Hello and welcome to this live edition of Talking Points with me, your host, Jason S. Bradshaw. Been a little bit hit and miss over the last couple of weeks and I do apologize for that. But right now, let me take the opportunity to wish you and your loved ones and your colleagues a very happy 2024 and may the year be full of joy and success for you. I'm back on the daily schedule of bringing Talking Points live to you Monday to Friday, where we'll cover off topics that are important to helping you and your business achieve breakthrough success. But today I thought I'd kick off the year with a different sort of question, different sort of life, if you will. And my question is, what are you doing this January to prepare you and your business to achieve, to truly achieve breakthrough success? Now, there's lots of different things you can do. I'll talk in upcoming episodes around business planning and goal setting. But today I just wanted to see what you're doing to hear from you. So if you can drop in the comments, even if you're watching on replay, what it is that you're doing right now in the month of January to help your business be set up to really achieve breakthrough success in 2024. Now, one of the things that I'm doing right now and what actually prompted this episode of Talking Points with Jason is that I'm listening to a new book that in and of itself isn't new, but it's on the topic of productivity and that's not a book genre that I would normally, normally read. What I'm reading is this book here by Ali, oh, can it focus? Can you see it anyway by Ali Abdaal. It's called Feel Good Productivity. Now, when I say I read, I'm cheating a little bit. I'm actually listening to the audio book, but he had a really interesting question right up the front of the book around how we plan our days on what we do. And he shares his experience about he thought to be successful, he just had to be busy and busier, would win the day. But in his book, he explores how that's not necessarily the case and that there's a number of different ways that you can boost your productivity without having motion boards or notion boards or all different types of productivity hacks out there. So so far, it's a really good book. Of course, I'll give it a full review in an upcoming edition of the newsletter. Talking Points with Jason. But more broadly, what are you doing right now in this month to help prepare your business for 2024? I'm certainly looking towards those productivity hacks, if you will, to see how I can maximize my time and the outputs that I achieve to help you and leaders just like you achieve that breakthrough in their business. Now, I've mentioned it before, we are still taking applications for for our Breakthrough Coaching, the Business Breakthrough Coaching program. It's a 12 week intensive program done with you to help you and your business breakthrough and achieve success in 2024. Now, it is a bespoke program. Now what does that mean? It basically means that in our first couple of sessions together, we tailor what the 12 week program will look like to make sure that we focus on the areas that are going to get you the greatest results as quickly as possible. Think of it of compressing years of trial and error into just 12 weeks. And of course, most participants in my Business Breakthrough Coaching program start seeing results within one or two sessions. Of course, if they're following the work that we discussed together. Now you're not left alone during the 12 week program. You have regular access to me, fortnightly catch ups with me, and of course, reasonable email access. So it really is a program designed to help guide you and help your business, your unique business, achieve that breakthrough success that you're looking for. And of course in that program we'll talk about your business plans and, and what's working and what's not working. Importantly, we also look at what your customers and if you have employees, what your employees are saying to really help identify those key items that are going to help you achieve that breakthrough success. So right now, like I said, one of the things that I'm looking at considering is productivity. How can I be more productive? It's why I'm reading my first ever productivity book called Feel Good Productivity. It's sold really well, it's a bestseller. But I'll give you more details on that. Now. How will you get more details on that and my general updates? Well, I have a fortnightly newsletter. If you go to Jason S. Bradshaw.com you can sign up there. It's completely free, it comes out once a fortnight on average and I talk about things that have caught my attention. Give a clear business catalyst, an area of focus that will help your business. And of course I share reviews on a range of other topics, including books. So you can also subscribe to it on LinkedIn. Just have to follow me on on LinkedIn. But if you really want to break through in 2024, go to businessbreakthroughcoaching.net it's an application process it's free to apply. It's to make sure that you and I are a great fit and that I'm confident that I can help you and your particular business. So remember in the comments below, leave leave a comment around what you're doing this month to help your business be set up for success and growth in 2024. I'm Jason S. Bradshaw.
