Oh, hello. Do you have normal chicken? Oh, this is gonna sound like a weird combo, but you should try it. Hi, guys. I have something tonight at 7:30, and so I needed a quick and easy meal. This is actually a meal that I learned when I did whole 30, which I'm not doing right now. That was a long time ago. You only need three ingredients for your protein. You need some. Some pulled rotisserie chicken. This is two chickens because I have teenage boys and they eat a lot. Some ghee and some Frank's hot sauce. So what I'm going to do is I'm going to spread the chicken out on my pan and then I'm going to chop it up. Now I'm going to microwave these two together. Tablespoon. Just scoop it out about 2 tablespoons of ghee, and I'm gonna do about a cup of hot sauce. The ghee just kind of cuts the spiciness. The great thing about this recipe is you can actually do it in the microwave. So if you're really pressed for time, you just whip all this up together and put it in the microwave. So I'm going to pour this over my chicken. Okay. And then I'm gonna put this in the oven at 450 and come say, hi. Are you live? Yeah. No, I'm not live. I'm just making a video. This is burning my hands. Do you have normal chicken? Ooh. Abby doesn't like spicy food. There's some pieces back here that I'll have as much. It'll be fine. What am I gonna. Okay, so I'm gonna put this in the oven at 400 and just watch it. It'll probably take about 15 minutes. And then we're gonna serve it with baked potatoes for the kids, sweet potatoes for me and my husband. And one thing that I really like to serve this on top of. This is gonna sound like a weird combo, but you should try it. Do a baked sweet potato, put the buffalo chicken on top, and then some ranch dressing. It's so good. I know it sounds weird, but it's really good. So here we go. Baking at 400.
