Why High Performers Can't Relax Even When Everything Is Working

Jake Burhans explains why success doesn't cure the constant stress high performers feel. External pressure grows with achievement, so the only fix is building internal capacity through his five-step system: awareness, nervous-system regulation, identity conditioning, emotional release, and integration.

What's going on, guys? Happy Friday. I knew Facebook was having a problem. It's not on Facebook. That's okay. There, we're on LinkedIn, we're on YouTube, we're gonna be okay. Um, welcome in. So we're going to talk about why high performers can't relax even when everything is working. All right, even when everything is— why can't we shut off? Why can't we ever relax? That's just part of it, Jake. That's part of being a producer. That's part of being an entrepreneur. You got to grind. You got to feel the pressure. You always got to be on edge to perform, don't you? You always got to have that little edge, that little bit of stress. How are you going to perform? Just a pattern. So you've conditioned yourself to operate. You've learned to kind of operate from this low-grade hum of tension because it helped you get things done in the beginning. Because in the beginning, when you were thrown into your role, wherever it is, right, there's pressure. There's always pressure. What do we talk about in Built? We're not gonna worry about the external pressure and stress. It's always going to be there. Let me tell you something. As you grow in your business, as you grow in your career, guess what's going to increase as you grow? External pressure, external stress. It ain't gonna go away. It's gonna get more. You're gonna have more responsibility. You have more people under you, more at stake with every decision. So it only becomes actually more important for you to learn how to deal with your internal world, because the only reason that you are ever stressed in your life is because your internal ability to handle life is less the external events of the world are greater than your internal capacity to handle it. That's why you're stressed. That's why you're— that's why anyone is ever overwhelmed or stressed. It's because the external events of life are just too much for your internal world to handle. So what do you do? You collapse, you shut off, you close off. So our goal is to train the internal state Okay? So that your internal capacity to deal with life is always a little bit greater than what life is throwing at you. Now guess what happens? As you grow in your position and you grow in life, what happens? Life's gonna demand more of you. If you don't think that life's gonna demand more of you as you grow in your position, then you are in for a rude awakening. As you guys, ever heard the saying, with great power comes great responsibility? It's true. The more that you take on, the more responsibility you have, probably the more money you make, right? You're in a position of higher authority, higher power. You have more under you. You have more responsibilities, more at stake for all the decisions that you're making. So understand that it's just gonna get more chaotic, guys. It's gonna be more pressure. And if you don't deal with your internal capacity, guess what's gonna happen? So say you're right here and you don't do any internal work. And you're right here and you're overwhelmed and stressed. You're like, well, if I can just get to the point in the business where I make more money, or I hire a manager, or I just get to this level, I'm gonna feel better. You're gonna feel worse. Why? Because that next level is going to come with greater external pressure, okay? And the more that you neglect your internal world, life just keeps feeling heavier and heavier and heavier and heavier and heavier. That's why each level of success feels heavier for you, because you're not doing the internal work that's required to deal with that stress. Okay, that's the fundamental shift I need you to understand right now. And this is something you need to do right now. Every single day that you put off doing the internal work is another day that you will continue to suffer. You will never reach the life you want to live until you start to be— to build the internal toolkit you need to deal with life, right? Like, it's like we try to fix our external world and make everything great, but we completely neglect the internal world because we can't like see it. So we think it's not real. And that is the cause of your suffering. This is the single most important thing anyone will ever do in their entire life, hands down, is deal with their inner world. Because when you sort this out, The inner creates the outer, right? How you think and feel and respond and your nervous system and your emotion, how you deal with all that is how you show up externally. And it's literally like you can have your cake and eat it too. I say it all the time. You can feel good, you can enjoy the process, you understand how to deal with pressure. So like you enjoy everything and you're getting the results you want and you're making the money you want. All of that, it's an and, it's not an or. I know that sounds crazy. Well, that could never happen. It can happen. So like I said, you've trained your way to— you've trained yourself to operate from this pressure and the stress when you got into your position. And it worked. It helped you close deals. You kind of always operated like this on edge, and you conditioned your nervous system to always be hypervigilant. And now it literally feels like— it feels that the calm state is dangerous. It feels like we can't rest? And this kind of manifests as you sitting on the couch or taking a break and be like I can't rest, I gotta keep going! I got to do this, I've got to that if I don't people gonna look at me weird, I'm not gonna accomplish anything, I'm gonna be nobody— We go on this huge tangent. You have conditioned your system to "go-go-go" and you get things done but understand as you grow as an individual and you getting into higher levels; you're business owner, doing $1 million dollars, couple millions dollars you know, you are in the corporate world, you're a CEO, you're a leader, you're whatever, pressure and force is not what allows you to put the company in the best decision, in the best position. You need precision. So the same force, you know, that fear that you're running from, that pressure and chaos that gave you results early on is not gonna give you results at a higher level because you don't, that's not what that role requires, that higher level level role is going to require you to reflect and make good decisions, right? It's all about making good decisions. So if you aren't able to kick yourself down and regulate, you can't handle the complexity of higher-level positions. You can't, because physiologically, when you come out of that, when you go into kind of that low-grade survival state, your, your prefrontal cortex goes offline. And this is where all of your thinking and problem solving— this is where you can be the best leader. You can be the best entrepreneur. You can be the best parent or spouse for that matter. But as long as we're operating this low-grade hum, we're not, we don't have access to that physiologically. So we need to become aware of our old patterns, right? Catherine, what's up? Yes, she says yes. I agree. I agree, I agree. But this is, why you can't relax, because your system is literally trained to be hypervigilant all the time. It's trained to be in survival mode. And survival mode— you guys probably heard about nervous system, it's kind of coming up to the front of everything, um, and I'm happy to lead that charge. Um, the reason I'm excited to talk about it is because people are talking about regulating the nervous system, this and that. I was in the heat of battle I mean, I built our business, you know, a couple million dollars in revenue, all this stuff from that place, right? And even when I was in college, when I played hockey, when I was younger, I was for like 15 years, I operated from the state. So I viscerally know what it's like to live in constant stress, anxiety, worry, doubt, and fear all the time and just have it never shut off and just have it be your baseline state of being. I know what it feels like. And I also now have the intellectual understanding of how to solve it, which I think is what allows me to give like a very unique perspective. Because it's one thing to be a doctor and understand this stuff, and you've run studies, and great, you understand intellectually. But there's a difference between intellectual understanding and experiential understanding. It's just completely different. Like they say, you learn more in 100 sales calls than you do listening to 100 hours of sales books, right? Because you just get so much more experience living it. And I lived that, and that's, that's why I created Built though, right? Built is the inner operating system for high performers. It is literally the inner operating system. It teaches you, and it's backed by all the science, every pillar, multiple domains of science, well-researched, documented things that help you understand how to be aware of your old patterns, release your old patterns, regulate your nervous system, condition new patterns. Emotionally regulate, release trauma, all that stuff. Because all of that stuff needs to happen for you to, to condition a new baseline. So high performers can't relax every— when everything's working because they've just trained themselves to be like that. Now, to untrain yourself from being like that, you need to go through the process of first being aware. You gotta first be aware that you're always on. 'Cause how are you gonna change it? How are you ever gonna change something if you're not aware of it? You can't. You can't. That's why it's like insight is not enough, guys. You can't just know what to do and then do it because when you get triggered and you go back into your old patterns, if you're not aware that you're in your old patterns, how can you let go of them and return to the new patterns? The whole game of reprogramming your subconscious mind, you guys ever heard that? Oh, your subconscious mind, Your subconscious programming, it runs 95% of your life, this and that and blah, blah, blah, blah. It's your patterns. You've been thinking, feeling, and acting the same way for the last 10, 20, 30 years, probably your whole life. And those patterns are so familiar to you 'cause you've repeated them over time with emotion and it's just hardwired it right into your system that you think it's just who you are. Well, I'm just not a good public speaker, or I've just always kind of overthought. I'm a perfectionist, I'm a this, I'm a that. You are not that. That's a pattern. That's the first shift you need to make. You need to stop saying I am, because every time you say I am, you're confirming that that's part of who you are when it's not. It's just a pattern that you have learned. So you have to be aware first, awareness of the pattern, awareness of when you're on overdrive., right? Because after you start to put that into the light, here's the beautiful thing about all this stuff. Like, when you start doing the work, you start doing the internal work, they're like— the work in and of itself and the program and all this stuff, like, it opens up your mind to see the world in a way that you've never seen before. So it's literally paradigm-shifting material. What's a paradigm shift? Paradigm shift is you know, seeing something in a completely new light. Like the 4-minute mile. We used to think we couldn't run a 4-minute mile, right? No one could do it. And then one person, Roger Bannister, broke the 4-minute mile. Now magically everyone's running a 4-minute mile, right? Everyone could always do it. We didn't believe it was possible. That was like paradigm shifting, right? Another paradigm shift was like we thought the Earth is at the center of the universe, and then we realized it's not. Oh my God, blew my mind. Like, that's not actually how it works. This stuff, guys, when you realize this, like, you learn how to be aware and you learn that you're not your thoughts and your patterns. And oh my gosh, that's not actually me. I can actually change it. It's like, and you'll never think the same way again. You can— it's like you can never unsee it. Once you see it, you can never unsee it. You're forever changed. Same thing with your nervous system. You learn about it. Oh my God, you start to be aware of like when you're dysregulated. You can never unsee it. You can never not know that now. Right? You have these tools for the rest of your life. Once you understand the power of visualization and how to pursue things and how to reprogram this stuff in, you see it work. It's like you're forever changed. Same thing with emotional regulation. When you understand that triggers are just emote past memories in the body that are trying to release, and you just start understanding, oh my God, all these triggers in my life, if I just feel these emotions and don't resist them, they just go away. And the thing doesn't trigger me anymore. Oh my God, and I have so much more energy to lead and grow and make sales and make money and be with my family and be with my kids and all this stuff. You're like, what? So that was what it was like for me because I struggled with it for so long, for 10, 15 years of this. When I started learning about this information, 'cause I told you, I dealt with this, right? I pretty much reached, like I reached a breaking point in my business where I was like, I was gonna, I just like, I don't wanna be an entrepreneur anymore. I was like, get me a house in the hills, I'm sick of this, this is terrible. Like, if this is what being a fricking business owner is, like, I want nothing to do with it. But then I was like, no, like, there has to be a better way. Like, I knew there was a better way. I was like, I know that there is a better way that I can actually enjoy every single day and that like every little thing that goes wrong doesn't fricking crush me and drive me into the ground. So I started doing the research, the research on awareness and metacognition. And cognitive diffusion and ACT therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, for, you know, our awareness and how we are separate from our thoughts, and mindfulness and self-compassion research and how being compassionate to ourselves is much more effective for behavior change, and how shame is like the biggest thing holding us back, right? Brené Brown, um, Kristin Neff talks about self-compassion. Stephen Hayes, he's the one who formed ACT and cognitive diffusion, all that stuff. I'm like Oh my God, because I started practicing this stuff and I was like, wow, this actually works. Like, this, this is, this is incredible. And then I'm like, wow, they've been studying this for decades, 10, 20 years they've been studying this, but it's like I never heard about it. Like, all right, great. So that's just awareness. And then I start going into the nervous system. This like really blew my mind. Like, I didn't even know that dysregulation existed. I didn't even know that it was a problem. I was like, oh my God, I've been living in a dysregulated state for like my whole life and I didn't even know it. I was like, if I would have known this stuff when I was a hockey player, like, I could be in the NHL for all I know. Because like, that was my biggest thing. Like, before games I get anxious. I thought there was something wrong with me. I didn't know how to like let go of my thoughts, like regulate my system with the breath so that I could get into the game. I didn't know how to like feel my emotions and like deal with that stuff. So it's like, it's just wild. So then I started digging into polyvagal theory, Stephen Porges, the different states, right? Body Keeps the Score, Bessel van der Kolk. Um, yeah, nervous system, Stephen Porges, like the main one. And then, you know, I've also obviously done my Joe Dispenza and stuff, and it's like rewiring your mind. I understand all that, the patterns, neurons that fire together wire together. So you basically need to think, act, and feel in an, you know, in a new way until those patterns are more familiar than the old patterns. That's how you reprogram your body. But you can't— the goal with reprogramming your body though is that you need to stay in this new state all day long. 'Cause basically what happens is you have certain ways of thinking, feeling, and acting that you've done for the past 30 years. And you need to make the new ways of thinking, feeling, and acting more familiar than the old ways. How are you gonna do that? Well, you gotta think, act, and feel more times in the 2.0 self than the 1.0 self. But this is the problem I ran into. Joe Dispenza would tell me that, and it's like, okay, I gotta be this person. I wake up, I get into the energy, but then like in the middle of the day, I wouldn't be able to like, I would go back into the old self and I wouldn't recognize when I was back in the old self. But every time I'm in the old self, I'm reinforcing those old patterns that I don't wanna reinforce of stress and worry and anxiety. I'm back in those old patterns. So that was the glitch in all that stuff. It's okay, meditate, do all this stuff. Everyone's talking about subconscious programming and subconscious mind and Bob Proctor and Napoleon Hill. Freaking Neville Goddard and all these people, but they're too esoteric with it. They didn't— they couldn't give me like a practical thing of like, okay, this is how you do it. Neville Goddard's like, just get in the feeling of the end state, in the feeling, in the feeling, in the feeling. And it's like, okay, but it's just not tactical enough for me to know what to do on a day-to-day basis. So I realized that the identity work in Built sits in the third phase. Why? Because you need to be aware first. You need to develop this skill of awareness of your thoughts, of your emotion, of your patterns. Like, you need to practice that skill, just being aware. You're not even trying to change anything yet. You're just being aware, being aware, being aware. You're cultivating that skill. That's like mindfulness in real life, right? Because once you have that awareness and it's sharp, you can recognize when you were in your old patterns, right? And when you can recognize you're in your old patterns, you can let them go and you can return to the new patterns and you can start familiarizing those pathways. That's how you're reprogramming your subconscious conditioning, is familiarization. But as long as you're not aware and you don't know when you slip back into those old patterns, you're never going to change who you are at the core. So awareness— I was like, boom, awareness is the foundational skill for all of our change. Awareness. We gotta have awareness. Now, the other thing too is like, BUILD is 5 different pillars, 5 different things. The first one is awareness, right? So I learned about all these things. I learned about Michael Singer and Eckhart Tolle and spiritual, Buddha, whatever. They all talk about awareness, right? But it's just awareness. Okay, but that's not enough. It's not enough to be a true high performer and be able to build from peace instead of pressure. Just awareness is not enough. 'Cause it like, so then what do I do about it? You know what I mean? It's like, it's just a start. And that's the biggest thing I see with people that I work with. It's like, oh, I'm aware. But then it's like, okay, well, what do I do from here? That's where the other pillars come in. But we gotta be patient. People wanna change it right away. Other thing with awareness is going back to self-compassion. We cannot judge ourselves for the past patterns. 'Cause a lot of times we put these awareness, we put this into the light and what ends up happening? We start judging ourselves for being this way. Oh my God, I learned on Jake's live this morning that I, you know, the reason that I can't relax and everything is working because I've trained this survival state. And then you catch yourself in the survival state, and then now you're shaming yourself. Oh, you freaking idiot, how can you do that? You're in survival mode all day long. That behavior and that sort of self-talk is what's going to keep you dysregulated. It's going to keep you in the old pattern. So that sort of self-talk is an old pattern in and of itself, shaming yourself and all that stuff. So awareness. The next thing that we need to do is understand about our nervous system. You have to understand how to regulate. This is like— these are like the two foundational pillars of just like getting back to baseline every day. Being aware and learning how to regulate. Aware, regulate. Aware, regulate. Aware, regulate. Because things are going to trigger us. Things are going to knock us out, but you got to be aware of when you're knocked out and then learn how to regulate. Okay. Um, so nervous system regulation, understanding. So we think here, here's the fundamental problem with trying to change without nervous system capacity. You think that the, the order of operations is insight, behavior, action. Okay. That makes sense. Okay. I learned something in a book. About how to change my behavior at work and how to not flack the handle on someone. You understand that cognitively. Where does that live? It lives in your brain, okay? Like prefrontal cortex, wherever it is, lives in your brain. When you get triggered, okay, which happens in milliseconds, and you go into your survival mode, what's one of the first things that goes offline? Your prefrontal cortex. What's in your prefrontal cortex? It's that, that's that insight that you learned in the book. So now you're, you're panicked, and guess what? You can't even access the information that you learned. So what does that tell us? The order of operations is not insight, behavior, action. It's state, perception, insight, behavior, action. So our physiological state is going to dictate our perception. Which is going to cause us to think and behave in certain ways. It's not cognit— cognition first, it's state first. This is what polyvagal theory tells us and any other sort of research. Amy Arnston, if you look up her at Yale, she talks about how even moderate levels of stress is dampening prefrontal cortex activity, which is where you can think and really be like logical and rational and all those things. So that is just like a mind-blowing thing. So if you're— that's why regulate regulation before you do anything is super important. So being aware when you're dysregulated, and then you have to regulate yourself to learn how to regulate. Because when you're in a physiological state of survival, what is your brain doing? It's literally pulling resources away from every other part of your body— your brain, your immune system, your digestive system, your reproductive system, the stuff that heals your muscles. It's pulling it all away because it's like, we have to run, we have to, we have to freaking survive right now. So it's obviously not a— it's not a sustainable long-term state, but your system's like, okay, whatever, we don't need to do all that other stuff right now. We just need to live, right? We're getting chased by a lion. We're getting— we're in a threat. An enemy is chasing us. So it pulls everything away, right? But the problem is like, it's only meant to be here for 5 minutes, 10 minutes, like a sustained thing. But then you gotta get back to regulation. So all those other systems in your body can function. Your immune, your reproductive, your digestive, your brain. So this is where a lot of— and you know, you look at Robert Sapolsky's work, Why Zebras Don't Get Ulcers, and things like that, talks about the, the long-term damage of being in chronic survival mode all the time. So learning how to regulate out of that is not only going to make you a better high performer, it's going to improve your health, like everything. It's like the biggest epidemic in this whole freaking country. Is people running around in fight or flight mode all the time and not being aware of it. Like, everyone's dysregulated. It's crazy. People don't even know it because it's not a full-blown panic attack, guys. It's like sneaky. It's sneaky. It's like that low hum of the loud air conditioner in the back that you don't even notice until it shuts off. Or the fridge. Fridge is like, um, but you're working, you don't even get it, and the fridge shuts off. You're like, oh geez, that was actually I can't even realize how loud that was. Same thing with your, your survival mode. Survival mode isn't like this full-blown panic attack, like you're still getting stuff done. It's this constant urgency, this pressure, this little like hum in the background that you're never able to quite shut it off. That's what it is, and it's draining you. So we have to learn, and it really comes down to regulating, but then part of your new needs to be learning to trust that calm and regulation is still going to give you the results that you need. Okay, calm and regulation is still going to give you the results that you need. And you have to train that over time, like showing up and regulating. And this whole process though, guys, it's a— it's literally a process. Like, it is a process. Think about it, like, the whole game of this reprogramming is you fall off the horse and you get back on. That's the whole thing. You're aware of your old patterns. You regulate, you orient, you choose new patterns, you release the feelings and the pull of the old pattern. That's the fourth pillar. You release and then you return to the new pattern. You're literally training this new baseline. It's going to take time when you fall out and you go back to old patterns. Of course you go back to old patterns. You've been thinking, feeling, and acting this way for freaking your whole life. Do you think that you're just going to start thinking and overnight it's going to change? No. It's not going to change overnight. Let's be realistic here. But every single day that you do the inner work, you're compounding and you're building momentum and you start to see the results in the beginning. It's just like anything in life, guys. In the beginning, you see a little bit of results. Facebook is— in the beginning, you only see a little bit of results. This is like anything. You go to the gym, see a little bit of results, and then all of a sudden starts compounding and whoosh. Building a business, you see nothing, and then all of a sudden, that's just life. I don't know how to explain it. You're just getting better, right? And then that's how, that's how growth works. Growth isn't like this, like linear, like, oh, I did X amount today, I see it. No, it's like nothing, and then it just like shoots up out of nowhere. So understand that as you're doing internal work, that that's the process. And these new patterns that you're training, this new system of regulation and peace and calm and confidence and whoever you want to be has to be trained in over time through familiarity. So after we have that nervous system regulation, then you— then we finally move to like thinking about your new self. But notice how that's the third skill you learned. You learn is like familiarization, like learning how to use your mind to condition your new patterns. It's the third skill after you know how to be aware and after you know how to regulate yourself. Then we finally get there. That's the difference. Okay, but that's still not enough. It's still not enough. So obviously we know that we've been thinking, acting, and feeling a certain way for a long time, and that's what we see in our awareness. We can see those patterns right now. In Pillar 3, we are, we are starting to condition new ways of thinking, feeling, and acting. It starts by sitting down and imagining and feeling that, and then, and then acting that way in your day.. And then over time, your system is going to get more familiar with being this new version of yourself. It's going to kind of forget about the old version, right? Because they kind of be— those circuits become rusty and inoperable and they just don't flow as well. So your system wants to stay in this new state. That's the whole goal. Now, as you're doing the work and you're familiarizing these new patterns, what comes up? This is the let go. This is the emotion regulation. Another huge part that is missed to completely complete your transformation. Of your new self. As you're becoming this new person, you're starting to act in new ways. Old stuff's going to come up, right? Old emotion that you've been resisting, old patterns, right? You have to learn how to let that stuff come up, feel it, feel it from a relaxed state. And that's what lets the thing go, lets the emotion go. So those triggers in your life, anything that makes you feel a feeling you don't want to feel, the only way out, guys, is through. The only way to let those things out is to literally just, oh my God, anxious for a sales call, anxious for a meeting, anxious to public speak, anxious to have a conversation with your spouse or someone at work, or anxious for, um, anything, anything anxious to go to the gym because you don't know how to lift weights. You have to accept it. Your resistance of those feelings is what's keeping those feelings locked in place. Those external events have control over you as long as you resist the feelings that they give you. Understand it's normal to feel anxiety. Just let it come in. Hey, it's unfamiliar. You don't know what's going to happen. It's completely okay, but you got to feel the emotion, right? When you let that emotion come up and you feel it, it like burns up inside of you. It completes the biological process, okay? Because it's stored in the body. It's a body keeps the score, talks about Bessel van der Kolk. Stuff is stored in the body. You have to let it go. You have to release it. Okay, which means relaxation. So every trigger in our life is an opportunity to relax and let it go. All right. And then that's the, that's the, those are the 4 fundamental pillars though. And then in the 5th pillar, right? So we've been aware, we've regulated our system, we have conditioned in the new patterns, we're letting go of the old patterns. And every single time we do those 4 things, awareness, regulation, orientation, release, you're returning to this new baseline, this new— whoever this new version of yourself, think of them in 3 words. They're calm, cool, and collected. They're confident, abundant, charismatic. They're caring, cool, and freaking grateful. Whatever that is, that's the new system you're training. And that's just the loop. You got to do those 3 things. You got to be aware when you're in the old pattern. You got to regulate your system. You got to imagine the new patterns. You got to let go of the old patterns. You got to return. You do this over time, you condition a new identity. Um, and that's really it. And the fifth pillar is all about once you do this and you cultivate these new states and you practice all these skills, you build this, this strong internal foundation to deal with life. Going back to the beginning, as I talked about, everyone's trying to deal with the stress of life, right? They're trying to prevent external pressure and stress, which is impossible. Instead of rebuilding their internal state to deal with the stress. So think about a house. It's like trying to pray that the weather never comes because— and you have like a dilapidated house. Why don't we just rebuild the house and not care about the weather? That's what we're doing here. So by the time that you get through this and you practice this and you internalize these skills, you make them a part of who you are, you're forever able to handle life. You're forever able to handle life. Um, and that's really the goal. Um, so if you guys, um, are resonating with any of this stuff, it's because you have some of these things that you need to break through, some of these patterns. Okay, if you're on YouTube, you got the link to the school community, it's right there, it's free to join. Get in there, you can go to the issue, you can go through the operating assessment, that's all free stuff. Get in there, we got a free weekly Tuesday call for you to pop in as we're growing, those are highly valuable. And if you want to go deeper, pop into the— go buy the Foundations course. It's $297, right? $297 to completely change your life, right? The main Blueprint program is, you know, a couple thousand. But for people who are like, this really resonates with me, but I'm not ready to go all in and I want those foundational skills to notice a real change in my life, the Foundations is what I created that for. I actually just created it. Um, last week because I was like, Blueprint was like amazing, like it changed my life. I think it's, it's the greatest personal transformation program ever created in the world. Obviously I created it, so that's what I feel like. But it's a little bit deep, it goes deep really quickly. Foundations course, like even if someone is going to go through the Blueprint, I need them to go through Foundations first because it gives them that high-level perspective to really understand the full thing, right? And how— have them start understanding it, applying it, noticing a different— difference in their life so they can be convicted that this is the answer. Right? So whatever you feel like you need to do though, if this video is resonating with you whatsoever, at least just join the free community and start using some of the free tools at the very least if you want to change your life. But it's up to you. I can't make you do anything. I can't make you do anything. You have to make a decision of like, do you want to change? If you do, then you make the decision. Boom. Commit. Get in there, right? Change your life. All right guys, I will see you next Monday. We'll be back on on Monday, um, on the lives. But until then, All the peace, all the power.
