Hi guys, this is my review of BotStar, which I think is quite amazing. Look at it here, this is just a few things that I've got. Here's the one that I'm actually building out, just show you how easy it is. It's online now, which is connected to my Facebook page, and I'm connecting it to my webpage shortly. I click on this, what happens here, opens up the screen. I have got some subscribers, as you can see. It has been inbound, outbound messages. You can see it's working because obviously outbound messages, the bot messages to other people, and And then it shows you the scores and stuff, how it's been working, etc. But this is the main bit at the top. I only want to be using these 2 bits at the minute. You can use all the other bits, but that's to do automation and the rest of it, but I'm not going to go through that now. I'm just going to show you how easy it is to build a bot. CMS is what you can add in. You do have training in there. Flow Editor is the main thing to look at. Now when you click on the Flow Editor, it opens up into your screen. And here we go. The start entry point will be here, so it's your center entry point, so it starts there. You have a few, uh, um, small, um, how can I say, uh, text box in there just to say hi, hello, this is XYZ. And then what happens here is you put all your elements down, which I've got quite a few elements and different things. It's just a building app, but just testing it out just to see how it goes. And here, here's what this sort of happens. Let me just come back. So it's just jumped too quick there. Because I'm doing the recording screen, so it's obviously, uh, being a bit less interactive than normal. Okay, back to where the screen is. Here we go. Right, so what I'm going to do is do a test. You can do a few things with this. You can test the block, duplicate the box and do it again, hide the block in the preview, or delete the block totally, which will then delete the block that you're using. This shows you how it works, the back end. So it's just the image there, it's just a GIF Just showing you how it works. And then the first name will be the name of the person coming in. You can use all different ones in that, and it just shows you. So let me just show you a little bit of a start, how it is. This is the best thing I like about the chatbot test. So this is doing the inside test of it. So it's coming up, hey, Bot Stars. Yeah, hi, that's you guys. You guys joining. Guess, which obviously because I'm just testing, it's a guess. Be your name. Say hi, Tom. Uh, you can Choose the following options or just send your question. That's a good thing as well. You can put lots and lots of things in, i.e., you can put tags in here— sorry, tags— text boxes and etc. to do with names and then utilize that. So I could type in help, or I could type in price, or I could type in something else. It would then bring a box which you then put in the background in the backstore, um, on OnBase Cloud just to show people that you can actually, uh, go to any question that people ask that could be relevant to your bots. You could also have a question where if they've asked something which is not relevant, say you've asked something that they're not quite sure about, and then lead them back to somewhere else. But here you go. What are you looking for? So let's look. We're looking for reviews, we're looking for products. Okay, we're looking, say, products. What product we're looking for? Then it will come up. I've just done an example one, and I've also done bot stores. It's come up. Oh, it says bot store, traffic store, as many as you want. 4 on here, but you can do more on the different tabs on the left-hand side. There's lots of ones if you look down there, also advanced and different things. There's loads you can use, but I'm just using some basic ones just to show you how it works. Yep, so we click on BotStar. That's what I really want to talk about. So we're going on— yeah, BotStar on the right-hand side showing you— that's you— which showing you how it would work. Does work inside of Facebook. This is what I'm using. So chatbots are only as smart as the people who build them. Now what you really want to do, you want to start with a plan. Draw it out, lay it out, make it so easy. This is the easiest way to do it, and then you can see where you want to go. So welcome, BotStar, to the best chatbot platform. Start with the plan. You click on there, that will open up, and the same thing again, it will start talking back to you. Okay, what I've done is I've just put some images and show people. So you draw your out your plan, map it out first on paper, easy peasy. Then what happens next, you want to look at the flow editor builder. This is the builder that you're looking at now. This is how it works. So what we've done, we've done it again. The builder comes up, which is— this is going to be this image, and it will just be an image of how you laid everything else out, how the bot looks, which is quite easy to use. You can zoom in, zoom out, you can drag it around, you can make things smaller, you can do whatever you really want to do. Then you've got the finished chatbots— bot, sorry. You can do chatbots as well, lots of different ones. Let's have a look. There's also templates as well, which makes it even easier. From paper to working bot. Buy, check it out, or get started. So you can buy things, check it out, and get started. Check it out. So if you check it out, you've then gone on to the purchases. This is not what it's going to be when the finished thing— it's just me showing you where you can go from there. Yeah, where you can go, how it can work, or getting started. Yeah, you can go on to that, and then again it will go on to the bit to go with getting started. And it'll— which— what you want to do. Obviously there's going to be some more text in there. I haven't quite finished this yet. Automate, build, build it first, connect, develop. All this is how it all works. There are lots of questions in this people can ask. Yeah, I don't think I finished anymore on this, just showing you how far I've got at the minute. Build. I've got anything on there? No, not as yet. So as you can see, so far it's so easy. Click up here, look. Yeah, which will then shut it down. All these within each element. There's lots and lots of things you can do and change around with every single element. It's so easy to use and the support is so responsive that will come back to you on different things. There's also a group. How can I say? It's just one of the simplest chatbots I've ever used or simplest chatbots I've ever seen. Can't say much more than that. That's my review. My name is Ian Horner, just reviewing Bot Store as a lucky founder. Uh, be the tester. Just coming through, it was great. It's even getting better. They've had some more speech since we've been in. I think there's about 3 upgrades. They've just added things, listened to what we said. We put a few ideas in together and they've just gone, just gone from faster to better. It, it's, it's amazing, mate. Or guys or girls, just, just get in there, jump on it, get it, try it out, use it. It is so simple. So simple, that's all I can say. Thanks a lot, guys. My name is Ian Horner, reviewing BotStar, one of the best chatbots I've seen on the market to date.
