excellence, by product, by services. Number 2, God has called your business in the culture of that business. God has called that business to be an occupier. Your business cannot collapse. It cannot close. Money cannot hold your business down because you're an occupier. You're an occupier. You are holding the territory that God wants you to hold. Your business is holding a territory for kingdom. Your business is holding something for Christ. It's powerful, very powerful. And I need you to catch that in the realm of the spirit, that you are no occupier. You didn't just come, you were sent. Your word, your business were all in alignment to divine purpose. Number 3, the culture of your business should be innovation. Pacifiers. So when you move from taker— I'm here to take my place in this business, to take my share in this $6 billion market cap— then you move to occupier. You stay no matter the resistance. You're still standing because you're following the right order. Then when you do that, you move to the next level. The next culture is in your field. You're an innovator. Your products are— is taking the products in that capacity, in that area, to the next level. You are moving in a different dimension. This is powerful. You understand what I mean? You're a pacesetter. These 3 cultures, if it's not in your business, if the nature of money is not in your business, if the nature of the environment is not in your business, listen to me, if you're not a pacesetter and an innovator, that business will collapse in this season that we're in. Catch what I'm saying. I teach people this, I empower people with this, I unlock people with this dimension. And I know that you are going to be transformed if you take out time to listen to what I've said over and over. You will see divine change take place in your life. You'll see divine change take place in your life. You'll see breakthroughs that you've never imagined unlocked in your life. This is your season for supernatural overflow.
