How Reality Transurfing Helped Me Scale My Business to $10M

James Blackwell credits Vadim Zeland's Reality Transurfing with helping him build his business to $10M, arguing that the energy you emit through thoughts and beliefs shapes outcomes. He emphasizes inner calm and detachment for better decisions, plus daily meditation, journaling, and streamlined systems as the concrete work behind scaling.
Hello ladies and gentlemen. In today's video I'm going to be sharing the power of energy in business using the lessons that I've learned from one of my favorite books of all time, Reality Transurfing. So the first thing is like did you know that energy, when you bring it into your business, it can be really the key to success or failure. So when we often talk about like strategies, systems, processes and businesses, we don't really talk about like energy that you bring in every like decision and interaction. So in this video basically I'm going to boil down the powerful lessons that I've learned from my journey to be an eight figure entrepreneur and how I distilled really the book Reality Transurfing. It's one of my favorite books that I still read to this day. So I even have it still on my phone on Audible. So it's one of the key books that I think has really changed my life in terms of having a high vibration, having good calm aura and energy. And a lot of people ask me about this and yeah, that's like pretty much my favorite book. So you can get it on Audible as well. I was just going to show you, I don't know if you could sort of see it here, Transurfing and I definitely recommend it. Now what I learned in that book is everything is energy as we know. So you want to radiate from a higher frequency. Now in terms of that, the idea that energy that you emit into the world, it's always reflected back to you. So it's always like a mirror. So the same applies to your business. So it's not just in your personal life that you need to radiate this like positive, confident energy. Your business also needs to reflect that as well and that's going to help you be more successful and grow. So in terms of like when we translate like these deep like meta physical concepts into real practical steps to run a successful business. So I'm going to share with you just a handful of lessons that I've learned over that journey and how you can implement that into your business too. So the first thing is going to be that the energy you emit really shapes your business. So in reality Transurfing Vadim Zeland talks around everything you experience is a reflection of the energy you project. So in business that means that your thoughts, your beliefs and your emotions are directly affecting your results. So for example like positive energy you come in when you approach challenges with optimism and a growth mindset, you will always attract like solutions, clients Opportunities, things that just come out of nowhere because you've had that higher vibration. But that also applies the same with negative energy. So on the flip side, if you approach like your business with like fear down stress, like just negative energy blocks, that's going to keep you stuck in your business. So the first thing is like every decision, every interaction, every strategy that you implement in your business carries a certain energy and that energy determines your outcomes. The second lesson is going to be the importance of inner calm for external success. So in reality, transurfing Vadim talks around one of the main ideas is that success comes from a calm, confident state of mind. And when you're calm, your energy flows more freely so you're able to make like better decisions. You're just in a better frame of mind and that's very important. So how that will apply to you as a business owner is if you're like constantly stressed, you're chasing, you're a bit burnt out and you're desperate for money or you're desperate for deals to happen and these type of things that sort of like creates this chaotic energy and that's going to show up in your business and you'll struggle to really focus and what you'll end up doing is probably chasing wrong goals. So in terms of like, take a moment to like ground yourself before making major decisions. So I talk around, I practice meditation a lot and mindfulness, so I always start the morning with meditation. One of my favorite meditations at the minute is Dr. Joe Dispenza. I do a lot of his work, but to get started I would recommend just getting an app called Insight Timer. Again, I don't know if it's going to zoom in on the camera or not. And one of my favorite meditations is Run about. It's an 18 minute meditation by a guy called David Chi and it's a bit of, bit of like brainwaves frequency and it gets you in a state and then it's silent and then it's guided again. And that's a good way to segue in to do some meditation but really focus your energy in terms of like your daily operation. So when you're calm, confident and really like detached from the outcome, you can navigate your business challenges and you'll get more clarity. The next thing is focusing on what you like can control. So in the book Vadim talks about that we have control over our energy and actions. So these are like two things that we can control on a daily basis, like the energy and the actions, but we can't control the end result. Okay, so what you'll tend to find in business, this means, like, your energy, you focus your energy on what you can control. So as long as you focus on those two things, normally, the results will follow, the money will flow, as they say. So in terms of, like, worrying about things that are beyond your control, like market conditions, recessions, things that are going on with elections, all of these type of things, client decisions really focus on optimizing your internal processes, your systems, and most importantly, your mindset. If you get these things right, the rest will fall into place. So you want to just control how, like, you show up every day for your team and for your clients. Control, like, the systems, the processes, and make sure everything's streamlined and efficient. And most importantly, like, control your mindset. So how you respond to challenges and setbacks. Try and keep that calm Persona at all times. Yes, sometimes you need to put your foot down with your team. You, yes, sometimes you need to push through deals. But remember, that'll have an equal and opposite reaction. So focusing your energy on controllable factors, you'll create a ripple effect that naturally leads to positive outcomes. And that leads me on to, like, balancing the importance of detachment. So the concept of excess potential in reality, transurfing, it's called like, when you get sucked into pendulums. And if you just focus energy too much on an outcome, what you create is what they call, like, excess potential, which can lead to imbalances and obstacles. So in terms of, in business, when you place too much importance on specific outcomes, like landing a particular client or getting a deal through or hitting a revenue goal, you create that tension that can really block your success. So instead of like, obsessing over closing a deal, focusing on delivering value and being present in your process. So when you let go of the end result, the specific outcome, you still put the intention that you want to achieve it, but just things will flow more naturally. So balancing that importance of detachment, you free your energy up more and you allow your business to grow. So how I would apply relative transurfing and the principles into my business is the first thing I would do is the energy you emit shapes your outcome. So stay calm and confident to make better decisions. Like I said, like, I'm blessed to be here in Dubai. So obviously I can go out in the sun, I can walk on the beach. But whatever it is that helps you remain calm, whether it's meditation, reading, just getting yourself back in that Zen flow before you make decisions and focus on what you can control. So just Remember, there's things at the end of outcomes you just can't control, but you can control your inputs and how you show up every day and your energy. So start your day with a morning routine. I always start with meditation. So at the minute I'm doing Dr. Joe Despender's meditation, there's other cool meditations, like Insight Timer is a great app that I use. So this up here has some good meditations on there that you can use and it holds you accountable. So it'll give you feedback on how many hours and minutes and every day that you've, you've been meditating, which might hold you accountable a little bit more. But I start my day off meditation. I get up, I will go for a coffee, journal, plan my next day and go and exercise at the gym. So whatever it is like your morning routine, that's very important. And when you're making a major decision, so say you maybe having to fire an employee or you're firing a client or you're going through some sort of difficult decision in your business, make sure you try and come from a state of calm rather than stress. Because, I mean, there used to be times back when I first started my business, I would get maybe a bad email that I wanted to angrily respond to straight away. It's like, no, James, put that in the outbox. Maybe wake up the next day and see how you feel in the next 24 hours before you do that. And in terms of like aligning your energy with your business goals, you're always going to find and attract the right opportunities at the right time, the right type of clients, the right type of team, and then the results will flow with that. So the energy you bring to your business is more powerful than you think. So just remember that. So applying these lessons from reality, Transurfing, like I said, it's a book that I highly recommend all of you to read. It's a really big one. So I've got it in book format and audible format and Kindle format and just making sure you show up with positive energy and using that to use strategic focus in your business. So if you're enjoying these videos, like as you've probably seen, these are going to be raw, uncut, pretty much shooting from the hip from my journey from 0 to 6 figures to 7 figures to 8 figure entrepreneur in my businesses.
