Hi and welcome to a very quick Talking Points with Jason live. Today is November 23rd, which is Thanksgiving Day for Americans. Now, I know that we're ahead in terms of the date at the moment here in Australia, but nonetheless, Thanksgiving. Although I'm not an American, I do think it's a great opportunity, a great reminder at least for me, to take a moment to say thank you for your support of the work that I do. Thank you for doing the work that improves the lives of customers and employees who you serve. Thank you, of course, to the people that support me behind the scenes, that uplift me and who fulfill me today. In your inbox, like many people's inbox, you're probably getting flooded with Black Friday sales, Thanksgiving Day sales. And look, I've got no, no qualms about that. But as a business leader, I encourage you to take a moment out to genuinely say thank you to your customers, to your team members, without including in that thank you a request to buy something or a mention of some upcoming sale or anything like that. I'm always saying to my clients, you should always have an ask in everything that you do. But at this time for Thanksgiving, separate to any of your marketing messages to try and sell stuff, I'm sure you've got a great deal you're trying to sell. In separate to that, just take a moment to say thank you. So from me, Jason S. Bradshaw, thank you. Wishing you a fantastic day of appreciation and gratitude and may the start of the holiday season be a fun, filled, loving one for you. Take care and I'll speak to you tomorrow in the next Talking Points Live with Jason.
