All right, I'm gonna give you guys a key example of me filling out a COI here. So that way you guys have got something to go off of. So here's a COI request that's pretty gnarly. Now. Physical damage coverage, comprehensive deductibles listed doors policy. So they had lost payee and additional insured certificate holder. Also this information must be notified 30 days within cancellation. So here's the policy documents. Go check this thing out. So I can see here. Additional insured is these guys. All right, so I'm just going to go in here. Request of change agency contact name. Put your name obviously who's requesting this? The lean holder. You know what this because I'm using, I'm using a past endorsement. I'm just going to get rid of this endorsement here. Got real quick and I'm going to show you guys. Okay, so it's gone. So I'm going to click add, edit or remove coverages. Just got to get in here. Lien holders request on this. Okay, now I gotta get to the initial insureds right here. So I'm gonna click continue. It's still not okay. Now here we go. I'm going to edit this deal beside comp inclusion. So I need to add on all this language right here. It's doing most of it. I don't think it's. Let me do this whole thing. It. Oh my lord. Okay, so I just showed you guys the name was too long to put in there. So if you guys ever have a name that is too long to put into the lien holder or lost a or additional insured, whatever spot it is, you're just going to call the insurance company and they're going to put it in there for you. They have to put it in the special mark spot. But you know, we can't just add it onto a COI because Progressive or whoever the company is has to be aware of that extra exposure. So here's the COI all said and done. I call Progressive. Just got it done here. Here's you can see progress or United Financial Casualty scheduled auto. Yes or waiver segregation. Both this stuff here and see the remarks. This is something like a Progressive does. This is additional mark schedule. This is like an added on deal right here. You can probably just place it here. You can usually just place it here too if you need. If you need to. But I just went ahead and did that. If it's not too long to be putting into a single COI like that, you can just go into the system edit it but make sure you're double checking coverages all type of stuff. Make sure you're double checking all that. If you need a 30 day cancel or a 30 day notice of cancellation you to call the company, they'll get that added for you. That's not something we can add on our side. So just call the insurance company and they'll add that for you. And then here is the COI versus the email I was getting. See physical damage must be rated on here Comprehensive and collision thousand deductible. They're going to want amount of coverage. I don't think they did put a lot of coverage on here. So I'm just gonna, I'm just gonna save this thing and edit it. Put the ninety thousand dollar value right here so that way they understand that you know additional shared loss payee right here those cancellation right here. So this is the whole COI said and done. So I'm gonna show you guys just me editing it here real quick. Whoops. And I saw it on the policy guys you gotta double check this $90,000 stated value. Perfect. Then I always just name them COI the insured A plus moving and let's take a holder enterprise. Okay so now things done and then you guys don't usually have to do this but I'm going to go upload it. So there's an example of me doing a cui. I know I basically cut out most of it but you're just going to hop into the system, double check the stuff. If you're using now search or something or it's like through canal and you didn't use now search. Going to now search and do the exact same thing, you know. So if it's too, if it's too long of a name. If they need a 30 day cancellation notice call the insurance company, make sure they make note, have them drafted to CUI for you and you will be good to go. So that is how you do that deal there.
