Whenever there's volatility in a macro environment, that typically leads to churn. And I can't think in my career of like 30 years, a time of like worst churn. Everyone's remote and we change our value prop, and then all of a sudden the— there's a grow at all cost situation in tech, and we're selling into that, and then that changes overnight, and now it's all about efficiency. And that just leads to a lot of customers that signed up for something that is no longer relevant in a very short period of time.
