A brief Talking Points Live session by Jason S. Bradshaw presenting three actionable pillars for driving and sustaining business growth: (1) define the customer and employee experience promise so teams know what 'great' looks like; (2) measure the gap between that promise and operational reality (example: delivery-time promise vs. actual); and (3) collect and share customer stories and employee feedback to learn and reinforce change. The video also promotes Bradshaw’s Business Breakthrough Coaching program and invites viewers to contact him via his website or social channels.

Hi, I'm Jason S. Bretrell and this is Talking Points Live. It's so great to be with you on this Monday or Sunday. If you're coming in watching from the US or the Northern Hemisphere, it is great that you take the time to listen to and hopefully be inspired to take action from these live Talking Points sessions with me. Today's topic 3 Keys to Power your business growth First, I'll say that in every business, in every industry that I've had the opportunity to serve and work in these three areas, when absolutely executed, have delivered significant breakthrough business growth. They have enabled an organization not only to achieve that growth, but to sustain the momentum. Business Growth and Transformation is one of the keynote presentations that I regularly deliver and here are the three key points from that presentation. Number one, you have to define what customer and employee experience means in your organization. What does great look like? What are you aspiring to deliver and and what are the key elements of it? Now, not only do you need to define it, your team needs to understand it and they need to live it. So number one, define your customer and employee experience promise and as part of that, what you mean by those terms. Number two is to measure the gap between the promise and the reality. If you're a courier company and you say that it absolutely positively will get there overnight, that's great, that's a great customer promise. But if you deliver 90% of the time in two days, well then that's a significant gap that will be costing you business. It'll definitely be costing you repeat and referral business. And number three is share the stories of your customers. Now if you're a solopreneur, make sure you take the time to listen, to understand, analyze, learn from and reflect on the customer stories, the customer feedback. If you're a leader of an organization or owner of a business, make sure everyone in the organization understands how customers feel when they do business with with you and importantly, that the leaders understand how employees feel. You are delivering against the promise. When you define the customer and employee experience. When you measure the gap between the promise and reality and you share the stories of the impact that you and your products and services make, then you will be on the path to delivering breakthrough growth in your business. In the Business Breakthrough Coaching program, we deep dive on each one of these topics to help organizations not only get the foundations right, but to do the work that delivers growth and sustainable repeat and referral business. As always, I'm here to help. You can reach out to me on my website Jason S. Bradshaw or on Socials at Jason S. Bradshaw as well. So I look forward to talking to you soon, and I wish you a very successful week.
