The belt wove through the breastplate, this, the lorica segmentata that covered their heart. It had the scabbard on the side as well for the sword. But you have to also understand that he's given us the sword of the Spirit, which is the truth. It's the word. The sword is the word of God. You know, it's active and alive, sharper than a double-edged And so there's another aspect to truth as well, which is lived truth, right? Integrity. Okay. And so remember when I was saying, like, in the beginning, um, I was keeping it a secret. And when I exposed myself to the truth, suddenly I felt free. Well, that's because the truth makes you free. And so if we don't have integrity, if we're lying about little things, those little things start to stack up. And then eventually they turn into bigger and bigger things.
