WARNING! Real Estate Prices Are Going Up!

When you go down the list and you look at electrical, plumbing, H Vac, exterior wall finish, cabinets, countertops, roofing, windows and doors do you see all these parts and are you thinking about which parts here could be dramatically affected by Trump tariffs? That's also going to push up prices. We have so many factors in our favor right now to increase the ultimate value of our properties and I know the market is quiet, the interest rates are high, affordability is in the tank. It's terrible. But you to position yourself you got to be ready ahead of the time that there is going to be big changes and big demand otherwise you're just too late. Right. You miss out and you know we've all had that experience in life with many things where we kind of miss the boom because we thought about it for too long. We agonize what if this what of that? And then we suffer from the coulda shoulda woulda syndrome and that's no fun.
