I mean, there are wars over sand because sand is the ingredient to concrete. And so, you know, until there's some breakthrough in materials science, right. I don't know. We can make homes in the future out of graphene. You know, who knows? That's the problem. It's the material. Right? The 3D printer will make construction more efficient. It requires, you know, like a couple of workers instead of a whole crew. That's all great. So you cut down on labor costs, but it still requires material, and that hasn't changed.
