The faster you wish to grow your agency, then the more mistakes you will make, which means the more money you'll waste. So I've wasted at least over 500k in terms of mistakes because we went too fast with the wrong strategy. That was maybe over hiring too fast. When I tell you guys to hire, it's for the right reasons because there's not really a downside to the type of hires you're making compared to maybe the ones I did in the past.
