Hi everybody. So in today's video I wanted to make a special announcement. So as some of you know, I haven't really been active on YouTube over the last probably year or two really apart from the last few weeks. Because what I've been working tirelessly in the background was implementing my steps that what took me to launch Ronald James and get us to a seven figure agency and consistently hitting six figures per month, actually mapped that process out step by step blueprint into a mentorship program. And I'm very passionate, as some of you know, around coaching. I've invested a lot of money in coaching and mentorship myself and that's got to me, got me to where I am today. And what I wanted to do was launch a real special mentorship program and I wanted to open it up to you, the community in my YouTube following first. So I've actually opened up five spots and I've got five spots where I'll do a one on one call with you and we'll go through either your challenges that you've got in your current agency. So I can potentially spot some issues in your agency that I can maybe make quick fixes on. But mainly I'll go through how I can help you get and scale your agency to six or potentially seven figures while still having the freedom and lifestyle that you truly want. So, so I've built my agency all on working around me. So my business works for me, I don't work for the business and it gives me the opportunity to travel the world, have some great holidays, have a great bunch of people in the office as you can see behind me. So I'm recording this video, it's on a Friday, so some of the guys and girls, some are still working, some are playing table tennis behind me. But, but I've got a great life, great business and what I can do is really help you get this or maybe something on a different skill in the mentorship program. It is going to be a cost, so it's not going to be free but with that cost it's going to be, there's going to be a special rate for the first five people that we select.
