You know, I know that growing really quick and finding good drivers can be tough, especially ones that are two year plus cdl and you're hey, I gotta grow, I gotta hire dang near anybody I can. They will allow about 20% of your drivers be under 2 year CDO. So they're not one year. Hey got my CDL yesterday, but they'll take, you know, hey, I got a year, you know something on those lines for cdl. They a good driver. And the other thing too with it is, is the allow Gen Z drivers.
