In this instructional video, Brittany Long shows entrepreneurs how to replace manual podcast production steps with an AI‑driven workflow built around Claude Co‑Work, a desktop application that can browse the web, access Gmail, run scheduled tasks, and execute reusable "skills" (standard operating procedures). She walks through five core automated tasks: (1) daily guest outreach that finds ten potential guests, writes personalized email drafts, and saves them in Gmail; (2) weekly sponsor outreach that drafts personalized pitches while checking existing drafts to avoid duplicates; (3) interview preparation that monitors inbox confirmations, researches the guest, and generates a detailed brief with 10‑15 custom interview questions; (4) post‑recording content repurposing that takes a transcript (via Zapier or manual paste) and produces show notes, social media captions, email drafts, and image prompts following a brand‑specific format; and (5) a weekly solo‑episode generator that scans niche trends, selects the top three topics, and drafts full episode scripts. Throughout, she emphasizes guardrails to prevent hallucinations, the importance of custom formatting rules, and the freedom for creators to focus on high‑value activities. She concludes by promoting her "AI to 100K" course for broader business automation.

If you're still manually writing your show notes, cold pitching sponsors one by one, and scrambling to prep interview questions the night before a guest shows up, I want you to stop. Because right now there is a version of you that wakes up and opens Gmail to find this: 10 guest pitch drafts done, sponsor outreach done, interview questions for your confirmed guests done, show notes from yesterday's episode done. That version of you exists. You just have to build your AI podcast team. And that is exactly what we're doing today. Hey, I'm Brittany Long. I help entrepreneurs use AI to automate, clone, and scale their businesses so they can actually have a life while they grow. And today I'm walking you through exactly how to build an automated podcast production team using Claude Cowork. We're talking guest outreach, sponsor pitching, interview prep, content repurposing, solo episode drafts, and AI visuals. What is Claude Cowork? First thing, Claude Cowork is not the same as Claude.ai Chat. You download it to your desktop, and instead of just chatting back and forth, it actually does work for you. It can browse the web, access your Gmail, execute tasks on a schedule, and use something called skills. Skills are reusable SOPs, or standard operating procedures, that you write once and run over and over. No need to retype the same prompt. You just click a skill and that's it. And here's what changes everything. You can schedule these skills to run automatically every day at 9:00 AM, every Monday morning, or whatever works for you. Let's start with the one that eats the most time, finding and pitching guests. Here's what you tell Cowork. Every day at 9:00 AM, find 10 new potential podcast guests who would be a great fit for my audience. Write personalized outreach emails and save them as Gmail drafts. Do not say anything untrue or incorrect. That last part is a guardrail so it doesn't hallucinate details. You also tell it who your audience is, what topics you cover, and what kind of guests you're looking for. By the time you open your inbox in the morning, there are 10 drafts waiting. The keyword drafts. We are never auto sending anything. Next one is sponsor outreach. It's the same concept, but with different tasks. A weekly scheduled task that finds potential sponsors for your show, writes personalized pitches for you, and saves them as drafts. And here's the smart part. You tell it to check your existing Gmail drafts first so it doesn't reach out to the same company twice. Next, interview prep. This one is a game changer. You set up a task that monitors your inbox for guest confirmation emails. When it detects one, it researches that guest, their content, their recent work, their expertise, and drafts 10 to 15 specific interview questions. So instead of Googling your guests the morning of the recording, you already have a full research brief and question list waiting for you. Next one, content repurposing. After you record, you either use Zapier to automatically send the transcript to Cowork or you paste it in manually. Manually. Then Cowork generates your show notes, social captions, email draft, and image prompts, all from one transcript. You customize the skill with your exact format, your CTA, your brand voice, your formatting rules. I have mine set to start with a hook, use specific punctuation, and never start with filler phrases. It follows those rules every single time. Lastly, Trending Topics Solo Episode. Every week, Cowork searches for what's trending in your niche, picks the top 3 topics, and drafts full solo episodes with an intro, main content, and talking points. All you do is review it and hit record. So that's your AI podcast team. 5 automated tasks that run while you sleep so you can wake up and focus on what only you can do. Show up, connect, and create. If you want to go deeper and learn how to build this kind of AI-powered system across your entire business, not just your podcast, check out AI to 100K. That's where I teach you step by step.
