Most people wake up in the morning and they pick up a phone. The phone I have today is not the phone I had five or 10 years ago. The company that I bought my phone from and that you got yours from, they continue to bring out a new phone every year. And the reason they do that is because as consumers, our desires and wants change. And as a result of those changes, companies have a choice. They can double down on the product that they developed that was a hit, or they can invest in product experience research to deeply understand the expressed and the unexpressed desires and wants of customers so that the product product can continue to evolve through taking the time to not only ask your customer how the experience was through the buying process, but six or 12 months later about how that product is still delivering value to them. The things that frustrate them about the product will give you the key insights that will drive the evolution of your product so that it can always be the best hit in your business. Like this video.
