Use customer feedback to innovate and evolve your products and services. Every day I see business leaders and entrepreneurs wondering about their products and how long they'll stay the hit that they are today. The thing I ask straight away is what are you doing with the feedback that you get from your customers? If you have a voice of customer program already in your business, I guarantee you that you have feedback about how your product isn't solving their problems or how your product is creating frustrations for them. And even if you don't have a feedback process in place in your organization, a quick Google search will give you the information that you need to start the journey to evolving your products to make them better than ever, to continue to be the smash hit that they are today. So if you'd like a hand with this, leave a comment below or send me a DM and we'll work together to take your products and services to the next level.
