David Skok, 5-time serial entrepreneur turned venture capitalist, and author of this blog, ForEntrepreneurs.com, which I think is why a lot of the SaaS viewers might know me. The fascinating thing about SaaS is the impact that it has on how work gets done. So we— the first phase of SaaS was really about taking accounting transactions and automating them, workflows that were already in existence. I think the phase that we're in right now is changing how people interact and how work gets done. So, you know, we've seen in the consumer side a total transformation with Uber being, you know, just a drastic redefining of how work takes place there. That hasn't yet fully crept into the workplace itself, and I think we're going to see more and more businesses being run in a very different way, and SaaS becomes the way not only do they, they deal with their customers very differently, it changes that whole interaction mechanism, but it also changes the way in which they deal with employees, the way they manage, the way they provide feedback, the way they collaborate, etc. Yeah, I think the conference has been fabulous. I've been very impressed with the quality of the content and the fact that if you were an entrepreneur sitting here, you would have a lot of takeaway, directly actionable insights coming out of this. And I came here for the very simple reason, which is that I love the SaaS community and I love the SaaS entrepreneurs, and this is the biggest event where there's the most SaaS entrepreneurs in one place. It was an obvious one.
