Everyone in today's video. It is Friday end of the week, so I just thought I'd show you a little bit behind the scenes at our agency headquarters. It's been a great week overall. I've had quite a few meetings which went really well and obviously the team has been doing fantastically this last few days. So we've had some great deals go on the board, which has been great, working with some fantastic clients and I'm really blessed to have such a great team here. It doesn't happen overnight, so as an agency owner, you go through ups and downs. But I think like this being our fourth and a bit year in the business, we've really got some fantastic people which give us a great culture and it gives me the freedom and the lifestyle that I want in my life as well. So me, obviously, I take Mondays off, so I'm only in the office Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. I love Fridays because Fridays are normally when a lot more things happen, which is great. You can see Kobe sitting on the desk there. So I just thought I'd show you a little bit about what we're doing with the rest of the office space. So we've got our meeting room, which is in here, which gets used quite a bit. And then over here, obviously we've got the guys and girls in the office. A couple of people off on holiday today, which. Which has made it a little bit more quieter. Normally on a Friday as well, we normally do a little bit of a table tennis tournament after the guys have finished closing up deals. I've also got a little beer fridge in the bottom there and drinks fridge, which is quite cool. But what I wanted to show you was what owning an agency has empowered me to do was have the financial freedom to be able to invest in property as well. So this building that I'm showing you here, I actually own the full building now. So I bought the building just under, I think a year ago now. So we've just had it renovated. This space here, I'm going to show you now, is all just recently renovated over the last couple of weeks, so we still need to furnish it. So it does need the finishing touches of furniture in the building. But as you can see, we kind of go for like a quite cool environment space. So this space here is going to be not for my agency, it's going to be for other startup businesses or businesses that want to come in and rent the space upstairs. They're going to have obviously their own kitchen area, got kitchen benches and some workspace over here, which is quite cool. Obviously I haven't furnished it properly yet, but I think over the next few days we should have it fully furnished. We've actually got an office to rent also in the back room here which should house I think probably five to six people. So yeah, so this is obviously something a bit of a side project for me to try and get a. I've talked about multiple streams of income and not depending on one income stream. Obviously from day one you pretty much want to be growing your agency, making sure you're looking after your clients, delivering and bringing revenue into the business and then what you can do with those profits is either reinvest it back into your agency and that might be to hire more staff, or if you might be a solopreneur that just wants an agency for lifestyle, which is great and something I teach in my training program, you can reinvest that cash into property potentially. So yeah, so this is a little bit obviously we've got a corridor here which we chose some quite interesting, some quite interesting wallpaper. So quite snazzy. So it's a bit like it's a Beverly Hills hotel. It has similarish style wallpaper. I know they've patented their type of remark, but the building beforehand was nothing like this. It was back in the 70s, really depressed and really run down. This is potentially going to be one of my YouTube or podcast rooms down here. Obviously we've got more toilets, we've got another meeting room further down which I can show you later on once that's fully developed. So yeah, so obviously this is what, a little bit behind the scenes on a Friday in an agency? It's quite relaxed, chilled out. We don't have tens or hundreds of people in our office to make a profit. I said I think it's really important as an agency owner focus on profit, not necessarily just headcount or revenue. Because at the end of the day I started my business to make money, give me financial freedom to do what I want, where I want and I'm sure like a lot of you watching this channel as well, potentially want to do something like that. So those are my thoughts for the day. And if you are interested in potentially working together, maybe one on one or in my coaching program, feel free to click on the links below. And obviously I can look at maybe recording a different video whether it's around getting clients or scaling an agency.
