Outbound sales. So, to do, the data that you give your outbound reps is super, super important. If you give them a bunch of shitty leads, they're gonna spend all their time trying to track down the stuff that isn't qualified. So what we did for Rupa was we scraped Google using a, like a Python scraper on Upwork. And we basically scraped any, everyone that said that they were in functional medicine on Google search, like local businesses. We got their address, we got their website, we got their phone number, and then we layered in Hunter.io plus PhantomBuster for the emails. We create, we clean them with ZeroBounce, and then we enhance the data with OpenAI's API. So we scrape their website content to determine, do they say they order lab tests on their website? What type of medicine do they practice? And we fed all that into our sales reps. For context, that doubled the ROI of our outbound sales team. Is when we layered that in. Okay, and we are actually outta time, guys. I'm sorry. But outbound sales, take a photo. Biggest TL;DR here is be really, really specific. Everyone that sends you these generic emails of like, "Hey, I would like to sell you something." Like, talk to me about doing lead gen for a SOC 2 report and how you did this for Vanta, and now you can do it 10 times better for me with OneLeads. I'll answer that call. If you just do, I don't know, LinkedIn lead generator, I'm not, I'm not gonna pick up the phone. Okay. Action items on this is email's so important. Make sure you're doing cold call. Separate your cold calling function from inbound sales function. Outbound shouldn't live in isolation. Make sure you layer in marketing plus blend the budget because your outbound efforts aren't only your outbound efforts. And closing takeaways.
