Hello everybody. In today's video I wanted to share why it is crucial that you build client and candidate acquisition systems in your business. So I've been speaking to a lot of people that are either starting or growing their own recruitment agency at the moment from around the world. And a lot of them have the same issues. And one of the key issues is they haven't got enough clients and they haven't got a proven formula to actually win clients on demand. Which when you think about it, if you don't have a client acquisition system that you know you can get generate enough leads and you've got a conversion tool to convert them and you've got a productized service pitch to actually win that business, then clients are the lifeblood of your business. And if you haven't really got that, what else have you got? Because most people are just relying on LinkedIn obviously for candidates. And the mindlessly what I do, the old school way I teach is the old way of recruitment, cold calling, mindlessly messaging clients that aren't targeted. Those businesses are, wow, they're gonna really struggle and especially in this climate at the moment. So we're just lifting up from lockdown. I think like I've got a couple of guys and girls in the office at the moment. Social distancing of course within 2 meters as recommended. And just to get them back into the groove environment of what it's like to be in the office. I've actually enjoyed working from home funny enough and probably got a lot more done than actually being in the office. But there's nothing that takes away the buzz of the environment for sure. But yeah, so client acquisition system is the number one thing that you need to build and that's what I've done in my business that really got us past. I think we won over 110 clients we're on now, but we've done successful placements with multiple placements with whether they're exclusive or retained. That was all done to the system that I re engineered and developed. So you've got to strip it down into first principles and reverse engineer. Exactly what does it take from getting a stranger to an actual paying client with you really dissect and look at that process, how can that be improved? Because guys, you've only literally got probably two weeks or so until business is going to get back to some sort of normality in the office. Before you know it, you're going to be head deep in doing it. Doing it, doing it, working in the business, not on the business. And you're not going to have time to review these systems. So really it's just a quick video to say, look, if you haven't got a client acquisition system that you can get clients on demand, it's proven. It's going to book up your diary and you're going to have constant either client meetings or client pitches. Book in a call with me now.
