So I've joined James program this February. Fast forward to November this year and I've officially quitted my job as a corporate recruiter which was a full time position. And now I'm fully focused on scaling my agency. I'm already up to do about 300k in total revenue and really, you know, the automation of, you know, gaining clients and then delivering, you know, to file to fill those positions has been my focus right now. As soon as that is scaled up as well, I think I can, you know, sky's the limit. So all I can say is join the program. How should I approach this? Because some things for me from the Netherlands are different than people from the uk. So this program has really helped me. I'm now independent on my own and now focused on fully scaling up the agency and see what I want to do in the future.
