Foreign here. Coming at you from Phoenix, Arizona. And we're in. It's hot. Yes, it is hot. That's one thing you say about Phoenix. It's hot, but not just in temperature. It's hot because it's got great places to go, great places to see. It's absolutely beautiful here. Queen sitting. I've been here for some meetings and by looking for companies to buy, I'm looking for roofing companies and possibly other companies to buy. Of course, I'm an entrepreneur and that's what I do. Found an absolutely wonderful cigar lounge, spend a little while smoking a cigar and then run walked across the street to a great steakhouse where I had a great dinner. That's the kind of thing I like to do when I travel. I like to get out and see the local places, enjoy myself.
