You've got an HR person. And then recruiting, I'm a big fan. If you know you're gonna be hiring a lot of roles, I'm a big fan of bringing recruiting in-house. It's fine to also use outside agencies, especially for retained searches, but if you bring recruiting in-house, you get a dedicated resource who understands your culture. And if you know you're gonna be, you're at 40 employees on your way to a Series B with 125, why not bring them in-house so that they're building, your company culture in the way that you want. One thing you'll notice here is that I've called the heads of a lot of these departments head of sales as opposed to VP of sales or, or chief revenue officer. The reason for that, I find this works with a lot of my Series A companies, is they're not sure if that person is their long-term CRO, for example.
