Client Attraction System - Revealed

Agency owners learn to build a repeatable client system by picking three job titles in one location, mapping every prospect's email and LinkedIn, then running automated outreach campaigns. Fifteen to forty clients at $30k each scales to six figures or more.
Hello, everyone. In today's video, I'm going to be sharing a clip from a live workshop that I did around client attraction and how to build a client attraction system. We'll dive into the first part of the training and which is, I think the most important is having a client attraction system. So if you don't have a way of consistently getting clients coming inbound to your business, you have no business. Clients are the lifeblood of every business and agency. Yes, I know we're in a era where candidates are hard to find and candidates are gold. But at the end of the day, if you haven't got a client that you've got signed terms with, you're building a relationship with that's going to pay you, then you have no business. So the most important thing we need to start is you need to define your niche and you need to have a defined way of how you map your market out. So the first thing, whether you're getting started or if you have your current agency, is have you defined your niche yet? And that's a niche within a niche. So I talk around like having three job titles that you truly specialize in and a location. So I would say you bucket it into these two areas, which is having three job titles of roles that you really, truly specialize in and you can be world class at and have them starting with one location. So you can really drill down into one area and really own that space. So that's the first thing you need to do is define your niche and really map that markdown. And once you've defined a nation, you've mapped the mark it out. So for those of you that maybe don't know how to map your mark it out, I talk around this in our recruiter accelerator program. But when you're mapping out the market, you need to know every single client that is within these three job titles. And in that location you need to know you need to have their email address, their LinkedIn URL, a way to outreach them so you can actually create touch points to actually win those clients eventually. So you need a way of how you've actually mapped your market out, both on the client side and the candidate side. Does that make sense so far? Just let me know in the chat. Then once you've defined your niche, you need a way to generate leads. So you need to make sure you build in your business so you can generate leads consistently. So it's not just generating leads just to get started in your agency. So those of you that agency owners know what you did at the start to build out your agency to what you do now, are you consistently generating leads? So if I asked you, how many leads did you generate last week in your business? And when I say leads, these are clients that have come back, whether it's on an email, campaign, video, outreach or a different way. You've had touch points with them, they came back to you and put their hands up and want some help or want to have a conversation. Leads are going to be the lifeblood of your business, especially winning clients. So you need a way of how you're going to get leads. So the second thing that you need to do is you need a way to outreach to your target market. So you need to create some outreach campaigns. Now there's different ways that you can do this. So the first thing that you're going to do is you can reach on via email and you can do that using an automation tool. The second thing you might want to do is you can reach out via video. So you could use a video outreach method to reach on to that client. You might want to use LinkedIn and again, you can bolt on some automation for that with the right type of sequences. You might want to go old school, which is one of the things that I teach many of my agency owners. You might want to do a letter or what I call giftology. So you might want to use a method using giftology to open a door in a conversation. So I would say that these four areas are going to be the main outreach campaigns that you can use to get started to stop building this client attraction system. And this needs to be how you're going to generate leads. So Sarah was asking, how do you generate leads? Yeah, LinkedIn campaigns can be one of them, but you want to have different touch points. So within marketing, you want to talk around creating an omnipresence. So that's always been front of mind because at some point, once you've defined your niche and you mapped your market out, you only need a certain percentage of clients in order to build a successful seven figure agency. Yeah. So you could probably do that with 15 to 20 clients that might buy or hire at least three to four placements a year each. So let's say if you had an average fee of 10k in terms of dollars, and you were doing, let's say on average three placements per client. So each client to you per year was worth 30k and you've got 20 of those clients, then that's a 600k a year business, just with 20 clients. So as you can see like if you think if you map out your nation, you might have a target market of 2000 potential companies that you could target. You only need a small amount of these to actually build quite a successful company. So then you obviously would add that up to maybe like 35, 40 clients is probably all you realistically need to build if you wanted to get to that magic million dollar mark. Yeah. So that's how you've got to think about your client attraction system is if you can build these uh, machines running so you can get, generate leads and you can, obviously there's a lot more detail in there. So it's like how, how do you do the email, how do you set the automation up, how many follow ups do you do? What the subject lines, what do you put in the email, what do you reply when you get a response? But to generate the actual leads, like these are the top four outreach methods that I would use to make sure that you've got in your business right now. So if you, you're an agency owner right now and you haven't got this, you need to make sure you've got this in place. Because if you're not building something, Systems are the lifeblood of any business. And this is where most agency owners go wrong. They're just doing it, doing it, doing it. Everything's manual, everything's traditional cold calling or random aimless head hunts. Or they might generate leads one week and then forget about it for three, four more weeks. You need to have a consistent way that's just running in the background that is getting new clients like leads inbound. Does that make sense? Everyone let me know if you've got any questions around the client attraction system. And if you have any comments, please leave a comment below and I'll catch you on the next episode.
