We need to learn to speak in the present tense about our confidence in God's plan. Even when we don't feel confident, even when we find ourselves in the scariest positions. Because we know that the safest place that we can be is in the middle of God's will. Our faith is not in what we can see. Our faith is in the One who is with us. You do not have to live in in fear. You might feel afraid, but you don't have to live in fear. Talk to yourself and tell yourself something good this time. I am not afraid. Because if God is for me, who can be against me?
