I mean, like, I just saw something saying Werner had a lawsuit reversed for $100 million on a claim that was not or for an accident, was not a fault. I mean, are you seeing huge uptick in that in nuclear verdicts? And how do you kind of prevent that stuff?
I mean, we're seeing, we're seeing appellate courts reverse some of these nuclear verdicts with, with the exception of New Mexico, which seems to, seems to think $300 million verdicts are reasonable. But, but, you know, it's, it's a, you know, you're getting some, some results back that, you know, I think, I think the trucking companies and insurance companies are, are figuring out which cases they, you know, they want to try and which ones they don't want to try.
