A regression hypnosis practitioner describes a client named Sarah whose body heat during a session wasn't anxiety but contact with parallel realities. When Sarah crossed through a metaphorical wall in her mind, the healing radiated across all her simultaneous lifetimes at once, not just forward in linear time.
But here's what it means for this session about what I've been describing. The heat in Sarah's body at the very beginning, before anything in lifetime appeared, before I had any idea where we were going, that wasn't her nervous system is firing. It was the fact that her body was already in contact with the rooms that exist now alongside this one. The water torture and the burning weren't memories stored somewhere waiting to be retrieved or discovered. They were always present, living, touching her from the other side of a wall. She just hadn't walked through yet. And the healing that happened when she did walk through, that didn't only move forward into her life, it moved in every direction all at once.
