Action. Audio going speed. Abby, don't you dare. Don't you dare. I also only set up one camera because I was being lazy, so you just got the one. Ta da. What's up, guys? Welcome to the Holly Furtick YouTube channel. Today I'm going to show you one of my family's all time favorite meals. This is a meal that everybody eats and it is really easy. You don't have to think. It's basically low country boil, also known as Frogmore stew, but on a sheet pan. So we call it low country broil. Now, all you're gonna need for this recipe is some shrimp, some. Some sausage, some corn, some potatoes, and I like to add cauliflower to mine. Now you can add any vegetables that you have that you want. You can add broccoli, okra. Anything that you have, you can throw in. It's super easy. The first thing that you're gonna do is you are going to get your shrimp defrosting. Now, my family loves. So we're making this whole bag, cold water to defrost, and they'll be ready to go. They only take a few minutes. I like to make these a little bit smaller because they just cook faster. All right, do you want to shuck the corn? Sure. All right, next, I'm going to cut up my cauliflower. I like mine in just, like really small pieces. So I just kind of like cut it into fourths and then I just break it apart over my bowl. Okay, so we need about a stick of butter. There's another hunk. My first question is, are you twins in real life? No. This is our secret ingredient. All right, We've got our corn broken off into halves. We've got our cauliflower and our potatoes in this bowl. We've got our big old hunk of butter. We've melted. Abby's got it. And our old bay. So really the key ingredients to this recipe. Butter, butter, butter and old bay. So we're just gonna pour the butter on and we're gonna pour our old bay. I don't know how much you just sprinkle it on. And then we're gonna do some salt. About that much. We got our potatoes and our cauliflower, and we're gonna get them in the oven first at 400. I just like to get these going because they take the longest to cook. We're gonna cut our sausages into thirds. These are just smoked sausages, any kind you want. And we're gonna put the corn in. We got our corn and our sausage, More butter More salt, more old bay. And shake it again. Oh, oh. As you can see, mom didn't put on the lid and the old bay got in her face. So learn from your mistakes, kids. This lid doesn't fit the bowl anymore. Alright, we're gonna set this aside and in about 20 minutes we're gonna pull out the potatoes and we're gonna add the corn and the sausage. Oh, we forgot the lemons. We forgot the lemons. When life gives you lemons, I don't like to put the shrimp on top of all the other stuff because I feel like the shrimp releases water and also it makes it watery and not as like the vegetables as crispy. So what I'm gonna do is I'm gonna bake my shrimp just separately in a dish and shrimp is like the easiest thing in the world. So you got your shrimp, we're gonna do some lemon, a little bit of salt. Obey. I'm just gonna. Whoops. Casualties there. Butter, Are you watching? So we got our shrimp, we got our corn and sausage waiting to go on top of our pan. And we got our cauliflower and our potatoes cooking in the oven. We're going to let that cook for about 20 minutes. Then I'm going to add this for 20 minutes. We'll be all done. It's been about 20 minutes. So we're going to throw our shrimp in and we're going to throw our corn and our sausage on top. Right on top. All right, we're gonna give it another 20. So last thing, if you want to make homemade cocktail sauce, it's super easy and it's really delicious and you can make it with a lot less sugar. So you need some organic unsweetened ketchup. How do you say it? Ketchup. Some lemon, some horseradish. Yes. Moment of truth. Here we go. Easiest dinner ever. Look at that. Yum. It's easier to cook the shrimp separately. Alright, so if you like this video, make sure you give me a thumbs up. Make sure you share it with someone. Maybe share it with someone that you want to cook this meal for you. I don't know, cooking for yourself, it's super easy. Like subscribe. Hello. Like subscribe. Do all the things. We love you. We'll see you back here next time. Dinner is going to be delicious. Bye.
