To another live edition of Talking Points with me, Jason S. Bradshaw. And it's so great that you are catching up on the replay or watching us live today as this week we're going through the five CX trends, that's customer experience trends that will help your business achieve breakthrough success in 2024. Now, some of the trends that I'll share with you might seem really simple simple on the surface. But the key is most businesses don't get the fundamentals right consistently. And just because something looks easy, you and I both know that that's not always the case when it comes to delivering it and delivering it well. So yesterday we kicked off this series with Number One, and number one was Know who I Am. And that was all about taking those steps to show the customer that you want to know who they are and then that you do know who they are and that you tailor your messaging, the way that you interact with them and the value and how you deliver that value in a personalized way. So trend number one, Know who I am. Leverage all that great data you have around your customers and use that to deliver a better experience to to them. Today, trend number two is be easy. Make it easy for your customers to achieve success. Now Amazon is a great example here. It's probably an example that's overused, but it's so, so amazing that companies still struggle to do it, mainly because they patented the technology behind it. But when you go to Amazon.com and you see that buy now button, that one click to buy the product and have it shipped to you, that was all born out of this notion of being easy, being the easiest e commerce platform for customers to shop on. What's easier than just pressing one button to buy? What you're looking at now, they have paid in the technology. You can license it. You don't necessarily have to do that. But the key here is to look at the steps that your customer goes through in their general journey with you and see if there's ways that you can either remove those steps or make those steps easier for your customer to complete. The easier you are to do business, the less friction there is between interest and purchase, the more likely you are to get that sale and to start building relationships with new customers that can become lifetime owners, users and advocates for your business. So this also applies to employee experience. Be easy, but we'll touch on that in another series. But Be easy. How can you consistently be easier to do business with than your competitors? When you answer that question, you truly will achieve breakthrough success in your business now every week or every fortnight, I should say. The Talking Points with Jason newsletter comes out. It's packed with a whole pile of information, will also include the fifth Trend in the CX series and so it's coming out this Friday. You should subscribe today. I'm giving you two places where you can easily stay up to date with the leading customer and employee experience trends that fuel business growth and really allow you to have that breakthrough success you so deserve in in 2024. Now to help you we do have a 12 week growth accelerator course. It's the Business Breakthrough Coaching Program. You can apply for this@businessbreakthroughcoaching.net the application process is all about me getting to know a little bit about you and your goals to make sure that we're a fit and if we are, then the team will go ahead and set up that onboarding call. I work with a limited number of people one on one. Now this program is bespoke and what I mean by that is the clients across the 50 maximum that I work with. While there is some group activities, the one on one time is spent on your unique business and the greatest opportunities to improve in your business. So go to business breakthroughcoaching.net check out the program, learn a little bit about it. Why not apply? It's a three minute application process. No obligation at that point and then if we're a great fit, if I'm sure that I can help you have that breakthrough success in2024, then you'll get a call to set up your onboarding session with me. So that's it from me today. I look forward to the next time we get to catch up, but until then I wish you great success.
