Many years ago, I'd gone to South Africa the first time, and I came back and I made up my mind that I was not going to South Africa anymore because I didn't see an open door right there, and I left it. But God kept on telling me, son, I'm going to take you where I want you to go. Now hear me. So after a couple of months— I'm sharing the testimony for some of you so you can understand divine reallocation— after a couple of months, I had the desire of God. God, I want to go. I feel, God, you've called me to go.
But I didn't have the finance, I didn't have the connection.
Then one day, my friend invited me again to South Africa. It's a place that God has told me I've expired. It means I need to move on. So I went into the South African consulate— true story— and I gave the woman my passport, and she opened the passport and said to me— instantly I knew it was God, it was the spirit of divine reallocation— she said to me, "Sir, you have been to South Africa before and nothing happened." And I'm looking at the consulate woman talking to me. She said, "Please take your passport and go across. China is open for you." She gave me back my money. I I came out of South African embassy and I called my mother. I said to Mom, God is leading me to China. And I shared the experience I had with her with the woman. Instantly my mother wired me money and I went to Chinese consulate and I gave them my passport and I got the visa immediately. Was years ago. If that trip did not open, my destiny will not be correct. That God is saying to somebody here, you are, you're seizing from where your eyes over. I'm asking God, the Spirit of God that reallocates men, hold that Bible in your hand and declare after me. Say, Lord, in the name of Jesus, everywhere you have for me this year, this month, today, God, by your covenant of your word, I submit to every— God, release me to the place you are allocating me to go. And I promise you, an altar will be raised tonight. I raise an altar of obedience now. Very powerful. I raise an altar of obedience. When I got to the city, the man knocked my hotel, Comfort Inn, and said, man of God, can I borrow money from you? The last of my $60, I gave him. I believe in God, and after the service, at least, at least they'll pay my hotel, at least they'll give me something. I go, the crusade was powerful, mighty. I preached, the power of God hit that place. 3 PM, the man called me, came, called me, and met in the lounge. He said to me, Prophet, we have nothing to give you.
We have no—
that was in that meaning— we have no money, we don't have the seat, the $60, give you. I was mad. I said, God, why would you bring me here? And the man takes my money. God says, son, you have gas, gas, you have fuel to drive you back to the city. I remember this name of the city, Pasitilia. And we drove back, and I slept, and I had a dream. I had a dream. God spoke to me, son, I wanted to see if you would be obedient. It was not the money, it was to test of my obedience. On Monday night, Friday the night going into Monday, I had a dream and God told me the exact thing to tell the lawyer. And I picked up and I said, Ma, write this on my document and send it. She said, it's not going to work. I I said, I tell you, I'm a prophet, it will work. A couple of weeks later, the story is different. We got what we wanted.
Now, you—
somebody here, you are in the greatest place of your assignment. Stockton, thank you. Greater place of your assignment. Stockton, California. Yes, thank you. Stockton, California. Those are great days. You're in a great place of your life. Your life, you're about to recover all. Anything God tells you to do in this season, do it. Don't think, just step out. And I'm telling you, as you step out, you will feel one thing: peace of God will be there. You might not understand the move, but the peace of God will be there. And once that peace Exhale. Confirm the utterance that God is giving you. You will never see the enemy. As we go tonight, this is what I want to tell you. This is so powerful, very deep. But as long as you are on earth, you will never have enough to do what God has called you to do. You will always need a miracle financially to fulfill what God has called you to fulfill, because only God can fulfill his work. So don't kill yourself when there's no money. It's the best place to be, because if it is a divine assignment, there'll be a divine supply. Scarcity is not a sign of curse. Scarcity is not a sign sign of lack. It could be a sign of waiting for divine provision. So don't trouble yourself. If your obedience is right tonight, you are going to begin to see the spirit of recovery. Money is the cheapest thing to get in the kingdom. I need this level of revelation. I need this prayer. I need this mantle, this seer's anointing. I need this anointing. I pray for those of you tonight who are hungry for the move of the Spirit, for divine revelation, for divine revelation. I pray for you tonight. Hallelujah! You know, sometimes I leave this meeting, I'm not satisfied. You know, sometimes I leave these prayers, I'm not satisfied. I, I'm not satisfied. I'm looking for a day that we're going to come here and just continue, just endless, endless prophetic, endless prayer, would tap into the realm of prophecy. I'm looking for that day, and I believe it will come to of us that would just sit down. Because I grew up in a ministry where the prophet will prophesy from 9 AM to 5 PM. He spoke 25 years into our lives. It was amazing.

So I look forward— so many of you tonight, you are connecting not because you like prophet, not because you want to hear me, is because there is a prophetic anointing inside of you. There is a spirit of prophecy inside of you. There is a call to prophecy inside of you. There is a mantle of prophecy. There is a voice of prophecy. I pray for you. I pray for you tonight that you will guard and hold that hunger, that desire. It is unique.
Do you know that that thing that pulls you to the prophetic is unique?
It's a calling. It's a unique calling. I pray for you. That's why you're here tonight. That's why you've been coming night after night. It is because there is a calling. But I pray for you that this same Spirit, hallelujah, will rest upon you. You will begin to see things even in the spirit.
Your eyes will be open even to the deeper realms of the spirit.
I pray for you that you will commit yourself, hallelujah. Oh, I miss the days, I miss the days in South Africa, Johannesburg, the cave of Abdullah. We will stay in that room for day, for hours, the whole of Saturday consulting and just finding the mind of them, praying, speaking in tongues, and God was speaking volumes of books. I'm thinking it's coming, I feel in my spirit the volume of books are coming. That anointing is real. We're not talking about gimmicks, we're not talking about playing games. We're talking about tapping into the mind of God by prayer. We're talking about giving yourself completely to the work of prayer. That's what it is, not prophecy. When you submit to prayer, prophecy becomes easy. But when prayer is not there, prophecy becomes storytelling. I pray for you that the mantle of God, the volumes of book written concerning your life, God will open it. These are realms I want you to go back tonight Hunger, hunger for this realm. Stay in— I hope you're listening to the prophet— stay in the atmosphere of this anointing. Stay in it, stay in it. Don't gravitate towards it, get glued onto it. Still passionately pursuing it. Nothing is wrong with you. Pursue it, pursue the anointing. Go after it because it is the power. See, the spirit of prophecy is the testimony of Jesus. Hallelujah! It is a prophecy that Jesus testifies. You see the testimonials, you see the testimonials.
