Hello everybody. And in today's video I wanted to talk about mindset and how to start a recruitment agency. I wanted to talk around the old way and the new way. So one of the big things for me when I started my agency was my mindset. So having limited beliefs, so whether that was through school when I was younger or the people I surrounded myself had a big impact on my beliefs and I changed that over time. So as some of you know, like I've been surrounded by some of the most successful mentors in the world. I've spent a lot of money reading a lot of books, watching a lot of videos, attending a lot of masterminds. And what I learned was the old way of your belief system is flawed. And I'm going to show you today what the new belief system should be for you. So if you're currently watching this video and you're either thinking about starting your own agency and you haven't quite took the risk yet, then this video will hopefully help you. If you've already took the risk and started your own agency, you might find some value still in this video around the mental beliefs and your barriers are stopping you from getting to the next level as well. So I want to talk around some mind shift models and what you call conscientiousness or how I change my conscientiousness and beliefs into creating success. So the old way, so limited beliefs. So some people might think it's dangerous taking risks, some people might think it's that people are against them, that money is hard to get and you must get a job and get a mortgage and that is what success should be. And no one should really take risks in life because you want to play it safe and dangerous. What I'm here to tell you and I'll shift across to this other side, so hope you can see a little bit more around what I was saying. The new ways is your belief system should tell you that it's good to take risks. So I believe that it's really good to take risks. The more risks, the more rewards. Everyone is rooting for me as opposed to everyone's against me. And my mindset now is money flows to me easily. So I say that to my subconscious every single day. I play affirmations in my mind and the more I do that funny, the more money that comes and flows to me. And the final one, which is a big one for a lot of people, is that you've always been told the old ways, you must get a job and you must get a mortgage and that's pretty much your life. Well, no, it's not. Building a business, as long as you've got the right systems and the steps and you can follow a method and a blueprint, building a business is quite easy. Especially this year, this time of year or age where you're in life, we've never had it so good to start a business. So in 2020, it's so easy to get a laptop, get online, get a website built, start a former company, take payments and go out and hustle and start a service based agency. There's never been a better time to do that. Back in the days, 10, 20, 30 years ago, it was very, very hard to start a business. And especially nowadays with like LinkedIn and the different tools that you have, you're not just relying on someone's database anymore. So you could literally start with a laptop and start making money quite quickly. So in order for you to do that, a lot of mindset shifts need to change for you in order to have that personal belief. So I took down a few notes around this as well. So the truth is, whatever you believe to be true will come true. So one of the famous quotes by Henry Ford, who founded Ford Motor Company, one of the richest guys in the world back at the time, if you think you can or you think you can't, you're probably right. So I've actually got a tattoo myself that says whatever the mind can believe can achieve. And that's so, so true. And if you believe you can achieve. So all of those type of quotes, the mindset thing is very, very important. And if you ever feel like life is hard and you're a victim, well, you're wrong. Because life happens for you, not against you. So the complete opposite is true. So life is actually pretty easy and enjoyable and you can be whoever you want to be, but it does require you to literally rethink and change your beliefs about reality and your existence. Because it's really important to remember this one thing. The invisible hand of these beliefs has a death grip on this man's life. So that means it doesn't matter what tactics, what scripts you use, or the process that he gets. If you don't change your core belief system, you'll never get what you want. So how I teach in my program, the first actual week module is all around the entrepreneurial mindset and how to change your limited belief system into a seven, eight figure mindset. So that goes through around step by step, how you have those incremental changes in your mindset to have that shift because as soon as you shift up, the money will flow, the tactics, the scripts and everything will start to work because you've unlocked your limited belief system. And that's after obviously doing it myself. So I'm actually tearing down the old beliefs that I had into all the new beliefs. The subconscious mind meditate and actually having a flow of abundance, knowing that there's a lot of money that's flowing to me naturally, that there's opportunity everywhere. Those little tweaks, although they sound like a little bit oh yeah, it's like a gimmick. It's not like you do really need to change these little beliefs in your mind in order to be successful.
