Let's go. Father, in the mighty name of Jesus, we want to share together in this masterclass. We want to talk about money, the power of money. Yes, Lord. We want to talk about the things that we're currently dealing with. There are things that we're currently dealing with. Yes. We want to break through and see, is there something that we're fighting? Is there something God is saying? How does this work? How does this work? Thank you, Father, in Jesus' mighty name. Amen.

Amen. Hey everybody, I'm Devon. I'm sitting with Prophet Osied. We about to talk about finances and how can we overcome the, uh, financial barriers that we have in our personal life, like the strongholds, the stuck. How can we prove every day with our finances? How can we manage, you know, and make right— the right decisions and right choices with our finances?

Awesome. Devon, have you ever felt in your life that sometimes finances is not working?

Yes, yes, I do. I, I feel like, as in me going to work the 9 to 5, I feel like it's not enough, especially a guy in my situation. I can't speak for everybody, but for myself as in me take care of my wife and, and two kids and one on the way. I feel like it's a lot, you know, and I'm trying to find like angles. How can I come out? And I feel like I'm, I'm working, but I'm just stuck. It's like half— it's like getting in the car and pressing the gas but not going nowhere.

I love that. So what's your first question?

My first question is if I'm fighting things from my from my past generation and fighting things now. How can I, like, how can I overcome it? Or how can I deal with it? Or put it in, put it in the word of God and use it for my life so I can overcome whatever I'm going through at that moment? Me, like, struggling with my finances, you know, I'm trying to— how can I place myself, you know what I'm saying? Like, how can I take my time and be like a good manager, you know what I'm saying? So, and right now it's like I'm struggling, and that's the things that I'm struggling with. And I feel like overall it's discipline.

Okay, that's powerful. So how dealing with the fact that my father was broke, my mother was broke, my father is not financially free— your father didn't give you a house, that's true, didn't give you a Mercedes, that's true. They leave money in the bank for you. That's true. So, so you had to struggle yourself? Yes. You had to— we had to struggle our way out there.

Yes.

You know what I mean?

So how do you overcome that? I want to tell you, I want to tell you. There are certain things that I saw in the scripture that is changing my life. Very powerful. How can you come from broke? Because it's a law in the Bible, very powerful.

He said in Genesis, he said, let every seed produce after its kind. You can't pray a mango to be an apple. That's true. That's true. That's true. So first, you are in the wrong family. You see that? So many times we have to understand, if you're going to be financially free, you have to understand you're in the wrong family, that your biological family, there's no way there for prosperity.

Break it down to me.

So I had to realize that my family is not defined, is not the way that God will use to bless me.

So already, if I'm struggling, I'm working with the spirit of my family. There's no way there. That's why when Jesus died, he said we no longer belong to that family. We are now in the family of Abraham.

So money is family. Money is family. So to be financially free, you must first understand that the blessing is in family before it comes to you. Let me break it down. So right now, if you are struggling, yes, you are working with the family Power, family energy, family ability. So a lot of Christians don't understand that God does not bless the family if the family is not from Abraham. He said to Abraham, I'll bless your children if they come to Jesus. So, Devon, you are only producing mango by mango. Apple by apple, apple by apple. It will not work. So I found out that my father was extremely wealthy, but he lost everything. So I began to find myself that I have the ability to unlock money. Yes, but I can't keep it. That's my family bloodline. Oh, there are 3 dimensions in money. You get it, you keep it, and you multiply it. That's true. So a lot of people have the first— they go to work, make the money.

Yes.

But they don't know how to manage the money.

Yes. And that's the area where I'm at.

Okay. How— I only have $100, I have $200 bills, what am I going to do? So first thing I had to learn, you have to first of all understand that You will never be blessed if you don't change your identity. Now you are a rebel son. That's why you're struggling. Jesus said to Abraham, he— in the scripture, God swore. He said no man should swear, but He said, I swear by my name that I will bless Abraham's seed. So, first principle, You are using the Robertson energy, power, force to succeed. That's why we struggle financially. That's why I struggled.

That's deep.

Yeah. Number 2 principle. So first of all, so I don't need to struggle. If I'm struggling, I'm using my effort, my father, my family. It won't work. There's no way there. That's true, right? So going to work and doing all of that is using the same— your father did that. You went to work, did all of that. Yes. That line is blocked. Do you understand? That's true. Okay, so I realize, so if I, I have to succeed financially, I must first know that what my father did, I can do it. That's true, because my father doesn't have what I have. I have advantage, the Holy Spirit. Amen. Amen. You see, I have advantage, the blood. I have an advantage that my father doesn't have. But a lot of times, number 2, a lot of times we don't use it or we don't know how to use it.

Yes, that's one way.

Okay, let me, let me, let me go to the Lord about children. I'll take the next question. So 2 days ago, I kept on praying to God, what am I missing? Because every 2 things, every financial lack, right? Yes, is warfare. That means you're in a warfare. That's true. Why are you in a warfare? You know why? Why? Because you're not listening to God. Every time you disobey God, Satan comes to strike.

Well, tell me this, how can I like position myself like to, to listen to God? And, and I really want to obey, like, you know, I really want to obey and I really want to just dive, dive deep. Like, tell me what position I need to be in so I can hear from God. Okay, so I know, well, this is not the right thing to do. Let me switch my— let me switch this right fast because this is not working.

Because the enemy will have us just doing it, doing it, look like it ain't working, but it's not working. And we want to find ourselves back in the same situation.

Okay, powerful. So, Devon, 2 days now I've been asking God, where did I miss you? Yes, because Devon, every time you're financially struggling, you're in a warfare. Why are you in a warfare? Because there's a word you didn't hear and you didn't know of it. Satan cannot attack you without you disobeying God. That's true. So if there's a problem in your finances, then you disobey God. So God is not going to answer until you find out what He told you to do. So yesterday I was sitting down and talking to God. What do I need to do? Immediately He spoke to me. He said, I told you before, 7 years ago God told me the future of my ministry is in my hand, not in anybody's hand.

Jesus.

I'm gonna do what he wants me to do. That's true. But the problem is you get entangled to so much the other stuff, other stuff. So I was there, I said, God, I'm sorry. Then as he said it, he flashed this to me. He didn't say, 'I'll give you 1 million or 2 million.' He just gave you a job to do. That's true. So how is that what we're doing now connected to finances? Amen. How is it connected? Because everything that God has on earth, he kept it on the ground. So he said, if you are willing and obedient, then the ground will produce fruits. People will come to you. I will bless you. The blessing is not with God. He kept everything on ground. Gold is under the ground. Silver is under the ground. The bone you walk under the ground. Everything God created is on earth.

He already give it to us.

It's given to us, but you're not going to get it If you're not listening to God. So why do we struggle? There's something God is saying that you're not hearing. I know what I'm talking about. Let me share something with you. So deep. I control money. I'm Abraham's son. My economy has nothing to do with what I don't have. Is what I know. Do you hear what I say? Yes, because I determine what comes to me. I don't receive, I call it. Two different things. I don't wait for it, I demand it. Because Jesus said, 'Occupy till I come.' He didn't say wait. You must be doing what God wants you to do. You know what? You know, you know my struggle and your struggle. What God wants us to do don't make sense because you also pay the bill. Yes, right? Yes. If God tells— he told me today, come here, do the program. How is that going to pay my bill? God is not interested in your bills. He's interested in your obedience. Amen. So, Devon, in answering this question— is this— have we said the first or second one? The first one. So remember this: fear is the absence of God. If you have fear, there's no God. The Bible says God has not given you the spirit of fear.

So who gave you? So when you fear finances, there's no God. Because God can bring the bill the last minute or the first minute, or even if he doesn't bring the bill, doesn't matter. He's still God. That is dependency on God. Number 2, you have to hear God because money is tied to obedience. It might not make sense. Get up and pray. Jump out. Think about this. The earth belongs to God.

Why is he not giving you and me? Because we're not obeying him. Deep. So number 2 question.

I'm going to number 2, uh, what are the main principles to obey? Like, how can— what's the main principle? Like, what do I need to, to like obey God and to get to that next level, to be able to be hearing him. So I know to be doing— so I know, like, say if I get up in the morning and I pray, if I don't hear nothing from there, like, what should I do next? Like, you know?

Okay. You know why?

You know, I remember, I remember a while back you saying like, we pray, we pray, but we don't hear nothing.

You know, like, what's the next step? I could just continue praying or just sit there and just wait.

Okay, why when you tell your son, 'Sit here,' why does it— when he doesn't sit, what do you do? Whip him. Okay, when— what is making him not sit?

Probably just want to go play, distraction. That's the problem.

He says, Jesus said, the Word says, 'If you seek me with all your heart' You found me. Yeah. So this is what I do. Everything that God is saying, I'm writing it down. If I'm driving, I just write it down. Like this program. Yeah. God said talk about money. So one day, one of the disciples of Jesus comes to Jesus and says, hey, the taxman wants us to pay them. Jesus said, give to Caesar what is Caesar's. And he tells that brother, go locate the fish. The first fish you see has money. You know the thing? Yeah, we're not listening. The money is in the mouth of the fish.

We're not listening.

No, you're not. Because everything is trying to get our attention.

So if you can silence your mind, you will always hear God. Even in the clothes you wear. Let me tell you something happened to me just now. Just now, before you came, I was feeling tired. So I heard the voice of the enemy say, go get some coffee, just drive to the gas station, get some coffee. Is that— do you think that's— that's— but I'm tired, I want to drink coffee. Do you think that's a good suggestion?

Seems like it, because, you know, coffee wake you up.

But it's demonic.

You know why it's demonic?

Because if I drive to that coffee I'll get distracted and all the flow of the Spirit will not be there. Can I feel it again?

If I get out of here, I'll go to the gas station. I've been waiting on God, go to the gas station, pay for the gas, drive, spend another like 15 minutes to come here, but I've lost the anointing because I've been thinking about traffic, thinking about this, thinking about that, places jammed, all of that. Yeah. So many times what you need is a distraction to what God is saying. We've not paid ETT. All of that is distracting you. That's why you don't hear God.

Yeah, we having like bills and stuff like that.

Yes, that's the thing. That's so— for you, you will think, oh, it's common, we're supposed to pay a bill. No, it's distraction because it will be pounding your head. Yes, you, you, you won't be able to pray, you won't be able to do anything. So guess what I did? So I sat down and I said, what am I going to do? I heard the Spirit of God say, open the— go to the, um, where you have the coffee, take the instant coffee. This is— I've never done this before. Open the instant coffee. I took 2 instant coffee. You know the instant coffee?

Yes.

Okay, I put in the cup and he told me to take my cold juice, the, um, the sparkling water. Yeah. And I put it. Brother, it shocked That thing was like— the whole caffeine woke me up in 2 seconds. But I've not done that before.

First time?

First time. So I was going to get coffee. Yes. But that I would have— if you had come, I'll be drinking the coffee, I'll be distracted, all of that. So the question is, we don't hear God because the voice of our mind, the voice of our situation There's so many voices, yes, that is speaking to you. Yes. And until— for me, it's a simple thing just to go buy, take the coffee, right? I need to know. Satan wanted to take me out of the presence of God. So when I said no, God said, go here, take this time coffee, is there. And brother, it's lovely. I loved it. Because exactly what I wanted.

Wake you up.

Oh my brother, I will keep drinking that. So I discovered something today because I heard God. Brother, you have to request. The answer is you will never be wealthy until the voice of God. That when God drops anything, you can pick it. That when God just shows up, you know that's where money is. He said, seek first the kingdom and everything will be added to you. So master the voice of God, it is wealth. Everybody that God spoke to in the Bible, they prospered. Yes, right? Yes. So son, your prosperity is in the voice of God. But you know why you don't know God is speaking? Is because you don't take it serious. I have 1,500 messages that I've not preached that God has spoken to me. Even when you were coming now, right now, yes, he was telling me what to do. Let me tell you the example. He told me now I'm about to— I'm going to publish a book. He told me that I'm going to come online and tell people to buy my book because I'll tell them, I'll teach them how to go into the closet for 72 hours. But what, what would drive you to, to keep thriving?

Okay, powerful. I'm, I'm very Today I woke up at 1. I sleep by 10, 1, I'm awake. I can't sleep anymore. I'm so driven. I realized that once I become born again, I don't need my father. The scripture say, honor my father. It says the Holy Ghost will teach you all things.

So you have to realize that the role of your father is for you to honor your father, but there's a teacher now.

So I, I grew up with the father, but later I became absent. That drove me to God, you understand me? So there are many things I couldn't answer in my life. I got married at 24, my wife was 20. So I just wanted God to touch me, speak to me. I'm deep. He said on the Telegram that I announced it this day, he said, God has spoken, God has spoken. I'm like a baby, I'm like a child. When God speaks, I'm excited. Do you understand me? Yes. Because it causes power to flow in my mind. So your fatherhood now has changed. The Holy Ghost is the director. Because it gives you credit, advancement in life. Yes. So a lot of— so lastly, a lot of people hear this. Mike Murdock says something so powerful: God is not interested in your prayer point. God does not feel your financial struggles. He doesn't even know it. You know that when God sees, He doesn't see poverty? That's true, because He has given you all things. One time I prayed to God, God, I'm tired of being broke. God said, I can't see you. I only see you through the eyes of Abraham.

Hmm, that's deep.

My last question: how can I control my mind to be maintained of of the things God want me to do. Like, like, I'm just— I wake up, it just— before I start my day, like, I pray, you know, I pray. Even when I, when I pray and I go out, it's like I've been bombarded with so much, you know, even with the job. And, you know, in case my wife hit— in case my wife called me, she'll need this, uh, the kids need that. Is how can I just stay focused on the things of God? With everything just pulling me, just keep pulling me, keep pulling me. Okay, you know, and pursuing, and pursuing my business that God placed before me. And still, when I pursue my business, I still need direction. Like, I need the Holy Spirit to teach me. Like, how can I get the Holy Spirit to just move through me and, and I just be obey?

Uh-huh. In Azad, you know, at home, Pastor Bia will tell you there's some programs I don't watch. I don't— anything that has to do with poverty, I don't watch it because I no longer believe in poverty. Because if I believe it, I'll see it. I no longer hear what I don't have. So Isaiah says something, he says, let your mind be stayed on him. You know what that means? Yes. Let your mind be stayed on him. Let your mind be stayed on him. Mm.

Let my mind be stayed on God.

That means I'm 24/7 waiting to hear God. I can't hear you, I can't hear nothing. I'm locked in. That's what it is. How do I lock in? I'm praising, I'm meditating. Because if I'm worried, then God is not at work. I'm the one at work. That's true. Devon, think about this.

If I'm worried, I mean I'm doing things in my own way.

Yeah, and God is not in it.

And God's not in it.

No.

That's why I'm worried.

I wouldn't be worried if God was in it, because that means God control it.

Listen, can you, can you do me a favor? Can you count how many times you're breathing, or have you ever counted it?

The whole day, have you ever counted this? No. You know why you don't count it? Why? Because you trust God that you're going to breathe. Doesn't matter if it's worn out.

So trust God like that. That's how finances work. You have to, because all of these things will— God is revealed in problem, not in prosperity. That's true. So money is there, but your mind is on everything. Remember the man by the pool of Bethesda? He was there crippled 38 years. The angel will come and stir it up. He didn't know. How are you sure that the things God spoke to you that you've not obeyed is the reason why you're broke? That's the truth. Jesus. Does that make sense? Yes. So my, my conclusion here is this: everything that I see, yes, is from God. I can trust God. Amen. I can trust God not to bless me. I don't need that, because if I focus on that I will miss every other thing. So when God is not blessing me, he's telling me to do something else, I won't do it. So I trust God because he's my Father and I'm his son. And as long as I'm not a prodigal son, I'm a son in the house, I have provision. So what I've just— what we've just done is to shift your mind. That's true. That's all.

To be at peace and keep my mind steadfast on him.

That's all. Because you wouldn't— you— yesterday God told me what was wrong with the vehicle. The vehicle? Yeah, because I kept on asking him. What's wrong?
