Hi everyone, I'm Jason S. Bradshaw and this is Talking Points Live. Each fortnight I publish a Talking Points with Jason newsletter which you can subscribe to@jason sbradshaw.com or on LinkedIn. You can also reach out to me and connect with me if I can be of any assistance on all channels, social channels, that is at Jason S. Bradshaw. And again, there is a contact form on Jason S. Bradshaw.com now today I asked the question, isn't it time that you focus on the customer experience? In fact, research reveals that 92% of companies that focus on improving the customer experience, that start investing in the customer experience experience increases in customer loyalty. Now, what's the 8%, the missing 8% doing? Well, just because you start investing in it doesn't mean you actually start doing the work. You see, a lot of organizations that I've dealt with in the past, they invest a lot of money in collecting data, establishing a voice of customer program to collect data, for example, but they fail to take action. So the 92% that do actually take the right action increase customer loyalty. So what you might be thinking, well, the stats proven time and time again show that companies that achieve a 5% increase in customer retention generate between 25 and 95% more revenue. Let me give you that stat again. A 5% increase in customer loyalty leads to a revenue increase between 25% and 95%. So literally, you could potentially double your annual revenue just by getting the customer experience right now, of course, we need to dig deep into these numbers and understand how that is achieved. And we don't have time to do that on a quick live. But today I ask, are you seriously investing in the customer experience? Are you taking a step every single day to make incremental improvements to the customer's experience? Think of the compounding impact of just being 1% better every single day. Now, let's just say you don't achieve 5% increase in customer loyalty. You only achieve a 2% increase in customer loyalty. That's still somewhere between 10 and 50% increase in your revenue. I can't think of a reason why you shouldn't be focused on improving the customer experience if you truly want your business to have breakthrough success. If you truly want to be a leader that has breakthrough success. I've helped organizations save millions of dollars by improving the customer experience and growing revenue. At the same time, I've seen organizations deliver six years of consistent month on month improvements in customer experience. And that absolutely led to significant loyalty growth. You can have this in your business and I'm here to help you. One of the ways that I can help you is through the Business Breakthrough Coaching program where I take on a limited number of customers each year and certainly applications are open right now for the 2024 cohort. Businessbreakthroughcoaching.net if you're serious about breaking through in your business, having success, standing out in your marketplace, then business breakthrough coaching.net is the place to go to fill out the application to see if we're a great fit to each other so that I can help you increase your business performance so that you can have the business, the team, the success that you've always dreamt of.
