Hi, everybody. Today's subject is on anxiety. A lot of anxiety in the world at the moment. A lot of things going on within the world and over the past two years, as well, as well as current events. And this is why it's good to know some of these home remedies that we can use. You know, if you learn your top five remedies with different conditions, then it's, it's very easy to treat these things and get to know the remedies really, really well. As I mentioned last time last week that I've just published a book called the Home Prescriber Book. And this is for people to access in the homes again, some common remedies. And in the book, I show you how to prescribe as a home prescriber. All different conditions from A to Z, things from anxiety, from hay fever, all different conditions, cold sores, colic, fevers, things that you'll find that go on in the home. Because when you use homeopathy, when you use it for conditions, whether it's a bump or a bruise or a cut or a graze, and you see it working, you just realize what a powerful tool it is to have and to have the knowledge about. And the more that you learn about homeopathy, the more that you want to know more. It's like you just want to know more and you want to know more and sometimes people get obsessed. So I'd say to all of you is try it. Try using homeopathy. Try it. Get buy some remedies from the homeopathic pharmacy or from your local health food store if you can get hold of a remedy kit. These are really good to use because it can be a selection of 42 remedies in there or 18 remedies or 24 remedies. And often they have a little guidebook as well within the kit that you, you can use, but please do use it. And everything I'm teaching you here today is that you can use from the health food store, from your local homeopathic pharmacy and I get it probably in a 30C. Again, as home prescribers, this is what the potency you're finding most homeopathic remedy kits is the 30C. So just start off with the 30C potency and try to, you know, use it whenever you see these situations arise. So let's start with the presentation because we don't have long. As I said, we've only got a 20 odd minutes to go through these. So what is anxiety? Well, anxiety is often a feeling of worry, of nervousness or unease about something with an uncertain outcome. So a lot of people will have this throughout their lives, at some point in their lives, be it before they have an exam or before they may do a talk or getting married or any situation where anxiety could arise. Now there is a disclaimer here. This information within this presentation is for the overcount use of homeopathic remedies is not intended to be a substitute or diagnosis of any health condition or physical disease or mental health condition. Please seek the services of a qualified homeopath or healthcare professional. So again, I would say to all of you, if you're suffering from any long term conditions or things are uncovered within these remedies I'm going to talk about today, or you've tried some of these remedies, it hasn't really helped. It's helped a little bit. Then you may need to seek the advice of a qualified practitioner. So let's get into anxiety. As I said, anxiety is a feeling of worry, nervousness, unease about something with an uncertain outcome. So some common anxiety signs and symptoms include feeling nervous, restless or tense, having a sense of impending danger, panic or doom, having an increased heart rate. So we find maybe we know a heart. You can feel a heart beating faster, breathing rapidly, sometimes hyperventilation, you just can't get enough breaths in and you start to panic and it's like a panic attack. Sweating. People can sweat, perspire. You can tremble as well with anxiety. They can be feeling of feeling tired or weak and also trouble concentrating or thinking about anything else other than your present worry. So it becomes very dominant. You can't sort of go beyond it. You're in that sort of state. So like everything, there's the scale of all these things are scales and it depends where you are on that scale. Okay, so let's look at one of the first remedies that we're going to look at for anxiety. So the first remedy is the remedy aconite, the homeopathic remedy, aconite. So when people need aconite, they can get this sudden intense fear. Anxiety, panic comes on very, very quickly and it can be quite overwhelming. And people can go into the state from a fright, from a shock, something happens, they witness something or a fright where they're being frightened. Could be like a car accident or something like that. Or it could also be going into anxiety and fear from being exposed to cold, dry winds. So you've been out walking or you've been out and then you get chilled. Well, often people can go into this state of anxiety and panic as well. Now we talk about fright and shock. So this can also be from a long time ago, not just recently. But in the case of what we're talking about today, this is really, is for more acute conditions. So get great anxiety, a sense of foreboding and they really think that they're going to die, they might die and they're going to die. Right now if you look in the homeopathic literature, they'll still predict the time of death, but it's right now, real sense of foreboding. And as I mentioned, the panic or the anxiety could be connected to a past trauma, something that they've had before that's happened to them. It could be a situation, a war like situation or anything where they've been exposed or shocked. They also get physical symptoms as well as the emotional panic and fear. They feel like they get a dry mouth, feel tingling in the arms or the fingers or the limbs, very fast heartbeat as well. And also the skin can feel dry and it can be worse at night, particularly worse at midnight. So you may find that all the symptoms get a lot worse at night and in midnight. Now, aconite has all like all these remedies. These are what called Polycrest remedies. They have many, many uses. But today we're just talking about anxiety. But again, it'll be worse at midnight. Let's go into the next slide. So that's aconite. So, so again you can give it as a 30C and when people are in a panic situation or anxiety situation, then you can give it sort of every 15 minutes, any 20, until the person calms down. Remember, the remedy is like keys to a lock. Once you take the remedy, once it stimulates the body to start healing itself, it will do it of itself and then, but if the symptoms start to come back, say after 20 minutes, repeat it again and you'll find that it's like a bell curve. It'll have an effect, then it can go off until it's resolved for that person. And often people describe it, they'll have a sense of contentment or well being. They'll feel the action, the remedy and you'll see it physically, you'll see. It happened with my little boy. He was injured recently and he was in a real shock. He'd cut his finger, trapped it in the door and he was in a real shock. So one of the first remedies you think of is things like acolyte or Arnica as well. And you'll just see the whole system just calms down and they can think more clearly after taking it. Next remedy Argent Nit. This is a fantastic remedy and often this is for people with anxiety that's due to uncertainty. So things could be coming up anticipatory, they're anticipating something. So that could be an appointment. That could be like going to the dentist, for example. I mean I think that's quite normal after when you go into the dentist, but especially having work done. It could be for surgery, it could be for any event really. But it's about uncertainty. And the thing with Arjun, it. They fear of losing control. They fear of losing control. So they can also have a good state before people fly. So if people have anxiety around flying again, Arjun, it could be a great remedy for that. Before people get on a flight or during the flight and again it's about losing control. They also have fear of something bad is going to happen. So they have this sense, this feeling some this band's got to happen and impending doom, okay, they have this impending doom and you'll see this where people could be claustrophobic when they're closing. They don't want to be closed in. They could be have hypochondria where they fear of some disease or they've got some disease or condition. Arjuna have a fear of heights. In fact, Arjun has a fear of most things, of everyday things that can happen with the fear of heights. Often Arjun it feels like when they're up there on a height and they look over, they feel like they're being pulled to the edge. They feel like they're being actually pulled to the edge and it brings a lot of real or fear with them. And the way that they express this anxiety is they're very hurried, very fast, they walk fast, sometimes they can talk fast and they're Very impulsive and impatient. It's like they've got to go on. It's like the whole system, the whole nervous system is so, so strong. Come on. So, so much anxiety and panic. And often you'll find with Arjunit, like some of these other remedies, the anxiety can be accompanied by digestive disturbances. So they could have anxiety with diarrhea or the tummy ache or gas. Well, one thing, one of the keynotes for Arjuna is they crave sugar. They have sweet cravings, okay, which is, which often is not good for them. So often they may get diarrhea after having too many sweets. But for example, if they were anxious and they were craving a sweet or something to suck or chew, then you think, think of Argent and they get the very chilly. This is a very chilly remedy. And this, when we look at, when I talk about things like chilly or things that people better or worse for, this is how we differentiate between the remedies, okay? This is how we differentiate. So what makes something better? So, for example, with Arjunit, they're chilly when they're uncovered, okay, when they're uncovered, they get chilly, but they crave fresh air. They crave fresh open air. But some other remedies may be really hot and they want, they may be hot, but they want to be in a warm room or they crave fresh air, but they're very hot. So this is how you would differentiate between the remedies. Some are better walking fast, some people are better being still or they feel very weak. But with Arjun, it, with their anxiety, they are, the whole nervous system is really going. They are, like I said, the way that they walk, the way they can talk fast, walk fast. They're very impulsive, very impatient. They've got to get out of the situation. A lot of, quite a lot of energy with Archnet. Now the next remedy, Arsenicum Arsenicum album. So Arsenicum is another, again, another anxiety remedy. This is anxiety remedy number three. And often with their anxiety, they can have a lot of restlessness, okay? So they're very restless with anxiety. They don't feel, they move around nothing. They've got to keep moving. They don't feel right in any place. They come to one place and they want to go somewhere else. And often they can have anxiety around their health, around finances, around contamination. They feel that they've been contaminated or they could have like said, anxiety around the health in general of being infected in some way. So they may want to use, you know, even though when they, you don't need to wear A face mask for example, or wear gloves or sanitizer they will still be using because they have a great fear around it. So a lot of anxiety around their health. And a lot of the thing with our Seneca is actually their fear of death. They have a huge fear of death. Now listen, nobody's looking forward to death, I'm not saying. But they have a rare feel that they'll never get. Get better if they're ill, they'll never get better. And so they're quite despairing and they have this fear that they'll never recover if they get an illness. They'll never recover if they have an illness, they feel like they never recover. Now I remember this when I was once in India and I got quite sick, digestive issue. But I was very, very anxious with it. I had. It wasn't too serious but it was like diarrhea and a little bit of vomiting. I'd eaten something and. But I've really felt that I was not going to recover. And I remember speaking to my wife that I'm not going to get over this. I'm going to die from this. And that's a really. Arsenicum pictures. Maybe some of you will recognize that if you've ever been ill. But often anxiety and worry will accompany other symptoms. So say it's food poisoning then often arsenicin can be quite anxious and have this fear they're not going to get over it and a fear they're going to die from it. So with arsenicum they're very fearful and very difficult to reassure. So even if you say no, no, it's going to be fine, it's going to be okay, that doesn't reassure them at all. Okay. And you can't leave them. They do not want to be left alone. So they'll grab onto you. No, no, no, don't leave me. You know, they want company. They want people around them or you around them. If it's just you and them, they don't want to be left alone again. It goes back to this fear of death or fear that something's going to happen to them. Now with arsenicum, I said about Arjun, it very chilly, better for heat. So if they are anxious, they might be chilly but they're around the fire or they're around any heat source and they very often get thirsty. They're thirsty for cold water. Again, an unusual symptom because they are quite chilly. But with arsenicum they're thirsty for small sips of water. Okay, Small sips. They take small sips. Not big, big, big Gulps. There's other remedies that do that, but they. Small little sips of water. But they do. They are thirsty and crave that cold water. And often they can find them. They can be perfectionist, fastidious. So they might want things in order to. So they maybe have this anxiety in the. You know, if they see something that, for example, a picture on a wall, they'll want to straighten it because it will really annoy them. Or they want things in order, or the house is too untidy and they want everything tidied up. This is part of the arsenicum remedy picture. When they're in this anxious state, they like things in order. It's about control. It's about control. It's like, you know, it can be obsessive cleaning. It's about control. So if they can see everything in the right place, then it will make them feel better. Make them feel their anxiety will feel better. And sometimes they can relieve that anxiety by criticizing other people. Control we've talked about, but also it can be quite critical of people around them. Sort of relieves the anxiety, but so does the tidying and keeping things in order. This can be a chronic remedy as well for people with those sort of conditions. But when they're in anxiety stage, they like to have order and they like to have control. Okay, let's move on. So next slide. So, gelsemium. What? I love this remedy. Joel Sim, One of the first homeopathic remedies I ever took. I love this remedy. Such a great remedy has so many uses as a polycrest. Not only is acute remedy, but also a big, deep, chronic remedy as well. Like many of these. These remedies. So gelsemium has anxiety from anticipation. So again, a bit like the other remedy, Arjuna. Anything they're anticipating. Okay. It could also be anxiety from fright. They've been scared and frightened or. Or receiving bad news. This is a big remedy for people who receive bad news. So people who need gelsemium and have this type of gelsemium anxiety are often very nervous and shaky, trembly. Okay? Often quite speechless. They can't get the words out. They can't. It's like they're just like, in this state of shock or this state of fright or this state of anxiety. And they may experience anxiety from anticipating an event, such as public speaking or being in the spotlight. So they may have. I don't been a best man, woman, you know, at a wedding where they had to do a speech or an event in the company that they work for, they have to do a speech. They can get a lot of anxiety around this, but also anticipatory around things like exams because they can have a fear of failure around being tested or around exams. And often what you'll find with their anxiety, they'll often they will tremble. They'll feel very weak, weak at the knees. They feel a bit faint as well. And often they'll become quite agoraphobic. They don't be around crowds or anybody when they feel faint. They just want to be alone. And also they can get diarrhea as well. They can get gas and digestive systems such as diarrhea. But often they just want to be alone. They want to be left alone. So that's opposite to arsenica. When they want you right there, Gelsemium. Often they want to be alone. And they can become quite apathetic because they go weak. They go apathetic. Sometimes they can even describe having a headache like a band around the head. But often they look droopy and drowsy in their anxiety state. But they just want to be alone. They want to be alone. But like I said, they can have this trembling and this shakiness and this speechless and nervous energy. And I said they will desire solitude. Okay, so let's move on to the next remedy. So next remedy. Ignatia. For those experiencing anxiety from grief or from loss, emotional shocks. So this can be a breakup of a relationship where they're heartbroken to split up from their partner. Romantic relationship. It can be grief from a loss of a loved one, somebody has passed away. It can be normally even an emotional shock. That's often. Or there could be a loss of a business as well where they've lost something. But mainly this emotional shock from grief or from loss. And often they'll experience like a lump in the throat. And you'll notice them sighing a lot. Now as they're talking, they'll be sighing a lot. It's like it's trying to get rid of that. Whatever they're holding. But often people who fit the Ignatia anxiety are often very sensitive, very prone to mood swings. One minute the laughing, then the crying. So it's almost like a little bit hysterical sometimes. There's no sort of in between. The pendulum is swinging from side to side. And also kind of anxiety after fright, again of being scared. But with this like hysteria, like this crying or. Yeah, this emotional charge that they have, it can't seem to feel. Find a balance. It's very. The pendulum is swinging. They can have an anxiety of somebody breaking in or robbers in the house at night. So they'll go around checking but they feel somebody's going to break in. And also can have claustrophobia as well. They can feel quite claustrophobic so they need to get out. They can't feel the feeling of feeling trapped because they're feeling trapped anyway with this anxiety. And especially if they're suffering from grief or Ignatia can be a lot of tears with Ignatia, a lot of tears. But it's a great remedy for anxiety after grief or after loss. Really good remedy. The next remedy is the lycopodium. So lycopodium often with like a podium. People need like a podium. They often lack self confidence. Okay. They can have anxiety about their performance. So again, this is where people may be in a situation, anticipatory event, public speaking. So they may be asked to do a speech or talk. But once they start going or do some teaching, but once they get going, they're actually fine. They're okay once they get going. What they get teachers. This is a big remedy for teachers actually lycopodium. When they have anxiety about doing a presentation or teaching. And often what people will do who need lycopodium, they'll overcompensate and will over prepare. They'll spend, you know, weeks maybe preparing for it because they have this fear of failure and this fear of inadequacy. They don't feel, they feel inadequate. So they will well over prepare. But often it is this anticipatory feeling, this feeling of anticipatory. But also they can be fear of responsibility. So they have anxiety about responsibility. So say they've been promoted at work. But actually they really feel they don't like responsibility. Like a podium, you give them too much responsibility. They feel inadequate and they'll get anxious very quickly because their fear is they can't do it and they have this fear of failure. So he digs into all those things. So if you've ever seen anybody who's been promoted who feels inadequate or feels like they can't do it with all this anxiety, then you think of lycopodium. But often like a podium, if they are quite stressed or anxious, often they will be quite angry and irritable. Particular people like at home with their family or subordinates at work, they won't show that to people above them they perceive as an authority, almost like a little bit cowardly around authority. But they will take it out and be angry and irritable with subordinates or even members of their family at home. So they are often tyrant at the home, but fine at work with authority. But they will get digestive issues, they'll get gas and bloating, the tummy will swell up, they may get, you know, maybe even some belching. Their tummy will feel quite tight, they'll have to loosen their belt that they feel quite, like I said, bloated. And after the picture of Lycopodium they can be quite pompous and quite. Yeah, pompous is probably the right word that they sort of like tend to be better than they really are. And it's always. There's an old saying, the bigger the front, the bigger the back. The more that somebody is putting a front on, more somebody is showing off or pompous, the bigger the back. I always think of the character of Lycopodium is like David Brent out of the office. I think you've got in the us, you've got the American office. So it's that character where they're pretending to be something that they're not. So yeah, great remedy for anxiety but again a different type of remedy. And then we come to phosphorus. Now phosphorus are often, are very open, very impressionable. They worry a lot. They're always, they over worry about things and they need a lot of reassurance from people. Somebody who's got, is anxious and has anxiety or phosphorus. Then if you say it's going to be okay and you talk to them, they feel so much better just talking to you, it may come back until the next time you talk to them, but they feel better being reassured. And again you can have this with the child at night who's got anxiety going to bed because often phosphorus fears the dark. It's got a great vivid imagination, especially in anxiety. They imagine all sorts of things. It's like they've got a special effects department in the brain. They can, you know, they imagine things are in the cupboard or under the bed or. And a lot of kids have this. But phosphorus particularly have got very, very vivid imagination and it's like if they see someone on TV or I don't know, YouTube or whatever or they see something bad happening. Oh my God, what if that happened to me? So they'll see something on the news and they start to actually feel that other person's pain. Very empathetic, they really have empathy so they can be over sensitive so that's okay to be, to have empathy. But when it, when you start taking on board other people's things then, then that's an Oversensitivity. So they're very sensitive to atmosphere. So they can walk into a room and they can feel the atmospheres of a room or of a gathering. But also they're sensitive to atmospheres like the thunderstorms. So they're very sensitive and get anxious and fearful around thunderstorms. But also they can have the opposite. So it's like a polarity. They can love thunderstorms if they're in more of a healthy state. But an anxious phosphorus will really have anxiety around the thunder and the lightning. And it's actually a remedy for shocks, electrical shocks, phosphorus as a remedy. So they have this overactive mind, overactive imagination. And when they get anxious, their thoughts get scattered and they have very difficult time focusing or getting things done. So when they're in this anxious state, they can't get anything done. They can't get anything done. And they'll be phoning different people, they're finding different people just to be reassured. Oh, yeah, but what do you think? So they get very scattered and they need to be grounded. And fossils as a remedy is great for that. And they often feel anxiety in their solar plexus in their chest and will get. Can get panic attacks when they can hyperventilate. They can't get enough air in. Okay. So it's a great reminder when they feel that anxiety. And also their anxiety can be tied around social, the need for approval from friends, from loved ones, from social circles, from romantic partners. And it can be a little bit draining, you know, especially in a relationship with that person, you know, but do you love me? But do you really care about me? You're not going to leave me, are you? Because fossils are very open. They'll want to know. And if they feel something's not quite right, they pick up on it. It could be something that you said, even it's the throwaway comment, but they pick up on it and they'll start asking you about it because they start to feel it. One also thing to say about phosphorus, it's good for anxiety. After anesthesia, people have had an anesthetic, be it in surgery, be it like dentistry or even going in for an operation, and they've never been well since anxiety from that anesthesia. Phosphorus is the number one remedy for that. So phosphorus is good for the ill effects of anesthetic. They can get quite sick from it, but also they can get anxiety from it as well. It almost like it takes them out of the body a little bit. They need to be grounded. They need the remedy to ground them okay, so please put any questions, if you have any questions in the, in the chat box because I will take some questions before we finish. And last, the remedy that I think people tend to forget, which I think is a great remedy and it should be like Arnica. Everybody should carry this around with them. And that's rescue remedy. Rescue remedy is such a great remedy just to have with you for all sorts of situations, but great for anxiety or shock. And the rescue remedy is a blend of five of the original 38 BAC flower remedies which were developed by Dr. Back who was a medical physician turned homeopath and around the 1920s and 1930s. And it's a combination of five individual flower remedies. Number one, rock rose which is used for terror and panic. Number two is impatience which helps with irritation and impatience. Clematis which aids in inattentiveness and lack of focus. Star of Bethlehem which is for shock. And Cherry Plum which assists with irrational thoughts and lack of self control. So the rescue ready can just take a few drops. If you look at the side of the bottle, just take, you take a few drops and you can under your tongue and it will really, really, really help and is excellent for any shock or any trauma that people are experiencing or anxiety. So that's all the remedies there that we've gone, not all the remedies, but these are the sort of top seven to eight remedies here from aconite onwards. So we talked about aconite, arsenicum, argent, gelsemium, like a podium phosphorus rescue remedy. I think that was all of them. So again, use them. There is other remedies but these are sort of some of the top remedies for you to try and remember when you're trying to find the remedy, when you're trying to get to what the remedy is, you're looking at modalities, sensations and what the cause behind it, the etiology is. But with anxiety, when you take the remedy, if somebody's in an anxious state, they should be able to tell the difference between really, you know, within five minutes they should notice a difference if it's the right correct remedy and if they're feeling better, don't repeat it to see how they go on, just watch them. And if they say after 15 minutes or no, it's starting to come back a bit and it's still indicated, repeat the remedy and then what you may find is the gap in between giving it gets bigger. So now maybe 20 minutes and it starts to come back. Repeat it again, then it might Be an hour. So basically and then, then it may just completely shift. There could be an underlying reason why they've got the anxiety, which again, at the beginning of this live session I said about go see a qualified practitioner to get to the heart of it because remember in homeopathy we're not just treating the symptoms, we're trying to get to the cause of what's going on. You can treat things acutely but really we want to get to the heart of what's going on. And again, I'll repeat that analogy of the car dashboard which I think is so useful. If you've got a car dashboard and the all light flashes, it means there's something wrong in the engine. So if you just take the bulb out or just suppress the symptoms, then solar problem in the engine and the car is going to break down two or three miles down the road. So the job is the homeopath or is to get into the engine and sort out the oil problem so the light goes off by itself. So I would say try these remedies for acute situations. Like I said before, an exam or an upcoming event, be it a marriage or whatever happening exam or trying to think of any other situations, there's loads, but I can't think of any. Then try it and you will see the effects. Remember, all the healing wisdom that you're ever going to need is within you. It's within you. And those remedies are like keys to a lock. It stimulates the body to heal itself without any side effects. And every time you stimulate that what we call the vital force, or they call it prana in Ayurveda or qi in Chinese medicine, the stronger it becomes. It's like working out, it's like having a workout. So the more that you use it as a poem prescriber, the better you get at it. And right. This is why I designed this book, the home prescribing, so you could write in it. So it's like an exercise book. You know, my kids did a lot of little drawings in here for the book. These are my drawings by the way. But I want you people to write notes in there so when your remedies work that the right you can the camera, the write the notes if the remedies have helped. Because you find that once a remedy is helped, it may be that remedy that you go to next time because we all have particular remedy states often we can go into. So I see that with my own kids. You know, often they'll need aconite for ear problems or that, you know, when they get exposed to dry, cold winds or they may need, you know, phosphorus or they may need all these different remedies. Pulsatella. So when you learn the remedies and by giving them, you learn what works for you, what works for your family, what works for your friends, for your pets, even anxiety and pets, you can use these remedies. You know, like what we have in the uk, we have bonfire night, fireworks night, Guy Fawkes night. But all the fireworks are going off on the 5th of November every year, 4th of July in America. So anytime, celebration, fires going off often, especially dogs and animals and cats, they can be really affected and get very anxious. So this is when the remedies, things like phosphorus come in or when they're in that sort of fear state because they're very sensitive. So this is an example. So remember, remedies can be used on humans, animals, they can be used on plants, they can be used on so many different things. So I challenge you all, please use these remedies. In fact, now more than ever, I'm seeing more anxiety, more anxiety than ever before within my own practice, particularly with younger people. But again, we've just got to use these remedies. But also we also remember things like meditation is important. I just call it the four pillars. I call them meds, meditation, absolutely key. We should all have some kind of meditative practice within our life. Somewhere where we're going still, somewhere where we're reconnecting. Second one is E. Exercise, we should. Or movement. We need to move, we need to move, we need to do some kind of exercise. Third one's D diet. You know what we eat. People say, well, often patients will say to me, well, what should I eat? I need to improve my diet. I say, well, start eating real food. If it comes out of a box, it's probably come from a factory, you know, try to eat real food. And the final thing is sleep. We all have got to make sure our sleep is as good as we can get it. This is when we heal. It has such a fundamental part of our health and well being. In fact, that's my challenge to you this week as well as using the remedies is get your sleep back on track as much as you can, which means going to bed at a regular hour, but not having any electromagnetic things in your bedroom, making sure it's free of tv. Do not sleep with your mobile phone near your head. I ask every client about this who comes in with sleep. Where is your mobile phone at night? It was by my head. I use it as an alarm. I say, go and get yourself an alarm clock. I can do a whole thing on this electromagnetic. Well, I won't do it now, but sleep is really, really crucial. So anyway, we're talking about anxiety, so I hope that was good. Thank you so much. I hope you did enjoy it. Thank you so much for joining me.
