I'm gonna share my screen and we're just gonna hit some final reminders because this is the last SaaStr Insider webinar before you guys are all here next week for the SaaStr Annual. So yeah, very exciting times here for SaaStr. So we are actually setting up and loading in already. For those who may be returning sponsors, you may know it does take us a bit of time to set it all up because everything comes completely empty. But yeah, it'll be a really fun time. Things are starting to come along and it's all coming together. So we're excited to see you guys here next week. So with that, we're just going to hit some reminders, some high-level things. Feel free to drop anything in the chat that is like a last-minute question. We're more so here to answer any questions today that you may still have. So yeah, last SaaS Transcender Guide. Hopefully you guys know next week is the event. So, you know, getting ready to get on those planes, finalize your travel plans, and come on down to the SF Bay Area. So the event center addresses here. Just know there are multiple addresses. If you have issues and stuff, we will have an on-site help desk. I did put my number here. You can text it in case of emergency. Doesn't mean I can always respond. I'm usually in multiple places at once. But if it is a true emergency, please text that line and I'll try and get back to you. Otherwise, we do have a help desk at every registration. They will actually be able to help you faster than I can in most cases if it's something like getting into registration. We also have on-site services at the annual during. So if you need anything from one of our various vendors, like, you know, Freeman or some of your boxes or AV or internet or stuff like that, there are exhibitor services in the same hangar that you guys are all in. So yeah, kind of the, you know, last and final deadline this week upcoming is just to make sure you have everybody registered on your team. I know we've gotten some last-minute requests that we've been trying to accommodate as many as we can. And so that is the kind of final reminder there is to make sure you can, you know, get your teams registered if you forget. Forgot anyone. I know a few of you have had like swaps of people beforehand. Again, that's all fine. Um, so just remember all that. If you haven't yet done so, make sure you set up your lead retrieval app for next week. You can do it when you get here on site and we can walk you through it. Um, but it takes about 10 minutes. We walked through it last week. Um, you just need to set up your backend portal. Um, for the Captillo app, it's, um, pretty easy. And then just invite your team members. So I know a lot of you have done that already. It's a good final thing to do just if you haven't done that yet. Quick links, you know, you guys all know these by now. Like I said, this will probably be fairly, you know, overview, just any final questions. In the— there is an attendee portal. I do like to call it out. It is separate than the sponsor portal that you guys have all been logging into and where you've been uploading us stuff and sending us information. There is an attendee portal that is public-facing. It also has a really— a lot of really great information for the sponsors. So I do recommend taking a look at it. It's something that you can use. It is linked to on the mobile app, and it's just really handy if you're trying to find stuff on the fly versus, like, you know, logging into the sponsor portal. Maybe not everybody on your team has to log into the sponsor portal. So using the attendee portal is quite handy and basically has a lot of information for on-site. Even so, you know, some things are, are gonna be a little bit more specific for attendees versus sponsors on, like, where to park, but that's kind of it. Like, everything else applies to you guys as well. So usually a good place to use it, um, and go. Um, as a reminder for all of our sponsors, it is, you know, we are on a massive 40+ acre campus. It is an indoor-outdoor event, so, you know, wear layers, dress appropriately, wear sensible shoes. Um, like today it's a little bit chilly right now, but the fog is going to burn off and it's going to be warm later. So, you know, just a last reminder as you're packing up to come to Annual. Um, and then, yeah, all the addresses, you will know it when you see it. Trust me, it's like a big Um, event center. Uh, if you haven't done so yet, I know parking passes for those that requested previously have gone out this week. Um, so if you still need one, there is still time to do that. It is still pre-assigned at this point. So, um, as a sponsor, we do try and assign you guys to, um, the specific lot where Freeman is and where our exhibitor services is. Um, so that if you have a lot that you're loading in, they are gonna be able to accommodate that. Um, so be sure you do that. There are also specific, like, pickup and drop-off instructions. So if you have a vendor that you know is coming, most of you have already reached out to us for those specific instructions or an activation. If you have a vendor we didn't know about that's coming, or you booked one last minute, do let us know, events@sastrink.com, so we can get you those instructions so that you can make sure your vendors go to the right place and that, you know, we have the right team members here to receive them and they can get all your stuff over to the booth. So just want to remind you there on parking, it is completely free. So if you need to request parking, um, please do so. Um, we do have, you know, spaces for onsite parking for any last minute. If you have like team members that maybe don't get their parking like they request 5 minutes before they get here, we probably are not gonna process it within 5 minutes. So just keep that in mind. There is plenty of overflow parking here as well. So yeah, and then there are shuttles. I know a lot of you have been asking and some of you have been calling the hotels to see who has a shuttle. So the shuttle goes between Crown Plaza and the Hampton Inn. So if you're staying at one, two, one of those two places, or if you wanna park and ride, to one of those two places, you can do that. But also you can just park here. Like I said, it's free. There's plenty of like, you know, overflow parking. Should be able to get everyone in. But you know, for some reason it gets full, we'll go by the passes. So get a pass, request one, it's free. You can get multiples. It's totally fine for sponsors. And yeah, these are the hours that the shuttle runs. So you can use it at any of those times during Saastrannual to either catch a ride there or back to those hotels. It is a busy time of year in San Mateo and especially when we have the annual. If you have customer meetings like in the city or down in Palo Alto, getting a rental car, you know, a lot of teams do it. I know a lot of you guys requested parking passes. It sometimes can be more cost effective than Ubers or rideshare. You know, Ubers or rideshare, just as a reminder, are definitely going to surge price like everyone's trying to get here at the same time. And so just keep that in mind if you want to try and keep your Ubers down. You know, sometimes it's unavoidable. It's just the easiest thing. And then in terms of amenities, you know, we mentioned this last week, but just as a final reminder, we have things like coffee, you know, beverages, food on site. Uh, but if you need amenities or if you wanna meet a customer nearby and they're not ticketed to Sastre Annual for some reason, or you didn't get them a customer pass, there's a lot of, or you're, you know, you just want something a little bit different. Um, there's a lot of amenities in the area. So there's like a mall nearby and a Starbucks and that kind of stuff. Just know it's not, it's kind of walkable, but it's probably like a 15 to 20 minute walk each way. So if you are gonna have folks like, you know, leave the property to go to one of these places just to take a break, um, just factor in that walking time as well if you're not using a car. So. Um, all right, more important things. You guys have hopefully seen the campus map by now and are familiar with it of where to go. Um, just as a final reminder of places where you can take meetings. So, um, you know, in the, uh, Cantina is a great space to take a meeting. That's in the Hangar West, which you guys are all in. Um, the Outdoors is usually a fan favorite of where to take a meeting. You've got all of Camp Hexes, you got Sasquatch Square Park. Um, there's a lot of really great meeting spaces out here. The Midway Picnic is a really good space to, um, not only grab lunch but also host a meeting. It's a really big space out here, so a lot of people will do that. If you qualify, you can use things like the Founders Lounge or the VC Lounge, but you do have to be either, you know, a founder or VC to use one of those. So just keep that in mind when you're coming. Otherwise, you know, I think a lot of sponsors default to meet me at the booth and then we'll go find somewhere on campus because it is quite a big property and there's a lot of places, there's a lot of different places to hang out and chill. So for you guys to know for next week, just for registration and badge pickup, I always like to remind folks that everybody does need to pick up their own badges. So, you know, you do— you can't just come and get the whole dozen for your team. Everybody has to get their own badge. When you come to registration, you will see like these headers. You will also have plenty of directional people to go to the— there is a dedicated like sponsor speaker lane this year. So it should help that you're not, you know, waiting along with everyone else. The other thing I'll say is if you're coming for early check-in, there's typically no lines during early check-in and load-in. So that's the best time to come get your teams in and make sure everyone just has their badge. Be sure you do wear those badges, please, at all times. Once you get them, try not to lose them so you can avoid the reprint. And you will need a valid photo ID to pick it up. So that's usually, you know, your driver's license or your passport. We've had a few people ask, like, can this be a photo of it? It can be. It just has to be you, right? So like it has to match that it's you. It has to be valid. It can't be expired. Expired, right? So it does have to be you and it does have to be, you know, still valid and not unusable. Keep in mind this year there is a security check. So when you come in at— and it's every time. So anytime you come in, there's a badge check and a security check. You know, they'll check your ID and your badge to make sure you are you. And then security will also just, you know, ask you to take out your laptop. Again, it's airport-style security. You take out your laptop and then everything else will go through. And if you beep, you know, they'll just ask you to, They'll just ask you to maybe go through your stuff. If you've got big boxes, again, I would just utilize that exhibitor entrance that we've given to folks so that you can speed through the check-in. So registration times specifically for sponsors. So keep these in mind. You know, there is early badge pickup on Monday from 2 to 6. You guys also have sponsor load-in at this time if you need it. We've had a few people ask in the last week, you know, do I have to come Monday? You don't have to come Monday. You have all of Tuesday morning. Most of you will be fine just coming Tuesday morning. And you can come then. Otherwise, you know, these are the public posted times. There's also satellite registration over at the Crown Plaza. So if you don't want to necessarily come straight to the venue or you're staying there, you can also get your badge there. So we chatted about security again, just something to be mindful of. Obviously, you'll get used to it after the first time. But if you are bringing things like boxes and stuff, which some people do, just, you know, keep that in mind that they're going to, you know, peek into your boxes and stuff before you go through. We do have coat check and bag check this year. As we do every year. Just as a reminder, this year it is out by registration, so it's not as accessible. If you're like, I'm going to like, you know, roll a suitcase in with a bunch of stuff, like they're going to ask you to check that and then it's going to be out at registration. So just keep that in mind. It is truly a coat check. It's meant for, you know, like on the last day, if you're going to the airport, you can leave your bag there. Like if you've got, you know, it gets warm and you want to shed some layers, we have an extra backpack and you want to leave it there, you can do that. But, you know, again, it's truly meant as like a coat and a bag check of like I'm dropping off my stuff, it's going to sit there until basically I leave. So So just keep that in mind. If you haven't yet, download the SAS for Events mobile app. This is super handy. I use this a lot, actually, to keep an eye on the agenda and schedule when I'm on site. This is actually the best way to do it. If you haven't yet, you can start to build your agenda. So you can log in with your ticket, save your seat. It's a really good way to keep tabs on the thing if you're like, OK, I know my company has a speaker, or there's one session that I have carved out time to go to. Again, this is a great way to do it. It also has a link to the Brain Dates and all that networking that we're doing, um, so that's a good place to do it too. So again, we kind of have gone through these, but, uh, things that are happening by day, just if you haven't taken a look at the agenda yet, there is an opening reception from 3 to 7, which is why all your booths should be ready by 2:30 on Tuesday. So that's why, so they can be ready for the opening reception. There's things like, you know, there's a few, um, boot camps that we're doing, so like 3 sessions I think that we're doing just to help kick us off. We'll have drinks, live music sessions, you know, people will be bopping coming in. It's the first day, so good energy, lots of time to chat with you folks, the sponsors. Wednesday and Thursday are full days. Keep in mind we have a few things that are specific and gated and access controlled, like the CFO Summit and the CEO and CRO Poker Night. So if you have not signed up for those yet or submitted an application on behalf of your CFO, CEO, or CRO that's coming, be sure you do that 'cause we're about to close the applications. We are, some of them have already closed 'cause they're full. So we're getting close. I think CMO's probably gonna be full by the end of the day if I had to guess. Um, Poker Night might have a few last spots, um, as well as CFO, and that's kind of it. So other than that though, on, on, um, Wednesday we also have the big party. So if you are a full ticket holder, you can go to the big party. Um, anyone can come to this that has a full, um, ticket pass including all sponsors. Um, and you can enjoy the MUSIC with Tina Lau. So very exciting. She played at Coachella this year. Can YouTube her if you don't know her yet. Yeah, brush up on that before you come next week. Um, yeah, CFO Summit, like we mentioned, you know, if you have a CFO coming, do submit them now. Same thing for CRO and CEO Poker Night, um, because we are starting to get full on our gated events. Um, we talked about the big party, going to be super fun. Um, if you're like, okay, I'm coming as a sponsor of the big party, can I get a buddy pass? So we do these buddy passes. Um, you can click this link or just put put in, I'll just put it into the chat actually for folks who may need it. But even as a sponsor, you can use a Buddy Pass. I've seen that question lately is, you know, is it just for attendees that can bring a buddy? Sponsors can bring a buddy too. So that's in the chat for you guys. If, and the Buddy Pass is like literally what it sounds like. If you have a buddy that wants to come to the big party, you can invite them on the Buddy Pass to just, it comes just with access to the party. So they can just, you know, come enjoy the party with you and then you guys can head out from there. So we've had people use, I mean, you guys all have customer passes, so your customer passes also get them access to the big party. Those are full conference passes, so they don't need a buddy pass. They can use their complimentary customer passes. A few of you have, you know, are local or you're traveling with your significant others. This is really where that comes in. If you want them to come to the party that evening so they don't have to like just chill alone. We've had people utilize the buddy passes in that way. So it's just to come to the party. With you. If you have a customer you forgot about, you can certainly sign them up for a buddy pass, but email events@saastrink.com. I know Tricia has been issuing a lot of last-minute complimentary customer passes if you forgot someone and you're like, oopsies. So there's still time to do that. We're getting the stragglers in. Okay. Coming into the third day, again, I know this is like a lot of days, especially if you guys come including day zero, which is Monday. We'll, we'll close out with our with our CMO brunch and then our meet-a-VC breakfast on the last day. So yeah, there's a lot of different little side events that I highly recommend signing up for if you have not done so already. Building out your agenda is always a good reminder. CCO Summit has been full for a few weeks now. That one's completely full. If you are a sponsor, do email me. Let me know if you forgot to sign up for your CCO. I'll try and add them to the list as a sponsor, but otherwise we're not taking any more applications for this. And yeah, I think, you know, good. I know a lot of you are going to be in the booth, but if I would say last things and like kind of final checklist to think about is definitely building your agenda. So if you haven't done it yet, you know, try and set out some time to be not in the booth. You know, we, we always encourage our sponsors to do multiple things like go to sessions, be in the booth, do the brain dates, you know, be on campus, talk to people, go to other people's party. There's a whole party page on satchandle.com. A lot of you having your own parties too, like go to other people's parties, you know, things like that. There's just a lot of people in the area. So it's really good time to meet, connect, do all those things. But definitely recommend, you know, picking a few sessions to go to as well because the content's usually— I always think the content's better IRL than, you know, even watching the playback. It's good to, you know, sit there. You can ask questions of a lot of our speakers. It's really just good, you know, to get it in real time. Versus going back for it. So like I said, save your seat for sessions. Again, leads as a final thing for sponsors, make sure you have logged into this lead scanning portal. If you are the admin and are setting everybody else up, you can still do it, right? It only takes 10 minutes. You can even do it when you get here. If you're like, I don't want to think about this till I get there and I'll just ask you guys for help. That's fine. We're used to doing that. We go around and help people get all set up. It's quite easy. And then you can, you'll have a badge at that point so you can scan so that you can see how it actually works in real time, which is quite handy. I would say also, you know, work on whatever you're going to put on those TVs. You know, I think most of you kept your TVs in your booth. And some of the time you'd be surprised, people show up and they're like, I'm not sure what to put on the monitor. So good to think about that now. Maybe before you come, have your designer, you know, you still have a little bit of time here, put together a little bit of like a deck or like a booth loop, just something to display on your screens that you don't have to think about maybe. It's always something, you know, good to think about beforehand if you can. And then last but not least, I know a lot of you have been asking us for like, is my shipment there yet? Do we know if it's there? But anyways, the, the big thing to know will be to, you know, make sure that it is, you know, if it went to Freeman, they will start to, you know, give you those notices once you come on site. They're really good about finding things if it's it's, you know, quote unquote lost of it's somewhere at the warehouse and it just needs to be found. So don't worry about— I know this is like the number one question is like, did my shipment come? I'm like, there's a lot of shipments coming right now. So just keep that in mind. We might not give you, you know, a delivery notice in real time. But again, a lot of visual, I have literal like visual on a lot of things and I can see that a lot of things are here. So yeah, so that's kind of our Final reminders. We've talked about Brainance a lot in previous calls. I'll just go through the Q&A real quick. I know a few folks are asking for a link to the deck, so I'll put that in here. Like I said, you also have the attendee portal. This deck also does not change week over week, so you can also share it around should you need. There's a lot of really good information just as like a final read-through in here. Some of it you'll see is like a little bit repetitive, Yeah, hopefully you've thought about how to staff your booth already. But other than that, I think, you know, final reminders is just to get excited. It is next week. It's going to be a lot of talking. It's going to be a lot of people in front of you IRL, a lot of time with your team. So yeah, just getting all set up for that. If you guys have any other, you know, questions or things we didn't cover, please just reach out to us at events@saastrink.com so we can help you from there. And with that, we will see you guys very soon. We'll see some of you Monday. If not, we'll see you on Tuesday for the Star Disaster Annual. And so, you know, it'll be a really good show. So thanks everyone for joining. Final reminders. See anything else, let us know, or just ask us when you get here and we will see you soon. So with that, we will see you here.
