In this video Igor Ivitskiy warns advertisers about a hidden risk of Google Ads call reporting: when call reporting is enabled, Google replaces the advertiser’s phone number with its own forwarding number. If a user saves that number and calls again later, the call may be routed to a different advertiser because the forwarding number can be reassigned. The presenter explains how to locate the Call Reporting settings in the Google Ads admin menu, how to turn the feature on or off, and how to enable optional data enrichment such as call duration and storage for 30 days. He also covers sending call data to third‑party analytics providers while reminding viewers of the trade‑off between richer data and the possibility of callers reaching competitors. The video includes a brief promotional bio highlighting Igor’s credentials—mathematics background, awards, experience managing hundreds of millions in ad spend, and his role as a Google Partner—followed by a call‑to‑action to watch more videos and subscribe.
