Hi guys, my name is Daniella and I'm here to share a review about James since joining the agency Blueprint Accelerator program. Before I joined I was honestly doing everything on my own. I had a thousand unread emails and that was consistent. No matter what, I couldn't get it down to zero. I was doing all the work on my own. The business development, the recruitment, the literally the business didn't run without me. So that was my biggest challenge in scaling my business was that I was sort of in this hamster wheel. But I've now been in the program for a couple months or maybe three months now and since then I have generated six figures just in those three months. I have hired two full time people and I could actually take time off. I've been on a vacation. I'm just gearing up to go on my second vacation and, and the business can run without me. So I've been able to like go to a doctor's appointment and get my oil change. So it's really exciting. This growth has just propelled more growth as well. And it seems like it's happening very organically. But behind the scenes there's been a lot of processes that I've implemented and tools that I've implemented and guidance from both James and the group. So um, that's huge for me. I mean I would say that my biggest win so far would be I guess exceeding 50k months consecutively, which is great. Um, and then to another point on, you know, what my biggest win would be I think also just taking the jump in, you know, joining this program. I came from a place, you know, of abundance and I feel like when you are not scared of, you know, scarcity or when's my next paycheck going to be or you know, when are my clients going to pay me, it's just all been attracting more and more abundance. So that's been really great and just honestly trusting myself to give work to other people and then trusting my employees to execute. So I've been blown away by the work that the team has been able to do and you know, I'm just have plans on growing my team even further and streamlining things even more and automating things even more. So I'm not quite done the program but I already have taken so much away and I'm really excited to continue this journey with James and the team. So if you're on the fence about joining, I'd say invest in yourself, invest in your business. It's going to pay you back tenfold. So don't hesitate. Right. Thanks.
